One of the things that made me choose this complex was the incredible staff. The rent is very reasonable and the community upkeep is fantastic. It is located right next to the nature park, which has been great during the pandemic where outdoor activities are the new normal.

Apartment maintenance is good and response from leasing office is very good . I am very much satisfied with amenities which has exist as on today. It would have good if there is tunnies and basket ball court for the children

The community is gated and safe. The grounds are well maintained. Staff is very polite and helpful. The floor plan is spacious. Any maintenance problems are taken care of fast and efficiently. I have loved living here.

The office staff is very friendly and always gets back to me in a timely manner. They send regular emails to keep residents updated and informed on any new changes happening in the community. The maintenance is great and very friendly. The grounds are very clean and landscaped nicely.

Very beautiful community. Lots of trees and even opportunities to grow your own vegetables and plants. Very safe with gated community. Staff is very courteous and responds quickly and politely to all requests and questions. Pool and gym are an added bonus! The pool is such a great place to relax on a hot summer day. Would highly recommend this community!

I have lived here for a little over a year and I think it's a decent living space. The office and maintenance staff are very nice and respond quickly when you have a question or request. There are gates everywhere, so the complex is pretty secure.

Conveniently located along the Turnpike. Easy to get to anywhere I need. Washer and Dryer hookups in apartments. My apartment has a connected garage with stairway access. Plenty of closets for storage.

We have lived here for 3+ years and love it. The amenities are great and it's a great community. Our maintenance requests are always answered and fixed in a timely manner. The office staff are always helpful and kind.

The apartment complex is fairly quiet. I have had no theft issues at all. All the neighbors seem to be nice and everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. You can hear the street racing on the Turnpike at night sometimes.

I like my unit and specifically like that I have an attached garage. The location is convenient for my job and it's in a safe area. The moving process was mostly easy and they helped me move in on time for my job start date.

The first year was fantastic. Then life happened and I needed a different apartment. I was not prepared to pay extra just to move directly below where I was, but I did because I loved it. Then something changed. The staff seem less caring and compassionate than previous. There are safety issues that have been reported and not fixed, and be prepared to pay 4 months of rent to end your lease to prevent injury from the safety issues. If you had asked me 6 months ago, I would (and have) tried to get my friends and coworkers to move here. I will now be advising against it to anyone who asks.

Our goal is to stay true to the highest ethical standards and principles, be honest, trustworthy and humble in all of our words and actions. We follow the lease contract when assessing fees and/or charges. Also, for Fair Housing reasons we must treat everyone the same that wants to terminate their lease prior to the expiration date. Our lease and the early termination agreement states that if you would like to terminate your lease early you must give a 60 day-written notice of early termination and will pay rent to the end of that notice period and pay a termination fee in the amount equal to two month's rent or pay rent until the apartment is reoccupied. Spent a few months online looking at various locations and the 1 bed 1 bath I settled in at crowne Martin apartment has the best layout out of many that I looked at. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very quiet environment and friendly neighbors.

Nice area, beautiful scenery, management is nice and responsive. Amenities are well taken care of. Right next to a lot of restaurants, and Martin Nature Park!! It's very quiet with spacious apartments.

The apartment is clean and quiet. I love to live here. It is close to my company, only about 10 minutes drive. And my kids can go to deer creek elementary school, which is one of the best schools in Oklahoma City.

Crown Martin has a friendly staff. We moved in without physically looking at the apartment due to COVID. We moved from out of state, and the lease and move in process was easier than expected. Maintenance is great, and it's a quiet community, rarely hear my neighbor, or any other things you would find with apartment living!

The community here is fantastic. The grounds are kept nice and neat. A variety of ages, genders and nationalities. Pet friendly. Very kind maintenance staff. Close to shopping, eating and the hospital.

I just moved in about a month ago, but I've enjoyed my time at Crown Martin Park so far. The staff (both office and maintenance) have been great. I don't hear my neighbors through the walls so that's also a plus. Grounds are well maintained.

We have noise problems, staff sharing information, not understanding requests involving PTSD issues by continually entering apartment without an appointment. Maintenence unable to fix repairs that have been continually requested for over 3 years now. Now told they can only be repaired during hours as we are unable to have them done during work hours as resident is now working from home due to COVID.

Easiest move in experience ever! Efficient and very straightforward. This apartment has been amazing so far! The community seems very kind and although the complex is large, there is a nice "quaint feeling". I definitely recommend checking out Crown Martin Park!

I have had a terrible experience living here. Been treated very poorly for having ptsd. Terrible maintenance and staff. Things are never fixed only made to seem fixed. The bandage effect. Treated very poorly and lied to.

I have only just finished moving my things into the apartment so I have only spent one night here. So far it is great. I love the feel of the place, there's tons of things to do for my son around the apartments and it is dog friendly
