I am having a great experience living at the Crown Martins apartment complex. Their maintenance is done on time, the environment is always neat, and the staff are very polite and ready to help their clients incase of any worries .

At first things were good. Now I am wishing I wouldn't have resigned my lease. My windows leak air which cause them to freeze on the inside. My roof leaks when it rains which causes water to come into my back door and I have to keep a towel down at all times.

The apartment space is very nice and the maintenance is amazing. The apartment layout is very well designed and spacious for what we need. The apartments are in a great location and I can get to everything I want in about 15 min.

My wife and I are thinking about renting an apartment and decided to stop by and take a look at Crown Martin Park Apartments. JC was extremely helpful and very dedicated to her job, making sure we had information available to us in our quest to find suitable housing. The community was extremely clean, quit, and overall well maintained.

I lived in this community 2 years ago, and when it was time to move out of my roommates house, I knew exactly where I was going. Moved back into the community mid-December 2023. It's quiet and away from the business of the city, but still easy to get anywhere when wanting to go out. I'm not familiar with access to schools since I don't have kids. I didn't give this question 5-stars only because you do have to know how to maneuver the side roads and turnpike at times to get where needed. Apartments have tons of cabinet and storage space, and all are pre-wired for internet. You also don't have to worry about smelly dumpsters because they utilize a trash compactor. I'm very glad I decided to move back to this community!

The community was quiet peaceful seemed close knit, are was quiet and everyth8ng was close together and staff was more than respectful and helpful with questions love the home gym and access to the club house

Year after year my experience at Crown Martin Park has been lovely with security snd comfort provided in a setting so well managed and with maintenance knowledgeable and prompt. The grounds are very well maintained. Crown Martin Park is a very pleasant place to live and call home

This community is very beautiful and the office staff is really friendly. The maintenance team is very friendly as well and they have fixed anything that I have had issues with. I enjoy the environment and people around me here and I would recommend it to anyone. :)

It's pretty quiet, no noise, the people in the office are attentive. The apartment was very well appointed, clean and fresh. Everything works well. It was an excellent moving experience. Let's hope that everything continues in good working order to advance our family goals. Thank you for the opportunity to have our own home.

I like the apartment layout. Absolutely enjoy the raised bed gardens, except we are required to clean them up before the growing season is over. You should make it one week after the first hard frost. Floors seem thinly insulated, I hear my upstairs neighbors when they do normal walking and I think I also help heat my upstairs neighbors apartment during winter because my heat probably seeps through my ceiling. I can live with all of that but the worst part in living here is not being able to fly the American Flag on the balcony during national holidays.

I was very impressed with the staff at this facility/ apartments and can't wait to be able to move in soon. I love the location and easy access to the HWY. After stop by this location I did wish to look at another apartment in the area

See previous comments, my issues have been well documented both on here and In previous communications. my experience is as stated there are pros and cons to the complex. And some of the cons I think are very fixable.

Wonderful community to live in, I feel very safe. Rent is starting to get very high and incomes aren't increasing. I do love living here and wouldn't move unless I can't afford the rent anymore. Crown Martin Parke.

Easy move in process. Apartment was freshly painted and cleaned. Pool and recreation areas are clean and inviting. When a work order was placed, a response came within minutes as was the completion of the order!

I have only lived here for a month, but I really enjoy it! All of my neighbours are friendly. The complex is very quiet and the Staff was very helpful during the whole move in process. I would definitely recommend crown martin park to anyone.

I've just moved in and so far everything is going well. The apartments are very nice, even on the third floor. Parking spaces are readily available (at least near my building). Very nice not being directly off a main road such as MacArthur.

A great complex to live in. Staff is very helpful and accessible. It's convenient to shopping and dining. The turnpike is easily accessible. I love that I do not hear outside noises inside my apartment.

A very clean community with a knowledge staff. Love the answered questions that I had. The grounds were amazing and well kept. The gym was also amazing (being new). I'm looking forward to seeing wildlife being right next to Martin Nature Park.

So far I love everything about this apartment! I just moved in but my neighbors are very friendly and the office staff have addressed any concern that I've had and submitted a work order for me if I needed one!

Apartments are extremely well kept and nice. Pricey but has different amenities than most. The grounds were overgrown around some of the sidewalks. I did love that they had a garden that you could sign up for. Security and safety were my main concerns and this would've been perfect had everything worked out. However, being upfront with the ladies in the leasing office about what was the current situation upon touring did absolutely no good. I was okay with my application being denied however three months later and we are still going back and forth to get my deposit refunded. They don't want to take responsibility of doing their own leg work to refund my deposit and application fee. I've attempted to contact corporate in Tulsa but no one answers their phones. They'll respond with an email so they don't have to speak with you but they won't put a name in the signature or who the email is from so you can't contact them directly. Their 3rd party will tell you one thing and then the apt complex will tell you something else. I went above and beyond to provide documentation/proof that my refunds were not received. If someone is willingly providing you with personal bank statements and copies of bank chat communications with their bank flat out saying to get back with the apt property because the money was rejected (due to me locking my card after not receiving the refund within 3-5 business days for security purposes) and you basically keep telling the individual there's nothing you can do, I'm sorry but that's BS. I definitely don't feel like an individual is going to go to the extreme to make up a story and provide the proof that I did, just to try to get an extra refund. Especially when I've been upfront about absolutely everything from day one. I definitely wouldn't keep wasting my time & energy making these calls had I actually received the funds. I just want my money refunded as promised so I can move on and mark this community down as to never deal with again!!! So if you want a run around with your money by all means apply but don't expect to actually receive any refunds back, courtesy of them or not. They'll just keep your money. RESPONSE: I have supplied your company on several different occasions copies of my bank statements AS WELL AS two different transcripts from chat communications between myself and my financial institution stating the funds were rejected and sent back to you (with the transaction numbers) due to my card being locked for security purposes at the time that you attempted to process the refund. The story that you provided below does not even match what Mon at Zegos Payment Processing Dept communicated with me via telephone. Mon said he could see where the transactions were rejected/returned and for you to contact their Client Services Dept to initiate a new refund for I have clearly not received it. I gave you and or organization to do the correct thing and to make things right but you can't even do that. Heck, you couldn't even provide me Zegos phone number, just a website with too many options for someone who doesn't even live there to choose from. I've been watching how you respond to these negative reviews and honestly it's not impressive. You definitely do not take constructive criticism very well to boost your credibility ratings to your advantage but instead are combative. I didn't really appreciate you making me do the leg work on this when ultimately Mon with Zego ended up referring me back to you. Now, you have my bank statements showing no refunds were received, two different chat communications with my bank stating the funds were sent back to the sender of the refunds, and my communication with Zegos. I gave fair warning to make this right after going on almost 3 months without receiving my refund that I was going to take specific steps and a negative review was one. You can choose to do the right thing or keep arguing and taking innocent peoples money. Either way, I work hard for my money and have provided detailed proof on multiple occasions that this has NOT been received on my end. So now I'm taking the steps that I said I was going to! I will get my refunds as promised one way or another. At this point, Crown Martin Park Apt & Leinbach are just being deceitful and are just proving lack of integrity.

The team members at this crown Martin park have been very hands on and attentive to our needs. With the slightest issue they did their best to not only resolve it but go above and beyond. I would recommend crown Martin park as a number one choice.

Enjoy living here, comfortable, great staff, great pool and fitness room. The grounds are clean and well kept. Great amenities and very close to restaurants and shopping. Parking areas well maintained and organized.
