Couldn't see myself anywhere else, the amenities are everything! From the pool to the gym to the gardens to the new streets they just put in, I love it all! It's just a quiet as I expected so its hard to complain.

Nice quiet community. Great place to live. Office staff are very nice and professional. Apartments are close to great restaurants and mall. I did accidentally leave my garage door open all night and when I got up for work the next morning, nothing was bothered with.

Crown Martin Park apartment is one of the good place to live. I am staying in this apartment since 2020 onwards and the apartment is very clean and the prices are reasonable. This community have Gym center, Tennis Court, Swimming Pool etc. It is near to Walmart, Target, SAMs, Costco, Sprouts, Braum's and various food courts. Maintenance staff are very responsive and immediately complete for any work order.

Very lively community. Staff is extremely helpful and prompt. Community facilities are very good too. Location wise it's very close to nearest school, mall and daily needs stores. Gated community. Just next to Martin nature park.

I moved in a few weeks ago the staff has been amazing! I have had to call maintenance a few times but they got there day of and took care of everything in a timely manner. I am so happy to have moved in and can't wait for the next year here!

This is a great community. Office staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance issues resolved quickly. The grounds and amenities are nice. I have lived here for 5 years and have had no major issues. Overall it is a very nice, quiet community in a great location in Okc.

Very beautiful, Nice Community to stay. The staff and residents are also very friendly. I love using the Vegetable Garden. office staff is always friendly, fun, and helpful. Swimming pool is also well maintained.

Nice place to live. Management cares about the quality and appearance of the complex. In the time I've been here there have been a few upgrade projects on the buildings and grounds. Definitely will lease again depending on how much the rent goes up again.

Very nice community to live in OKC. We have almost all the facility in this community. If we raise any ticket, it gets addressed in the next business day. we do not need to wait and follow up to address our issue. which is one of the best thing, I love for this community.

Very friendly and nice community. The complex itself feels very open and not as claustrophobic as other apartments I've lived in. Some bushes in the area however do block some visibility making it hard to look around corners in smaller vehicles. (though just driving slow and safe resolves this too)

Been here for about 2 years now. Love the friendliness of the staff and timely attendance to my work orders. Its a clean and quiet place. family friendly and pets friendly. No stray animals too. would definitely recommend this place.

It's been a quiet community to live in. Maintenance is taken care of quickly. When there are repairs in the community, we are notified in plenty of time to be prepared. My stay here has been pleasant and I'm happy to call this place home.

i love living in this community. it was the first apartment me and my boyfriend got together and i'm so glad we found this place. everyone here and the staff really makes it feel at home for you. it's the quietest place i have lived as well. i always recommend people to come live here! very safe and good community to be in!! :)

Its a good community primarily due to Elementary School district. Living is ok not great. Amenities are good like gym/pool/pickle ball court etc. Pets roam unleashed, snake sighting in summer, pet waste is not cleaned. Planning during outside maintenance work is poor.
