It is a wonderful place to live. The apartments, as well as amenities, are extremely well kept. There are plenty of places to be by yourself or be in the community. My favorite part is the personal garden plots that you can rent for a fair price and grow your own vegetables. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We consistently have deer and wildlife roaming around due to it being quiet and peaceful. Also one of the few apartment complexes I have seen that actually have fireplaces on all 3 floors of select buildings.

I love the site. The landscaping is very good. I like the grills that are about the site and are maintained by the apartment complex. I like the feel of this apartment complex. It is also right next to Martin Nature Park, which is great for me.

Crown Martin Park is the perfect community. It's quiet and very safe and secure. Office staff are very nice and helpful. Maintenance handles work orders fairly quickly. They have some great amenities. Really enjoy staying here. Glad I made the move.

I've been a resident at this apartment building for over 5 years, and there are notable pros and cons to share. The location is a major highlight?conveniently situated near Mercy hospital, restaurants, and public transit, making daily commutes and errands a breeze. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant yet quiet enough for comfort. Additionally, the hospitality in the main office is exceptional; the staff is friendly, approachable, and quick to address concerns with a welcoming attitude, creating a positive community feel. However, there are significant drawbacks. Pipe leaks and bursts are a recurring issue, especially in winter, causing disruptions and occasional water damage. The trash compactor frequently gets backed up, leading to overflow and unpleasant odors in common areas. Most frustratingly, maintenance work orders are a headache?while the team responds promptly, they often rely on quick fixes and patches that fail to address the root cause, resulting in repeated issues. These challenges detract from the overall experience, despite the strong location and office hospitality.

This is a place that has attractive and quiet surroundings that are a pleasure to come home to. The staff are friendly and enjoyable to work with, both maintenance and in the office. The layout of the apartment is great and I have really enjoyed my attached garage. We are centrally located to almost everywhere we need to go.

I chose Crown Martin because of the safety it offered me and my partner. With gates that remain closed and surveillance throughout the whole complex, i feel safe calling asleep at night. I also love my garage!

So far, so good. The staff is super nice. The move in process was relatively easy. Most of the apartment was spotless. However, one of our windows is broken and some areas of the apartment weren't deep cleaned upon move in.

When we first did the tour it was a very good experience. Jacie was able to answer our questions thoroughly and provide all the information needed. We decided to move forward and get the apartment and they resolved any issues we have had very quickly. So far we are loving these apartments.

Wonderful apartment! Pete is the best maintenance man I've ever had at any apartment complex in the last decade! The front office staff is the absolute best, they're always updating the residents when needed and host the best residential gatherings! They even host a pet appreciation week which is my favorite thing!!

Please SAVE YOURSELF the trouble of living here. My apartment flooded twice, garage door broke, trash compactor broke every week or so, washer and dryer needed replacing, the rental manager Brandy lied to my face multiple times about efforts to fix issues with my apartment. I was promised that after my carpet was flooded twice that i would no have to pay for carpet cleaning upon move out but despite them replacing the carpet after i left they insisted on charging me a carpet cleaning (make it make sense) THIS IS NO A LUXARY APARTMENT. DO NO LIVE HERE.

Living here has not been a great experience. I am looking to move. Your apts, are old, need recaulking around windows and doors, and can't get rid of roaches. I do not like roaches. Having lived here for a year. Nothing has changed except a Lotta rock.

The only complaint I have is the water has been shut off for maintenance maybe 4 times in 3 months since I moved in. Otherwise, everything is great. I always get speedy responses and solutions when any problem arises.

Looking to downsize and I was delighted with the larger one bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well laid out and the bedroom was a comfortable size. The associate was friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds were well-kept. Loved the community area with the chess game, bocce court, and garden boxes.

Great location. Every time we report a problem, someone always comes and resolve our problems. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. The only thing I don't like about this place is my neighbors above me. They are so loud every night and I can hear their footsteps early in the morning.

The tour and presentation of the apartment complex was great. Very friendly and professional. They have a variety of floor plans to choose from. They were very knowledgeable and helpful especially when asking for a 2nd tour to look at another floor plan.
