I love Castile apartments because it is CLEAN!!! Its located in a convenient area close to grocery stores, restaurants, schools, post office, malls and Costco. The rules and policies are strictly enforced which makes Castile apartments a nice and safe place to live.

My wife and I have been living here for 6 months now and really have enjoyed the complex and staff. My only recommendation is that if you smoke, think twice about choosing this property as it is a non-smoking property and several tenants have been evicted for smoking on the balconies.

I have a home based business and retired here. There were multiple unresolved upstairs noise issues that forced me to move in June. I love the quietness if living on the 3rd floor however I am a ADA resident.

This is our first time living in an apartment. Moving from a house to an apartment the adjustment has been good. We moved in right around the time the community opened so there has been bumps and adjustments with construction and management/staff but nothing unbearable and everyone has been nice. Overall, I would recommend living in this community.

So far so good. My only complaint since I moved in is that I don't have an assigned parking spot. On the weekends I can't park close. I was one of the first residents. I should have a spot by my unit. They keep telling me some different excuse each time. I give up.

I was one of the first to move in to the community. I plan on staying! I love my apartment and the people are very friendly. I have recommended this place to everyone that is looking to move and some of my friends have already rented here.

This place is in a great location with easy access to everything! Lots of amenities and fairly quiet. Beautiful looking, at least all my friends think so. I have a 3 bedroom and everyone is impressed at how spacious it is and how nice the flooring is.

Staff seems to be very helpful. Only major complaint is that you cannot have packages delivered to the front desk (to large for mailbox), must make pre-araingment with delivery. Must give two months advance notice if moving out.

The staff is excellent. Our leasing agent Tanya & manager Briana as well as Maintnence staff is very friendly, quick & well informed. The grounds are kept beautifully cleaned. The apartments are beautiful, I had not considered living in this style complex before but the detail here changed my mind.

My experience was great until the pool hours were restricted to 8a-10p due to noise, lingering crowds, glass bottles, & lots of cig butts after 10pm. Bummer the entire community was penalized over the actions of a few bad apples. Please please please bring back the community-wide 24hr amenities.

Nice and clean and brand new. Close to everything and airport! I like being close to gym and pool as well as mailboxes. I also love 1 floor with garage. I enjoy my patio but would like about 12 inches more space. AC system is very loud without bedroom door closed.

Enjoy Castile but policies have been changing all the time. One great feature was 24/7 pool usage and would enjoy swimming before work. Now usage has been changed to 9 am to 10 pm. You can no longer pay with electronic payments. Cant remember the last time I had to write a check. They always had a beverage and snacks for renters in clubhouse, now its always empty. Its a good community but will probally relocate after lease since I was paying premium for services and amenities that are no more.

All around excellent!! Great location to everything a person needs. Great amenities, great staff, great maintenance crew. Pool and gym are top the clubhouse is spectacular. If you’re looking for a modern layout, and affordable living, then Castile is definitely the place for you! We’ve been here for almost two months now, and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

This is a new complex and I am impress with the level of professionalism the staff exhibits and the awesome amenities-personal trainer, cabanas by the pool with large screen TVs, and free drinks, snacks in the club house.

While the cleanliness of the community is great, I can't help but feel there are quite a few things I am told is available, only to later not have them acted upon or be told that it's "part of the floor plan". Sometimes I'll cross paths with them within the community, they'll politely address my maintenance request and state they'll definitely stop by or call me when they do, but days later I often have to call them up to remind them I am still waiting.

Great choice in moving to this beautiful community. Safe and accessibility is amazing. I like that its quiet and hope that it remains so. The right price for the quality of the spaces. I do wish that we didn't pay utilities for the whole building but rather our apartment only.

Overall a great property, only complaint is that the property is still under construction however it should be finished in the next month or so. Beautifully built, the layouts are perfect and unique. The amenities are great. Leasing agents are friendly and always attentive.

Castile Apartments is a great place to live. It has a lot of amenities to offer and children have plenty of things to do and they are pet friendly. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. The maintenance crew here are good about getting things done in a quick timely manner. I highly recommend Castile for your loving home apartment. Tonya made me feel welcome and safe.

These are brand new apartments and about half of the property is still being constructed. It's in a great area of Henderson with stores, restaurants and a nice park with a small lake in walking distance. I like the fact that it's brand new and in a good location, which is the reason why I moved here. However, the management staff is pretty bad. They are very unresponsive and rarely get back to you if you leave a voicemail or email. They hardly answer the phone and when you press 3 for tenants to talk to someone, it goes to a voicemail for maintenance requests, with no other options. The few times they answered the phone, a guy that works there said he would email some things to me and never did. Even before I was a tenant, the assistant manager never called back although he said he would. They are just lacking in customer service skills and I've heard other people complain about this. It's a real shame because they're so new and can't seem to get their act together. Things that should've been completed on the property, such as the pool, were done months overdue (the pool was completed, of course, when it was too cold; so much for their promises!) Also, the apartments are cheaply constructed with plastic plumbing and fixtures. The wooden floors stain easily, and I haven't figured a way to remove the stubborn stains. I hate the white, smooth countertops in the kitchen and bathroom because they water stain and scratch too easily. When the next tenants move in after the old ones leave, I'm sure they'll be looking pretty tattered. I just told my friend that it wasn't worth it to move there, so she's looking elsewhere. I'm already thinking I won't be renewing my lease. It's a shame because the property has potential. If only they had a new staff!

This morning i was denied an apartment which i truely was interested in after corresponing with the leasing agent Salwa whom i found to be very pleasing, when it was time for me to send a copy of my driver's license (live out of state) which i was reluctant in doing an since im african american wanted to black out my picture but said although i have some collections(medical) on my report as well as some late payments the most that could happen is increased my security deposit, on account of not making 3x the rent but 4 being a goverment worker an older person who doesnt have a criminal record or any evictions. Sooo i am in disbelief that my application was disapproved an wondering was Castile using the old pratices of using your credit hx on basic of nationality which i hope i am wrong but am concern?
