when walking in the complex you can tell there are what appear to be cosmetic issues on exteriors that if taken care of, would make the complex look great. These issues should be taken care of before they become big problems

Move-in experience was excellent. Staff is great, helpful and responsive. Not cookie cutter apartments. Negative is being touted as a luxury community but still have outdated beige carpeting and formica countertops. Tons of amenities, great pool, fitness center. Great value for the money.

Office staff is very friendly they are always able to help answer any question you have. Due to it being a gated community your packages go to the office and then they will text you letting you know to pick them up. Only one trash can in the whole complex- it's a trash compactor and many people don't press the button leading to it getting full and not able to compress down causing it to overflow. Maintenance team is normally on that issue though within 24-48 hrs. One parking spot per household. Amenities are very nice- amazing pool and walking paths. Yard games and outside chess game are a nice touch. Dog friendly.

I like it here. Its a nice place to live. I have had no major issues that were not immediately resolved. The staff is excellent and extremely responsive. Its usually quiet. The residents I have met have been kind and friendly.

Love this community! It is so beautiful and the management team is top of the line! The view from my apartment is perfect day and night. Access to all of the amenities up and down Memorial Road provides tremendous convenience!

First of all Kat was great to work with and we worked together for several weeks until she could find an apartment with a garage that would fit my F 250. She had the maintenance man measure the garage and when we came to visit it fit perfectly.

Nice, but very very loud at all hours of the day and night. Garbage seems to be an issue on the weekends. Valet pickup 4-5 days a week would not only be nice, but would be on par with other upper-tier communities in the area. Would be work paying $20-25/month.

This apartment got me in quick and was very helpful! I highly recommend for a short stay! My only complaint would be the noise from the turnpike can be very bothersome due to the windows being so thin/older

Very clean and well maintained apartment. The gated entrance ensures the grounds are safe and that only necessary traffic is present in our driveways. As a father of a young child, I appreciate the peace of mind that this safe and quiet neighborhood offers.

The office staff and very helpful and if there are any issues they have it solved that day. The outside of some apartments look older but the community is very clean. The size of the apartment I get for the price and great! Also I get a garage with it which makes it safer for me to get to my apartment. I have no issues with theft and love living here so far!!

The grounds are clean and well maintained and landscaped. There are balconies for each apartment and storage options. Garages can also be rented if needed. My one bedroom is quite spacious and I have plenty of room for belongings. I have enjoyed living here with my dog. There are plenty of areas for us to walk and him to smell.

I've enjoyed living here because of how safe, clean and quiet it is. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating and have been so nice since the day I moved in. I truly have no complaints whatsoever. It's a great place to live.

It's been good. Maintenance is awesome. Can be made more kid's friendly. Gets bit difficult for kids to spend time for them to spend quality time. Only that aspect can be improved. Other than that very happy with community

It's a quiet and peaceful community. I love the personal parking spaces and opportunity to own a garage, especially in Oklahoma weather. There's so many different styles and options from which to pick making it easy to customize your experience. The amenities are wonderful with the new courtyard and has access to multiple pools and a community garden. Pet friendly and close to the turnpike and the highway to get you where you need to go.

Very good apartment, very clean rooms, spacious, natural lighting, and good area for pets. Neighbors are good! Not very much noise. Maintenance very helpful. Lot of paper work to move in! But overall a good apartment.

Pretty quiet, lots of floor plans to choose from. Super close to food places and the high ways. Makes driving to work super fast. I love how close restaurants are and shopping centers. And while that is all close it is a good distance away from the main area of memorial so that it isn't over lively. I love it here.

The community experience has been great. The complex is located very close to the nature park that is very complex convenient. The other residents are friendly but the neighborhood is quiet. The bungalow style apartment is perfect. I've having an attached garage and the privacy of no immediate neighbors.
