I just moved in, but the process could not have been easier. I was in and out of the leasing office with my keys in ~10 minutes total. Upon move in one small maintenance issue needed attention, and it was taken care of the same day I submitted a repair request. I'm feeling hopeful about my future living here, however long that may be.

Nice community. Quiet for the most part. Near a turnpike and hospital so sirens every now and then. Only one parking spot per apartment. I have to park a little bit away which is annoying. It cost more to have a garage but not sure where that would be located.

Crown Martin Park apartments has been an overall delightful experience. The office staff are friendly and helpful. They respond very very quickly. The community is kept clean and neat. It has nice facilities, like a pool and a workout room.

The apartment and the staff are great. However, you don't get to choose your neighbors. We happen to live by people who tend to complain a lot but the office has handled all our concerns in a timely manner. Very thankful the office is understanding

I moved here in May 2021 and have been loving it. The management is excellent and they are really on top of the maintenance and upkeep of the property. The maintenance gentlemen are very polite and responsive and I have zero complaints. I enjoy watching the deer at Martin Nature Park from my porch in the mornings and evenings and walking my dog around the complex. My neighbors are very nice and we are all respectful of each other. I feel very safe and at home here and would recommend this complex to anyone.

"a great place to call "home". The office staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area needs to be updated and the fireplace doesn't work. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails

My experience with Crown Martin Park Apartments has been absolutely amazing everyone is friendly courteous and tentative compassion and empathy is a real place that you can feel like you're at home everyone is courteous the neighbors are amazing everyone is respectful quiet could not ask for anything better than this property I would highly recommend anyone to make their home for a short time or a long time at Crown Martin Park Apartments

so far has been very good have no complains the apartments are very quiet and peaceful, no loud noises, the maintenance people are also on top of things fix issues in a timely fashion. The office people also do a very good job and very attentive

We moved here from an apartment we lived in many years. I had always wanted to live here. Circumstances brought us here & I was elated. It's so quiet & safe here. It's beautiful & next to Martin Nature Park. The maintenance here is what every place should strive to be. They are the BEST. Very friendly staff. Very happy here, hope I get to stay a long time.

Crown Martin Park is a nice apartment complex that is near Mercy Hospital, Kilpatrick Turnpike, Lake Hefner Parkway, Martin Nature Park, many restaurants, churches, Quail Springs Mall, and in the great school system of Deer Creek.

This apartment complex is well maintained and very clean. It's a gated community so I feel safe here. The staff is very friendly and ready to answer any questions you have. The maintenance guys are very polite and quick to respond to any problem. Overall I would highly recommend Crown Park Apartments.

Had a great experience with my move in, the staff were very friendly and had everything ready to go. After a week in my apartment, my hot water tank busted and maintenance was able to put a new one in right then, it was late Friday afternoon and stayed after hours until done (Carlos was awesome)

I love Crown Martin Park. The property is gorgeous and the staff is super friendly. My apartment has a beautiful view, and is spacious. I didn't think I'd feel comfortable in an apartment, as I'm used to living in a house, but I feel cozy and safe, and truly feel at home here.

I love how these apartments have assigned parking it makes it so much easier to find parking especially when you come home at night late. I feel the amount of rent I pay for how much square feet I have is the perfect amount. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with these apartments and I would recommend if you're looking for luxury apartments on a budget to check out the Crown Martin.

Good place to live , everything is nearby. Hope u don't have pets because deposit is too high, no washer dryer included and rent has been increased. The good is place is clean and they keep up with maintenance

Overall satisfied! Staff is wonderful, move in process was easy. Building and common spaces are kept current and stay well maintained. The location of the complex is great- close to main road and has a lot of great food options near by!

Living here has been great! The management is super sweet and always helpful. Any time I've had a maintenance request it is always complete really quickly. Most of the time it's been the day of or next day depending on when I put in a request. The community is quiet. The location is great. It's close to absolutely everything you could think of - grocery stores, a ton of food options, shopping, the turnpike. I love it here! I've told my friends I'll probably just live here until I am ready to buy a house.

The staff is great and very helpful! In the community is quiet, which is a plus. The amenities are really awesome for my boys who have special needs, especially the pool area! All the residents here seem to be really nice.

I've lived at this apartment complex for 3 yrs, and still enjoy living here. It's a quiet community, with a diverse of young adults to seniors and families. I like that, and it's not a bunch of loud youngsters.???? The apartment complex offers good amenities and does fun community events. The manager Brandy is AWESOME, and staff is courteous and helpful. ????

It's been good. I some issues right off, but maintenance came over the same day I reported the issues and fixed them. Haven't had any problems since. The apartment has met up to my expectations and I'm satisfied.

It has been so far, fine. There are a few things I do not like about it - such as: having to drop off trash at the front, not enough visitor parking, how tight the parking spaces are & that they are not roofed, walkways and stairways going up and down the apartment are too narrow (especially for moving furniture), etc.

One of the best places that I lived in. Office, maintenance are professional and fast to respond. The apartments are nice, clean and spacious. They are remodeling, so it is gonna be even better. School district is a it here.
