Love it! Beautiful apartment, very good staff, and quiet neighborhood. I really enjoy using the community gym, pool, and appreciate the security of our mailroom. I have had no issues communicating with the staff. I have really friendly and respectful neighbors. I'm so glad I chose to move to Castile!

Great amenities and maintenance. Overall a quiet and nice community. Will be staying for a while! I've been here for a few years and lived in different units. The gym, pool, outdoor seating/grill area is a nice place to hang out and take it easy.

Have been there for almost one year now. I have been pretty satisfied living here. The people in the community seem very nice. Upkeep is good around the premises. Everything is pretty quiet. Will probably renew my lease.

For the most part, this complex is clean and safe. Management needs to do a better job of making this feel like a community. We used to have parties and free snacks in the lobby, but new management has taken away a lot of the reasons why we moved here. I honestly don't know who the Manager or Assistant manager is here anymore, and that's sad because Brianna (the former Manager) was so personable and made it a point to come out of her office and get to know the residents. Smoking in this non-smoking community is rampant here with no follow-thru with offenders. So I guess I would say: knowing what this place used to be, I am disappointed at what it's become. But if you're thinking of moving here, things are clean and secure enough to live happily here - and you'll never miss the fun events and gifts that used to be given to residents that us original renters miss daily.

Just moved in a few days ago. Love my living space and upgraded amenities are phenomenal. The environment is very modern, quiet, and feels safe. Important since we have a young boy. The staff overall was extremely knowledgeable. They were accommodating and made our move in an easy process. We totally appreciate it !

Great open spaces in the units and the amenities are awesome, such as the elaborate workout facilities, the two pools, and much more. Located next to many places to go shopping and across from a large park with a lake.

Very courteous and quiet community.. I love living here ... staff is helpful and polite. Units are clean and if a problem arises, it will be handled fast and the effective... community is really close to Shopping and entertainment.. win win location!

Very friendly staff and love everything about these apartments. Convenient location, nice neighbors and in a very convenient location. Absolutely loving it here so far. Can't wait to get into the exercise and fitness classes they offer.

Great customer service , very friendly and courteous Staff . Clean and safe place . I just have a concern regarding Apt 2032 which we have same concerns with my other neighbors in Bldg. no. 20. Unfortunately the tenants who live at unit 2032 do not observe proper courtesy . They keep on slamming the door even in the wee hours . I cannot even hang on my entryway. I hope Management will address this issue as this has been going since they moved last year . Thank you for your kind attention.

The community is beautiful and well kept. The office staff are professional and very friendly. My grandson loves the play area and the pool. We searched many complexes before we found Castile and after our tour we knew this would be "Home".

Before I even moved in, I already felt a sense of security just being around the office and now that Im officially moved in, that sense of security is there which was my biggest priority. The area is conveniently located and staff at Castile is great. They go above and beyond. Prices were great as well!

Nice staff, clean areas, quiet neighborhood, and sufficient parking. The staff was very helpful in the lease process. The neighbors can be a little noisy on some nights but overall it is very quiet. There are trash days and lawn mowers so it does get noisy in the morning.

warm and welcoming. clean and secure. not enough "in the field" quality checks and "maintenance checks" around community. stair wells and apartment floors need cleaning. unauthorized cars, trucks and commercial vehicles parked as storage in community parking! "Mountain view" is actually view of hwy!

Move in has been great and rent has been fair. Lack of follow up and inconsistent application of the rule needs improvement. It should be a non smoking complex but, the enforcement is slipping. It has great potential and I hope it continues to improve.

Is a wonderful community and very peaceful area to live, specially if you live on your own like me it's wonderful and secure. Staff is super professional and amenities a are always kept clean and sanitized.

Overall property is good, however; management does very little to control the pet waste situation. Also, several cars are constantly speeding through the parking lot, its worrisome when often times there are children present. Latest management appears to be lackadaisical and lacking in ownership of their work duties.

Office people our pleasant as well as maintenance staff. It will be nice if the office lobby is open again for refreshments. But I understand why its closed due to covid 19. You need to maintain the upkeep of dog waste and trash.

I love it! It's clean, has a lot of amazing amenities and a gorgeous scenic park across the street. We are so lucky to have so many shopping centers in walking distance. This community has truly made me never want to leave Nevada.

I like living at the Castile, my only complaint is they don't offer a lease longer than 13 months. I don't know why it is their practice to only offer 13 month leases as a maximum that you can lease the apartment.

Jesse in the office was very personable and friendly... the community is nice and clean... so far I have no complaints ! I have referred family to this community once they move as well..the security of the apartments are gated, the office staff is friendly and it is very quiet..

Great amenities and space for the price. Easy access to park and 24 hour gym. The gym is well kept along with the pool table. Easy access to the freeway and shops. Maintenance is quick to respond. Dog friendly apartment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The overall community felt very homey and the location is great because it's right off the 215 and near supermarkets and shopping. The community is very clean and quiet and they offer many amenities to residents as well.

I really enjoy living here so far. There are so many places to shop and eat near by and the office staff has been helpful. It's peaceful and clean and one of my fave places I've lived. I am happy with my decision to move here
