Myself my experience has been quite pleasant, Brandy the manager I think goes out of her way to make every resident here feel at home and tries her best. I call this place my home, yes it's an apartment but it's my home, I enjoy the poolside, the ladies in the office are delightful. The maintenance man do their best to get to us in all of our needs,

Nice apartments and amenities. Would recommend to person looking for a friend pace for themself or a couple. I have the one bed, one bath and it's great for my dog and I. Definitely worth checking out.

I love how close it is to Martin Nature Park. It's typically very quiet. I work out at Tinker Air Force Base and the drive is not that bad at all despite the distance given the quick access to the highway.

I've enjoyed living here, maintenance around the complex is kept up. Parking could be better, sometimes there's other people in my spot for a day or so at a time. I enjoy seeing the families around the courtyard and pool.

I love Crown Martin Park apartments! I feel very safe and secure in the gated community. Office staff is always extremely pleasant. I love the pool and the gym! I don't plan on moving unless into a home instead of an apartment! I definitely would and have recommended Crown Martin Park.

This was my first time living in an apartment, I was a little concerned due to the close proximity of apartment living. It has been for the most part an enjoyable experience. I can have my pet with me which is a big plus for me. Located near just about anything you would want or need. Staff is always helpful and courteous.

The apartments themselves are quite nice. The entire complex is non-smoking. The amenities, such as the pool and gym, are OK. Parking can be sparse if you live towards the front of the complex, but there is plenty of parking towards the back.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Kat was very helpful in showing me the apartment and helping me move in asap. I love how quiet the complex is and how friendly other residents are. I love he landscape and all the amenities offered. I am very happy to live here. I feel safe here being a single mom with my 10 year old son.

My only complaint is parking.The assigned parking is very hard to see especially at night. They should use a color that does not blend with the asphalt. The apartments are very well maintained,grounds very clean,nice pool,very nice people that work in office and in apartments. Deer creek school safe

It has been very chill and relaxing to live here. Thankfully got an apartment towards the back of the complex and on the 3rd level. I have had zero issues with neighbors. It is very well kept and I enjoy walking around. There are plenty of sidewalks to navigate the area. The pool area is great. Although I don't use it because I like to go to a bigger gym, the workout area is solid if you are okay with the limited equipment (again, this is compared to an actual gym.) It is great for an apartment complex.

I no longer live at this community. My experience was great no complaints. I relocated due to employment. Very friendly office and maintenance staff. Lived in several other apartments and this one was the best of all. Would highly recommend checking them out

Amazing office staff, very down to earth, friendly,helpful and honest up front about all the policies. I moved on short notice and was new to the area. After visiting several complexes crown martin just stood out.Everyone was so warming. My apartment was very fresh and clean.maintenance came same day as request. 5 stars

Love the community. I always feel very safe. Love the location. The manager Brandi is super sweet. You can tell she takes pride in her work and the community she is always walking the property and keeping everyone updated on the work being performed. The entire office staff and maintenance are very good here. Very close to all shopping and several nice restaurant's within walking range.

Crown Martin is a nice and affordable. Community is fairly quiet with no issues. Staff is friendly and timely when it comes to concerns. Not a terrible place to try, there are worse places to live. They are currently undergoing a renovation, excited to see if anything changes.

The experience was great. The amenities in the unit are really nice. The grout work in the bathroom is sub par and there's a crack in the tile but other than that the experience was great. And I would recommend this place to a friend.

So far Eve has been fine. My neighbors are fairly quiet and don't bother me. The staff have been nice and welcoming. I do with there were more trash dumpster locations, but they i I not have one and it's at the front of the complex. I'm happy that they are working on the appearance of the complex.
