It's been pretty well. Staff is nice and complex is nice. Neighbors are nice as well and it's pretty clean. Only thing I would say was negative was the pool repairs is taking a while especially since it's warmed up.

So far so good. I do need the pools to be completed soon as summer is approaching. For the most part you all have taken care of the property very well. I will be resigning my lease in September for another year most likely.

it is a safe community. sometimes my packages go missing in the package room but never in front of my door. I do like most of the people who live here. There are people who do not clean up after their dog. sometimes the dog bags are out for days before maintenance refills them. Some people don't have nice dogs and will be in the one dog park area for a bit and won't leave. I'm not sure why these people are rented too.

Has been really great here! It is really clean and the apartments are like new. I think that the amenities provided are really nice. Staff and maintenance respond quickly. Would definitely recommend for future residents.

I've enjoyed living here and they keep the grounds nice and clean! Gerald Detwiler , So far I plan to stay here if they don't increase the rent. I just can't afford any more increases to the rent as I'm a senior citizen on fixed income.

Love it other then the. Alarm in that room has being going off for at least 1 year now I don't hear it inside my apartment, but it is really annoying. Walking past it every day to get to my apartment.

I don't like how the apartments outer appearance collects dust balls all over the balcony etc- I think it should be maintained by spray washing the buildings affected by this periodically- looks bad for the properties appearance. Also the dust/ leaves/ debris & pet hair that collects under the bike racks is a eyesore to the property other than that , it's not a bad property to live at?

Still getting settled into my apartment, I have not had time to explore the grounds. No children so I cannot commit about the schools. Office and Maintenace staff are exceptional. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

The community is quiet and the staff is helpful. Being so conveniently close to freeways and shopping areas, it's nice not to have to commute for a long. However, the drive in to the complex can be a little hairy since the big sign up front isn't lit up at night.

So far so good, Jonah in the office made the process easy for approval and move in. When I reported my issues with the office maintenance responded very quickly and took care of everything. I have no complaints thus far.

I've been here for almost 4 years. Love the community, staff. My unit is very nice. Not your typical apartment layout. I have referred a family member here. Grounds are pretty kept on a daily basis.

Love the neighborhood. People are friendly and respectful and it's overall a very nice quiet place to live. I highly recommend living here. I lived in a house prior to moving into the these apartments and they are spacious and very nice!

The maintenance worker was on time and did a good job. The worker also cleaned up. The worker greeted me at the door. The worker had all the tools needed and made the sure the job was done right the first time..

Beautiful community and lovely location for the right price and rules the lay out is perfect in every way every where is clean and tidy even the garbage and the bbq tables are very nice as well the gaming room is a plus the amenities are amazing

I've enjoyed living here for the past 3 years and have already agreed to a new lease for another 13 months at least. The staff is friendly and efficient, and maintenance tickets are handled and closed in a timely manner. The property is beautiful and has all the amenities you could hope for. I have no plans to leave anytime soon.

It is the Best community and lovely area. The cost is reasonable but feel it could be more affordable and hoping it does not go up. I would like to stay here a long time. The pools and amenities are very nice. Great place to live!
