I really like the apartments. It's quiet and people are friendly. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable. The high ceilings make the apartments seems more spacious which is a good thing.

The management team is very professional and very prompt and very efficient at addressing issues. They are also very very pleasant and eager to please as well as being very helpful. They also make it fun with great activities for all the families here. I feel safe here and I've never experienced any security issues and some complexes may have. I love the pool in the workout area and the new changes that have been introduced including the pickle ball court. Also during these hot summer days the maintenance crew has done a great job ensuring that all the air conditioning units are up and functioning properly. In the winter as well these units are well heated and very very comfortable and pleasant.

Great as always , truly can't complain about the service or environment, everybody is generally pleasant . Good facilities, only fault is I believe the laundry house needs a upgrade , the machines are too outdated especially the dryers

Terrible experience, needed temporary housing during renovations. Office staff very unhelpful, we will not stay again in future. A little advice, make sure you read every bit of fine print before signing anything! Beware!

I enjoy living here but my rent increases every year. I think if you have good renters that pay their rent and don't cause problems, you shouldn't raise their rent every year and force them to move out because they can't afford their rent any longer. I would think you would want to keep good people that are stable. I will probably be leaving when my lease is up because I can't afford continued increases in rent.

The move in process went smoothly. I had a few minor issues but I subsequently contacted the Management Office and was able to get them resolved quickly. Overall, I am very happy with my apartment, since it fits my needs perfectly.

I always feel safe and know the staff and maintenance will keep me that way. Crown Martin Apartments is a nice place to live. Close to shopping and dining. Good road access to anywhere in Oklahoma City.

This is a very clean and well managed community. the grounds is always upkept very well and the staff in the office is always very nice. The location of this complex is idea for living in the city with a very fast drive to anywhere needed.

The apt. I rented was the nastiest I've ever lived in. The garbage disposal emptied into the dishwasher despite three calls for repair (gave up), the hot water came out brown, there was a rotten egg smelling sludge buildup in the bathroom sink drain that'd make you hurl, the shower grout was black, there's a hole in the ground by patio with exposed sewer pipe, and the outside window frame was rotted off and laying on the ground, for real!

I moved in this apartment community due to a great school district and community as well closer towards the Edmond. This apartment area is easy to go to high way or free way go to the mall and big stores also.

I've only been here for a week but so far things are good. My only complaint is how far the laundry room and the trash compactor are. You have to go back to the entrance of the community to use them. My interactions with the managing staff have been good so far.

Quiet but vibrant community, non smoking makes it feel a lot cleaner and neater. Staff really care about the quality of the community and work to make it a pleasant experience for all. Amenities are great, position off of memorial makes it an easy place to get to and from.

I'm very thankful I feel safe here. It's close to everything I need. I love the area and convenience! I absolutely love the girls in the office and the maintenance staff is prompt when an order needs to be completed. It's been a good ride here at Crown Martin Park!

Beautiful community apartments, with spacious living conditions. Maintenance staff is crazy fast when you file a report, and office staff are always friendly and message me directly anytime I have a package delivered. It truly is an amazing apartment to live in.

Whenever there is any issue in the house they respond immediately.Staff , maintenance team everything is good . Providing veggie garden is excellent and also kids play area.At the time when pipes were frozen and broken they came immediately and resolved problem ,We appreciate them.

My roommate and I just moved in a couple of weeks ago. We both love the high ceiling in the apartment, all of the windows & just the layout in general. So far it's quiet and we feel very safe! Every request we have is fixed so quickly. The only downside is you get one assigned parking spot. If you want another, you have to pay for a garage. Other than that, we love living here!

I've enjoyed living in the Crown Martin community. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. The apartment grounds are kept maintained and are always extremely clean. I love the awesome swimming pool and fitness center. Residents are always informed about things going on within the community. I highly recommend living at Crown Martin Park!

Gorgeous community. Quiet, Lovely and friendly. Repairs are horrible though. Frozen sprinklers (not my fault) flooded my carpet and they will not put it back as it was before. They insist that patching it (looks like I did it myself) is the best that can be done. I will be moving. Windows are very very very poor. Air conditioner goes out all summer long. If those aren't high priorities then it's fantastic. I love everything else. Also you cannot transfer apartments unless you upgrade in bedrooms. And you only get one parking spot. Anyone else has to walk to and from guest parking, or rent a garage like I did.

My experience so far has been amazing. The staff is respectful and caring. All maintenance request get completed within a timely manner. I love my unit, very clean, spacious and everything that I look for in an apartment!

Not very good experience to share . I don't feel very secured . There need to CC TV access in parking of Office staff is rude. When we moved management was good we are happy. But not getting worse.

Not sure I would again. The list left on the counter says it was freshly painted and it wasn't. Back door and storage unit weren't rekeyed, asked to keep it in my apartment until next business day. Got garage remote, told by office "I don't have batteries for it" if I'm newly renting from you, it should be in working order.

It's close to Hospital. Eating places up and down memorial and McArthur. Kilpatrick easy to get to martain nature park right next store. You can take the kids , you. An walk around the grounds. Lots to get to .I have been here 3years right now. Going to sign up again
