We researched & visited every apartment complex with high star ratings before moving to OKC. We found that Crown Martin Park Apartments are top of the line plus affordable. We are not disappointed; we feel safe to walk at night, the apartment is cozy & the view from our balcony is beautiful. Brandy & her staff have been top notch & are always here for us when needed. It's been an adjustment moving to a big city & we're glad Crown Martin has been a part of it. It's been a great place to live for a couple of empty nesters.

It has been a good experiences I think my stay so far, no complaints. maintenance is super quick to fix any issues, look forward to extending my day here and seeing the current improvements being made.

Only picked it for the lay out and garage. The pool is ok and they are making improvements with the appearance so hopefully it won't look so run down. Neighbors for the most part are ok. Management seems to send a lot of emails about the rules

Great place. Clean and well maintained. Pet friendly. Easy access to the turnpike. Pool and exercise room are nice. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Nice community and staff. I really l it here.

So far this apartment community has been a great place to live. The office staff is so nice and courteous every time I speak with them. They handle maintenance requests very quickly. I highly recommend this community.

I like it fine. Sometimes it's loud and the construction lately can be inconvenient which is fine now that it' mostly over. The increase in rent over the last year is unfortunate and I'm not a huge fan tbh.

Very pleasant and quiet but well kept complex, staff is very attentive and friendly. Maintenance is also just as attentive to the needs of the residents and try to solve the issues as soon as they can!

This community has been absolutely fantastic! Staff are super friendly and attentive, neighbors are great and just all around a great community. Apartments are great and the size for price is perfect. Highly recommend for anyone!

This is one of the best communities I have lived in. I have lived in many different apartments throughout my life. The staff are friendly and it is quiet and clean! I highly recommend this community. It is also a great location to many eating places and parks. If I had to pick one negative, it would be there is only one location for residents to take their trash, which is at the front of the complex on one side. Although by only having one, the complex doesn't smell like dumpsters!

Great community and very nice apartments. I gravitated towards these due to the attached garage which i did not find often for this low of a price. Also the maintenance staff is amazing. On the few common problems i faced, they were there to help within minutes even on the weekend.

Very nice, quiet apartments. Complex feels very safe. I feel completely safe walking my dog at night. No issues with stealing packages or unlocked cars. No one ever steals my parking spot which is really nice and there is plenty of guest parking for friends. Maintenance is quick and responsible. The property is very clean and well maintained. Its a great place to live.

The complex overall is pleasant with amazing landscaping that. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are also very informative with any questions you may have. The actual apartment is clean and well maintained.

Neighbors are friendly and common areas are very nice. The apartment is in bad shape. It is advertised much nicer than it is. I will not be renewing my lease. Rent is way too high for such a rough apartment.

The process of getting approved was quick and easy! My home sold in a day and I was on a time crunch on finding a new place. I have no complaints about my experience here. Staff is always great and it's a great price for deer creek schools. It's been a great starting over place for my kids and I!

CMP has become quite the apartment community for all of its features and amenities. There is a safe and friendly vibe around the community, as well as an older and family oriented community. This apartment community has plenty for people to do too, and feels like you're far enough away from busy city life while still being close enough to anything you could want or need. Make Crown Martin Park your next home and you won't regret it.

The office staff has been great. The apartment was very clean and welcoming when I moved in. My apartment has plenty of space, even though I have larger furniture. It has been a very pleasant experience living at Crown Martin Park.

Great staff, prompt maintenance resolution. Entry gates often are stuck open. Needs new exterior paint, hopefully that is planned soon as roofing upgrades are happening currently. Inside of apartment was very clean and grounds are maintained regularly.

The apartment complex is really nice. The pool is great and all of our neighbors are super friendly. We enjoy living here and I would recommend the complex to a friend. Office staff is very responsive and the complex is in a nice area with lots of restaurants/stores nearby.

Great location and quiet family friendly community. Front office staff always nice and quick to fix any issues and answer any questions. Edmond school district bus also picks up at complex which is a plus for anyone with kiddos. All around great place to stay.

I enjoy the my apartment home and have not had any problems with neighbours, insects, or rodents. I am a single woman, so security is also important. This is a gated community and have not experienced any alarming incidents. It is a bit expensive, but you pay for location and close proximity to amenities!

It's fantastic I love the community it has wonderful viewing of the park next to us I love the nature park it so close and my kids love it. It is also its in a fantastic school district deer creek my kids love the school.

I have lived in the community several years and have enjoyed my experience. The staff is always nice and helpful and I would recommend Crown Martin Park Apts to anyone who loves peace and quiet and friendly neighbors!

The grounds are extremely over grown. Trees, bushes & plants are hanging over sidewalks & parking. Some places you have to turn sideways to walk on the sidewalk & are still brushed with overgrown plants. Quite of few cars have to back into their parking spot because If they pulled in they can NOT open the car door because of large over grown bush is in the way. Other vehicles back in because the tree branches hang over onto their car. It is hard to walk your pet because of all the hanging blanches. There are some dead branches that have been laying on the ground that have never been removed. This needs to be taken care of by a landscape company. Maintenance does an Excellent job with cleaning the grounds every morning. Some of the trees are dead & need to be taken out.

Terrible Experience, Poor Tenant Relations: - Failure to communicate when repairs would be happening, would schedule a date then change it without informing me which resulted in me taking off 3 separate times to have the same repair done. didn't inform me that the repair window had changed had to constantly ask management for updates. When addressed to management, they could only tell me they were "inexperienced with the situation" which for a complex that was built in 2000, i expected a better response. Loud Community: if you live near the courtyard be prepared to hear everything, conversations from outside, kids screaming, pickle ball being played at all times. Quality: Apartment walls are thin, could hear everything, not well insulated so if you live in a townhouse like i did you will be paying a lot to either keep your apartment cool, or paying a lot to heat it. winter months were brutal, couldn't be in my living room without a heated blanket. Stairs are WAY to steep and not deep enough, resulting in many of my guests and including myself falling down the stairs. Complex charges similarly to others around it when they do not provide the same level of quality. "Non Smoking": This is supposed to be a non-smoking community, part of the reason that made me want to move here, but when i have to leave to a parking lot where their is almost always someone smoking in the evening and cigarette buds all in the office parking lot, I don't think it qualifies as non smoking if i have to walk through that area to interact with the office, or when I leave to go to work. Parking: Assigned parking is great in theory but when you don't have spaces marked clearly, do not provide adequate quest spots, and CONSTANTLY sending emails about parking when you have done nothing to fix these issues yourself is upsetting. Maintenance: in my experience with the maintenance staff was great! when interacting with them directly things got handled within a timely manner. Summary: For the price they charge i don't believe this complex is worth it. given my experiences and how i was treated by management, they should revaluate how they operate, maybe even take some advice from the Maintenance staff.
