Any issues are handled quickly and the staff is professional. The community is clean and well maintained. The bathroom in my apartment have carpet. This is something that can easily be rectified. Carpets in bathroom are ancient and can get gross

Great looking space with amazing staff, courtyard tends to be loud with kids, which is understandable during day time hours no issues at night. The only con about this place is the way the stairs are laid out. Moving in was a nightmare. So I would reccomend hiring movers or be prepared to hurt for the next couple days after you move in.

Cute, nice, friendly, easy. The community is adorable, It has a quiet personality and a lot of charm. I love how carefully kept the greenery and vegetation is around the property. I saw a deer pulling in! It was so cute. My apartment is nice and clean, looks great and is surprisingly spacious. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful, it made the whole move-in process relaxed and uncomplicated.

We've really enjoyed being a part of this community. We have been able to work with the staff to resolve any issues that have needed attention. The maintenance staff completes work orders quickly and efficiently. Quiet community also

Management is professional and quickly addresses any concerns. I especially like having a gym and pool on the grounds during the summer months! The location is very close to a number of restaurants and just off the highway, everything is pretty easy to get to.

The place was great and nicely clean for when we moved in. The people that work there are fantastic and more than willingly to help you out and answer any questions. One of the workers took me to my place and helped me move in our bed before the rain started. Such a great staff

Management has been very helpful before, during, and after our move-in. Apartment and facilities are nice as well. We like the location which is an easy drive down West Memorial to get to all restaurants and shops and Lake Hefner is just a few minutes down the road.

By far the nicest apartments in the area and one of the greatest locations you could ask for in all of Oklahoma. I compared 8 different apartments in the area and the management staff here really sold the place for what it is. It's a wonderful community and one of the nicest apartments I've ever had the privilege of living in. Brandy, Daylie and the other girl working downstairs are awesome. Some of the most generous loving souls I have ever met. They definitely made the whole process of finding and renting an apartment much more comfortable and enjoyable. Daylie did a great job of showing me all the apartments available and Brandy and the other leasing agent (I'm very bad with names) really worked with me to make sure I was in the best possible location. 5 STARS 10/10 I love it here!!

Brandy & her crew have been amazing in all areas of our move. They are welcoming, helpful, & kind about everything. The neighborhood is so peaceful. It's a great place to come home to. Everybody is really nice. There were some things that weren't properly working and took some time to fix. I guess because of some miscommunication with the process. But, after I notified Brandy the manager of the complex about it taking some time to fix she got the ball rolling and everything was fixed that day.

My experience has been a little less than average. The appearance of the apartments on the outside are extremely outdated, the trash bin overflows on a weekly basis which makes the complex look trashy, my neighbors have been extremely loud, there have been three power outages within the last few months, there isn't a dog park, and the inside of the apartments are dated and need to be updated.

Fantastic apartment layout, great views, beautiful grounds, courteous management...I highly recommend the Crown Martin Park apartments!! I also had a very informative leasing agent who was quick and efficient in getting me into the apartment.

Clean and quiet! Overall very comforting when leaving on your own. The secondary gate needs to be fixed in order for it to be a gated community which is what I signed up for in order to continue to feel safe in my new home.

The manager is incompetent, condescending and RUDE! There is NO security other than the front gate cameras but those don't even work - DO NOT trust this place at night!!! Smash and Grabs are common. My daughters car was one of them. They. Don't. Care. about you so long as you're paying your rent!!!! The maintenance is a J-O-K-E!!! Multiple requests to fix things only to be repaired incorrectly!!! Bedroom doorknobs on exterior doors? Really?? The apartment above me flooded when I was away for work for a few days...did they bother making sure the apartments below knew about it?!?? NO! I get it....."That's why you have renters insurance" (except for those heirlooms your grandmother left you). I could have had someone go make sure my stuff was ok...and at least dry!!! They are not going to put any effort out for anyone. NO ONE! I was so disappointed. $915/month for a one bedroom and ZERO cares given. Early lease termination?? I asked my options 3 times and had them place it in writing (it's stated NO WHERE in the contract) 3 times they failed to give me the one option that would've been feasibly possible - try to get it rented myself. Finally time to move out - no deposit returned. I go to ask why?!? Seems they charge everyone out the wazoo for carpet cleaning - even if you cleaned it yourself. Balance due (after paying 4 months rent in 30 days for early termination $66.50. Welcome to the Crown Martin Family. Welcome Home.

This apartment complex is beautiful on the outside, but rotten on the inside. Good luck dealing with management. If you do happen to find yourself living in these apartments be sure to request an exit inspection when you move out. According to management it is your responsibility to request. They will not even mention that it's an option when signing paperwork. If you don't request an inspection they will charge you for whatever they want and you will end up with a $600 cleaning bill on your last statement. The gates entering the complex never work and the trash compactor is always backed up a mile. If you want to get screwed out of your money, this is a great place to live.

It has been a wonderful transition for me, living in this gated community in the City coming from Edmond. Everyone was very friendly in helping me figure the adulting thing out, and has continued to help with anything I could have issues with. Also, as a college student this community has been the absolute best with a quiet surrounding

I've lived here for a year now, and I love it. I moved to Oklahoma last year and this was the best location, best priced, best amenities I could find for a good price e. I have no regret and would definitely reccomend the community to a friend.

It has been a great experience living at Crown Martin Park apartments. The staff is always so friendly, there are great things to do around here including; the fitness room, the pool, the computer room, the tennis court and so much more.

It's decent here. It's not ultra modern or amazing carpet/flooring etc, but I enjoy the amount of space I get for how much I pay. The workout room is not bad. You get used to the road noise from Kilpatrick, it's really not a deal breaker. Staff is always in the office when I go in to ask about anything, which is nice. Overall I'd say 6 or 7/10?

I just moved to OKC and needed an apartment that was pet friendly and fit my needs and this place was perfect! The accommodations are great and the apartment is very modern! I really love it here and worth the rent!

We love it here-our apartment is beautiful, with a great view. The complex is beautifully landscaped with an awesome pool and clubhouse. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. Great community!

Overall good. Except for the rent price and 2 months' notice for moving which is very boring. I like the staff and they are friendly. Most residents left this apartment beacuse of rental increase and two-month moving policy.
