The neighbors are friendly and the staff are extremely helpful. The environment is very safe feeling and comfortable. I do wish the patios/balcony was bigger. And there were lights outside on those. Possibly awnings so residents can sit outside and not have to worry about having the above residents drop things on their heads.

Great place to live! Really quiet and serene property, lots of community, complex seems to be upgrading often and cares about residents. Maintence issues are responded to very quickly and rent is affordable which is nice!

The apartment is everything I ever wanted, spacious kitchen perfect for my meal preps, and lots of closet space! Perfect location as well, cute neighborhood, and most importantly, felt very safe. Can't wait to move in!

Every member of the staff that I met was wonderful, helpful, kind, and thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. The sole reason we didn't personally choose this community was me losing a round of rock paper scissors with my fianc?. In unit laundry would have also made a big difference. But the place is very nice and is very good value.

We are very happy with our move the Heritage Village. The staff is friendly and the property appears well maintained... they always seem to be working on something whether it is an improvement or normal maintenance (mowing, leaf clean-up, snow removal, etc)

The office personal and maintenance crews are amazing and professional members of the apartment staff. The apartment we are in are quiet and the neighbors are nice and quiet. The grounds are kept clean, and snow removal is quick.

So far, we have lived here for 4 months, and it is a really nice place to live! It is much nicer than the last apartment we had. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, and I hope to stay here long term.

The main issue we've experienced in this apartment is with the HVAC system. When the heater is running, the air quality becomes noticeably worse, with an exhaust or chemical smell, and it has caused headaches and nausea. We previously reported this issue, but it has not yet been properly resolved

They are awful at plowing. Still not plowed out from 2 days ago. Did a 360 going down the hill and almost got stuck trying to exit the main entrance due to not being plowed. We got 8 inches of snow and hadn't been plowed in hours.

This apartment complex is absolutely beautiful. The maintenance staff respond in a timely manner once Service requests are submitted or if emergency issues occur. Office staff are very polite and pleasant and have made my experience much smoother when I was apartment hunting and asking questions.

I can't complain. It's peaceful and quiet. It's close enough to the city but still far enough from it. The staff always keeps you up to date with emails from snow removal to water repair to anything else you can think of.

The complex maintenance service is good! The heating system can be made better, with good insulation. We live in ground floor, so there is an issue with insects and pest, and it gets chilly very easy during colder season.

3 stars rating overall, trees should be cut down, and good laundry equipment's are required, apartments are expensive here as compared to past, need more gym equipment, The community hall is free for resident in regency apartments, but heritage village charge $100-$150 for hall. The community hall should be free for residents.

Decent community, terrible maintenance nice area. Do not expect too much and you will not be disappointed. Could not take a decent shower for 11 months. We moved here from Virginia and were lied to about what our apartment would be like and then we were stuck with the place.
