i love this apartment complex. The front desk staff is always very kind and helpful. The pools are beautiful and maintained well. I love taking my dog to the onsite dog park and around cornerstone park right across the street. It's a great area with quick access to a lot of things.

I have not had any problems with maintenance. The problem we have was surveyed and then it was reported. Then, nothing. Now I get an, "Issue is closed". Uh, it's not. No one has been back to take care of the flooding problem.

Great community and maintenance Answers all your questions and recognizes and diagnosis the problem almost right away I haven't had any real issues since I have moved in here if your new to Las Vegas this is a great spot

I have only been here 2 months, but I have been very satisfied with every aspect of living here! The office staff goes above and beyond. Maintenance was friendly and prompt. The property is well cared for and clean.

So far so good. It's quite and the staff are quick to respond and friendly. I like that they do activities for the tenants which is great. There is a lake right across the street perfect for walking and a 24 hour gym.

The apartment has a lot of social events and is overall very nice. The maintenance quality depends on who you get it seems like. However, I do enjoy living here and it is one of the better apts in LV.

Castile had been an excellent choice to live. Staff and maintenance team are nothing but helpful and kind. Great place to live in Henderson. I love the food trucks they bring to our community. I would recommend Castile Apartments to anyone.

My wife and I love it here. the customer service is great and the staff is very responsive. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment. it is pretty quite an our neighbors are super nice

Staff is great property is gorgeous. I love living here and plan to renew my lease. Mangement and Maintenace are professional and prompt. They also have several monthly events that really make this apt feel like a true community.

I like living here . This community is nice and friendly. The maintenance guys are fast at fixing everything. Thank you to Devin . I really enjoyed living in this community. My family also lives here at 3 other apartments it's nice to have them close by.

Apartment community theat i moved in to seems very nice. Many people seem friendly as you pass them many will greet you. One problem is that some apartments seem to have a lot of loud people. There are some loud people in the area

The pool has been an issue, since it opened. There has been many times that the water hasn't been filtered and it didn't feel clean enough to be used. This needs immediate attention and pools need to be cleaned and filtered regularly.

This is a very safe and clean community with excellent customer service. You'll be hard pressed to find a more professional and courteous front office as well as maintenance team. The location is top notch with everything being within a mile or two drive or walk. The apartment complex sometimes has vendors and food trucks come out for the residents to enjoy as well as community events. This is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in hands down.

So far it's been incredible. Every maintenance request has been met with urgency and the resolve is hassle free. At other apartments you have to really spend some energy getting a request taken care of and even then it's usually a band aid not a real solution.

Having to do fill this entire survey out every time someone comes to do something is really annoying. I don't mind giving feedback if feedback is due, or even giving a great rating - but the fact that I have to completely fill out all of my information every single time as well as write a minimum of 200 words here in order for my feedback to be valid is super annoying.

When we moved into this community it was great. Until we saw the condition of the cabinets. Water damage on the bottom of every cabinet. We asked the office if they could fix it they said no. So I stayed I guess where stuck they gave no response. Wall s have cracks and they didn't clean the place before move in.

Excellent customer care from maintenance. Leading staff are helpful. Love the gym and pool renovations! The one improvement would be residents picking up after their dogs better! Also keeping the front gate repaired consistently. It helps with security

I love these apartments! My washer was broken and within 2 days they came and gave me brand new washer and dryers! That's how apartment should be considering how much money you pay monthly :) :) :) :)

We enjoy living here immensely. The amenities are top notch, the property is kept up well (which is not easy for a complex this size), the staff is always accommodating and friendly, and the location is ideal!

I love it here. It's quiet, clean and so far have not had any issues with the property itself. There are no major concerns and the community is orettt friendly. I love that they bring in food trucks occasionally and have community events.

Maintenance staff needs to be more on top of emptying the dog waste bins and picking up the poop that careless people leave around the complex. It is a health hazard. It doesn't look good for the community..

I love this community, we've renewed our lease for the 3rd time because of the calm environment. The staff is always kind and respectful. I love the high end amenities, it truly feels like home. Any issues are immediately taken care of, it gives me and my family so much peace of mind living here.

So far, so good, clean and quiet. Only some noise from neighbor but not so bad. Non smoking facility is the best. Need to improve gate security to be more secure, but overall it is a good place ti live.
