I am emphasizing again that the staff are not respectful to the tenants, they generally don’t answer the tenants in detail, Deejaan has very rude conversation with people especially foreigners. And she especially gave me very wrong information about the due date of my rental payment and because of her wrong answer, I had a late payment and they charged me very quickly for late payment of about $80!!

Everything went normal till we met Castile Henderson's manager Aaron. He was very rude to us! We decided to cancel our application after talking to him. Although we liked the place in general, stuff means a lot if live there.

Beautiful place to live and in a nice location. But the new management that has take over is a reason to stay away. I stayed at Castile for two years and now that I left, I was charged for things I shouldn’t have been charged for. I was charged for mold on top of the ceiling, holes from mounting my tv which was told to me I would be charged 25 dollars for and ended up being charged 75 dollars for, and two window blinds that needed to be replaced. A month before I left the property, I put in a work order for the blinds to be replaced. Once Devin in maintenance arrived, he assured that that’s not what you get charged for at move out and that’s exactly what happened. Once calling to express my concerns with charges I spoke with Dajheoni who was very unprofessional. I then decided to speak with Aaron who was the manager hoping that things would go differently, and he was just as unprofessional. I will be following up with Adam who is the property manager and hopefully is able to fix these issues, but as of now my best advice would be to stay away. I remember moving into Castile and the workers always being helpful and took it upon themselves, to help in whatever way possible. This is not the same group of people, they will happily take your money but not provide you with hospitality . There are many new developments in the area, spend your money elsewhere or you might find yourself in my situation.

When I moved to Vegas in 2018, the Castile was new, the staff at that time was professional, had a lot of turnover since. My apartment was great and new. The grounds are well kept, nice amenities. Nice neighbors, at first, but a frequent turnover, the quality of neighbors declined. Became more noisy, inconsiderate. This is a non smoking complex, but smokers have moved in and their 2nd hand smoke drifts into my unit. I have brought this to the attention of Mgmt. Yet they don't seem to enforce their own policy. Recently upon my lease renewal, I was hit with a 20% rent hike and the utility costs doubled. We're all trying to make ends meet, after the year we all experienced.

Been here 3 months and extremely satisfied! Service, maintenance, amenities and cleanliness on the property excellent I'm treated like a movie star. When I have questions (re: Portal or need maintenance to show me how to work the stove) their so help and I get immediate attention on non emergencies. The entire staff is professional, polite always helpful. Thanks Castile Apt for giving me a since of peace in these uncertain times.

This is our first apartment living here in Las Vegas. My favorite thing about this place is definitely the aesthetic and the look. There are beautiful native plants all over the premises caged in by huge white buildings with red roofs. It's a very beautiful complex. Beyond that, everything is clean. The grounds are kept up, the pool and gym are clean, and the units are too. Everyone has been friendly to us since we arrived. I don't feel unsafe here.

Overall a nice apartment complex. You should not ask Residents to use 200 characters for comments unless they have a complaint. It should be the Tenant's choice how many characters to use just to make a comment, your Tech department should fix this, it's so annoying.

The apartment is nice, but the management is poor. They only take care of the visible areas, and the entrance and back of the house is too messy, and when i ask for a cleaning, the answer is that it is being cleaned every month. But that's not true, I go out every day and it's dirty every day. Poor management for the price.

I love living at Castile. It is very clean, modern, and has great amenities. Unfortunately, we still haven't been able to use many of the amenities in the 11 months we've lived here including the promised free coffee/tea bar, use of the conference room, the main lounge area, and the hot tub. Many apartments around the area allow residents to use these facilities with social distancing precautions but Castile does not, which has been disappointing. There is significant noise if you live near the main pool area, especially during the summer months. Quiet hours are not consistently enforced. Other than those points, Castile is a great community to live in.
