It is has been good overall. Overall quality of the apartments tend to be on the cheaper side, but rent is cheap as well; so cannot complain too much. Maintenance is normally pretty quick, though I have had several work orders that were not answered for several days and subsequently took several days for them to be remedied.

It's always very quiet and the no-smoking policy is enforced, which I really appreciate. The maintenance is also very fast- within 48 hours in my experience. The leasing office is also very kind and great about handling packages that can't be delivered to the door or mailbox. Location is also great!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They addressed any issues - the few there were - in a timely manner and were very communicative. The apartment was nearly pristine upon move in! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming, staff and neighbors alike! I couldn't have asked for a better move in experience.

I have not lived here, but I toured the apartment complex with Jacie who showed me a two bed two bath. I found the usage of space very nice and overall a good price for how nice the apartment was. Defiantly enjoyed the tour.

They have great amenities and large apartments. We like the area around the apartments too. It feels safe compared to other apartments we've lived at. The maintenance team has come and check on the apartment once reported but sometimes it takes more than it should to be fixed.

I have enjoyed living at Crown Martin. Location is perfect for work and socializing. My neighbors have been friendly. The few maintenance issues that came up were quickly handled. Jacie in the office is great to chat with. I feel very at home here.

These apartments have a really great and courteous staff. Quick to fix issues with the living facilities. It is a nice and quiet place to live and walk around with little distractions. I would only choose to live under one of their companies.

It's very quiet and clean. I like my unit that is not connected to anyone else. The setup of my apartment is also very intuitive and useful. I like the storage room in my garage. I also like how the trash compactor is right next to the entry gate.

It's been a smooth transition with lots of patience and willingness to answer questions. Staff was always available for me to contact if I had a problem and maintenance requests were always done the day I submitted them. Fantastic service. Wonderful Staff and Community

If you’re looking for an amazing apartment home with a hard working and caring staff this is the place for you!! The apartments are beautiful and have very unique features, along with some of the friendliest and pleasant neighbors! The amenities such as the resort style pool, vegetable garden, pickleball court are fantastic! There is a lot of roaming area for leisure walking and CMP is a very dog friendly community, so if you’re taking your dog on a stroll you’re likely to make new friends! what really makes this place so spectacular is the staff!! Though the amenities are great, it’s Brandy, Hanna, Pete, and Carlos who are phenomenal in everything they do, truly! Brandy and Hanna have listened to any concern that I’ve ever had and have always resolved it immediately and made feel they genuinely care! There is always someone in the office available to assist you! I’ve never witnessed any manager quite like Brandy, her attention to detail and persistence in maintaining a safe and clean community are remarkable. I know as a manager, she is very busy, but she never makes you feel that she doesn’t have time for you. Somehow, in her long day she takes the time to address any concerns or questions with her full attention and genuine concern. As soon as you walk into the front office Hanna is always there to welcome you with a warm smile and friendly conversation, and answers any questions or concerns you have immediately, if she can’t, she takes down detailed notes and reaches back out as soon as she can! She really cares bout the residents here and its shows! She once even offered to help me carry a very large package to my car so I didn’t drop it, which I promise you doesn’t happen at most apartment complexes!! Brandy and Hanna, both put a lot of effort and time into planning, cooking, and decorating for the many community celebrations we have here, and trust me they’re worth going to if you’re able!! They even have a pet appreciation week where they go all out on spoiling everyones furry companions! Honestly, I could go on and on about the things they do for us here, because the few things I’ve mentioned do not even measure close to how much they really do for us!! Along with the exceptional office staff, I also want to give credit and a shout out to the maintenance crew Pete and Carlos, who are so genuinely caring and friendly that words can’t even begin to describe! I live close by their workshop so I see them often when I am walking my dog and they both also take the time to say, “hello,” and make sure that everything is working properly and that I am happy. They both always make sure to tell me not to hesitate if I need anything! Their speed and constant attention to detail is unlike anything I’ve ever seen from any maintenance staff anywhere, they answer every call within twenty four hours or less, for me it’s always been less than twenty four hours!! I am a single female living alone and I am definitely not what you would call, “handy.” When I first moved here my movers didn’t bring my dryer hose with my dryer, nor did I know how to hook one up. I was very overwhelmed and emotional when Pete stopped by to do some move in repairs, and when he noticed I was upset he took the time to listen to me and then said he’d be right back; he then came right with a new dryer hose and hooked up my dryer for me, which was unexpected, but was a huge relief to me. The simple fact that he took the time out of his day to make mine better and solve a problem that I wasn’t sure I’d know how to fix, says so much about his genuine care! Anytime that he is here for routine or emergency maintenance, he always has a smile on his face and brings good conversation. He also takes the time to explain how things work and assures me that I don’t need to apologize, because he’s here to fix the issue! We’re very lucky here at CMP, because not only do we have Pete, we also have Carlos who is spectacular as well!! Carlos has a very keen eye on keeping the grounds of the community clean and well maintained and is often here working very hard until late in the evening! When I first moved in, I had an emergency maintenance call and was quite stressed and emotional, he showed up swiftly and allowed me to vent and assured me that no apology was needed, and to always feel free to reach out if I need anything! Aside from his routine maintenance responsibilities, he has also taken on an additional and less pleasant task to ensure the community is as clean as possible. There was a time a couple of months back where a few residents were not cleaning up their pet’s waste, and even though Brandy and Hanna were and have continued doing everything they can to stop this issue, it was Carlos who took on the additional responsibility of walking through the community picking up the pet’s waste which I am forever grateful for, because I has ruined a couple pairs of my shoes stepping in the pet waste at night when I was walking my dog. However, since he took on this unpleasant and time consuming task I have not ruined anymore pairs of shoes! Again, these are just a couple of examples of the hard work Pete and Carlos do for all of us living here. They take the time to know everyone and every pet; they remember every interaction and maintenance repair they’ve done and they both always follow up and check that everything is still working properly when they see you! I cannot say enough about the staff her at CMP, honestly, just know Brandy, Hanna, Pete, and Carlos are the truly exceptional at their jobs and they continuously make every effort possible to provide the residents here with a wonderful safe home and clean community! Many people move here for the location the high quality amenities, but I promise you they stay and renew their lease because of the amazing staff we have at CMP!! Ps: If you play Pokemon Go, we do have four poke stops and a poke gym in this complex!!

BEAUTIFUL property and the BEST customer service

First I want to state that this property is absolutely beautiful, I love the color scheme and all the outdoorsy options. Brandy is easily the absolute sweetest person you could ever meet, you can tell she truly loves her job and this property. I LOVE all of the fun activities they have to offer every month, it makes you feel like one big family. I will always refer family and friends to Crown Martin Park.

This apartment complex has beautiful buildings, lots of incredible amenities: a garden you can rent and plant what you want, a beautiful pool, spacious apartments! My husband and I have spent many, many, hours looking into different apartments and genuinely cannot wait to move here this summer!
