Crown Martin Park is a lovely place to live. The property is well kept and the staff and management do a great job at assisting to tenants needs in a timely manner. Very friendly and welcoming environment! Family friendly. Highly recommend!

This staff, over the past 5 years has consistently provided a very good clean living environment. They have always tried to ensure everyone here in this complex is happy with the level of care and attention to detail they provide on a daily basis.

Property is very well maintained. However, the noise from neighbors above is really loud and disturbing. There is a lot of floor plans to choose from. Painting when I moved in was extremely poor. I would most definitely ask to see the apartment before moving in.

I love living at Crown Martin! I feel safe, they were agreeable to change my locks when I asked with no hassle which gave me peace of mind. The office staff and maintenace staff are very pleasant and easy to work with.

We have previously lived in a Leinbach community for about a year and never wanted to move but life happens and I'm so excited we found another in our new town!! I wouldn't want to live in any other community than a Leinbach community!!

This place sells itself. Knowledgeable and friendly leasing agent. Made me feel comfortable. It is a definite plus that maintenance and security also live there. I will definitely use the vegetable garden, pool, and picnic/grilling areas.

I've been a resident for less than a week so far, but I can not say enough good things. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating at move in, and the apartment itself was in great condition upon move in. It IS an older complex, so there's the expected parts of aging, like slightly uneven floors, but all the appliances are updated, and the carpet looked freshly cleaned if not brand new. The only concern I have is that the air conditioner is a little lacking in the heat of the summer, only guaranteeing to keep the apartments 15? below outside, which I see as a potential liability in the hot Oklahoma summers. However, my AC has been much better than that, particularly with blinds closed. It does still run warm, especially with my work-from-home computers and monitors, but it has been perfectly manageable so far.

The staff at this complex are extremely helpful. Walked me through all of the amenities. The complex was very clean and inviting. The location is convenient with quick access to the main highway and easy access to plenty of food and entertainment.

Crown Martin Park is a lovely apartment community . We just moved in and everything went smoothly. The manager was very helpful and great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. Location is convenient to numerous restaurants.

It has been great! It is a clean community. It has a pool, and it also has some beautiful garden spaces. It also has a quick maintenance staff. They also have Martin Nature Park next door, which is a wonderful added bonus!

So far so good nothing to complain about. There was one light that didn't work and it got replaced in the same day. Which was great. The employees have been nothing but helpful since we first moved in so thank you.

The staff is so welcoming and attentive. I've lived in plenty of apartments but Crown Martin has topped all apartments when it comes to being welcoming, caring and professional. Entire community is lovely, including neighbors and location and just the entire environment Crown Martin has provided. I couldn't have asked for a safer place to live.

The community is friendly and in a great location. So far people have been nice and things are kept clean. No complaints about management or apartment employees. The power went out and they were very responsive to figure out the issue.

Overall experience staying here is quite good. Staff and Maintenance guys are very friendly and listen to your issues promptly. Its a gated community so safety is also great. Parks are superb. Thanks to Leinbach Company.

Nice apartment to live. Play area and swimming pool are good . Assigned parking. Staff is very friendly and they listen our issues and work immediately on that . Easy communication with office staff. Overall It is a well maintained apartment.

I have enjoyed living at Crown Martin Park for the last, almost 3 years. Whenever an issue arose, it was always taken care of promptly. It is a very quiet community and everyone is very kind. I plan on staying at this property for another year.
