Great community. Office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive to any needs. Community is in a great location with walking trails at the Martin Nature center only 1 minute away. Would definitely recommend.

The price is good for the square footage and the location, however, I am disappointed with the quality. Many things in my apartment have broken. When maintenance comes, they do not schedule a time to enter, even if you requested them to do so. This makes me uncomfortable because I do not want them to accidentally let my pet outside. When they are there, it's 50/50 if the problem actually gets fixed. Additionally, the buildings are labeled in a confusing way, so those who live in building 14 often get there packages delivered to building 4. One time, a mailman gave up and abandoned packages along the back side of the parking lot. I will probably renew my lease because, like I said, the rent isn't that bad.

I love the office staff because they actually try to fix the problem you present them, the maint. team works really hard for such a small crew, and It's close to a hospital, convenient for emergencies. Also during the summer all the apartment farmers come out and grow these massive sunflowers and vegetables! It's a beautiful thing, you know?

It has been nice, but construction is tough to deal with on some days with the new renovations. The amenities are really nice, and the landscaping at the location is the best I've ever seen at an apartment complex. I plan to make better use of them in the near future!

My fianc? and I have lived at crown Martin park for roughly 6 months now and my truck has been broken into 2 times already. Management will not do anything about it either. No extra cameras to secure more areas of the parking lot or anything. Management told us they were sorry over email but you could tell in person they really couldn't care less. If it weren't for these situations I would possibly stay here longer.

It's been nice living here. I had a few bumps in the road when moving here, my moving truck hit the center pillar of the gate, knocked it down. The staff was very nice and understanding and getting it all sorted out was easy and they were never rude about the situation. The staff is friendly and responsive and will help you with your issue promptly. My air conditioner went out and they were quick to inform me what was happening with the repair and get me a window unit until the replacement was installed. They are very good about keeping you up to date on what is happening in the complex and ensuring everyone knows all the details.

Crown Martin park is known for its best community, it just make you feel like home.We have a great neighborhood.A special appreciation for the maintenance team for their on time response.The staffs are very friendly and they are very much available to the residents. We are expecting more community engaging activities in the near future.

Good community to live. Super safe with the gated community and neighbors are respectful. Memorial Road is full of restaurants and Quail Springs Mall is close by. Top Golf is close too. The interior of the apartments is little outdated but that's okay. Rent is somewhat reasonable.

The complex is always clean, staff are prompt and welcoming. No issues with noisy neighbors - everyone here is friendly. This complex is also close to so many great restaurants and activities to go and do! Rent is a fair price for the quality of the community and the amenities included.

This apartment has been a great place to live! We rarely have issues here. It's been really enjoyable to be able to live somewhere comfortably, where we can be proud to have guests over. It's been amazing!

This is a quiet community next to the Oklahoma turnpike. Very well kept grounds and good staff. The amenities are very nice and maintenance responds very quickly. Great place to live for the past few years!

I feel at home here. The staff are always courteous and quick to help. The grounds are very well-maintained. I think the community garden is a nice amenity. I also really like my garage. It's huge and it's good to have my car safely parked inside. I don't have any plans to move to another apartment complex.

I lived at Crown Martin Park 2011-2013, and came back in 2022 when I sold my home. I've had a great experiences both times, and would highly recommend this community for the staff that genuinely cares, cleanliness, beauty and great location!

I live in a 2b 2b, lower level, garage attached apartment. I love it, I feel like it's a little house! I had lived here previously a few years ago and then moved into a house with my sister, she sold here house and well, here I am again, and that says something!

I have lived at the Crown Martin for a more than 8 months now and can say that it is such a stress-free place to live! The management is prompt and accessible. The apartments are well built, and the amenities are top of the line! I am happy person!

I have lived here for over 4 years. The community is quiet and well maintained. Any service requests have been taken care of very quickly. Urgent requests have been dealt with almost immediately. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool, gym and pickle ball court are nice amenities!

Beautiful community, great staff, and overall great apartment. They've made updates to the gym recently and are working on the parking at the moment. I love the garden plots available and the courtyard games. The pool is only 3' deep, but otherwise is nice. No noise complaints, neighbors are friendly.

Everybody we have met thus far is very kind and friendly. That goes from anyone to our next door neighbors, and definitely the various people of the staff. Everything is always very clean and well taken care of in the complex!

My time at Crown Martin Park has been very sweet. The staff is very kind and willing to help figure out any problems that may arise. The location is great and is close to many amenities you may need. Another plus, it's right next to a nature center!

The staff is wonderful. They care about the property and make sure it stays looking amazing. I absolutely love living here. My unit is in fabulous condition and they are always updating things in the community to enhance the property grounds. You'll never have a place with so much communication from the staff. It proves just how much they care.

High quality apartment complex, but it is pretty pricy. Great location off of Memorial, clean, great maintenance and office staff, and reasonable pet policies. I just wish it wasn't so expensive or I would stay!

Exactly what I was looking for! Convenient location and well constructed apartments. Plenty of amenities and a great community as well. The one bedroom apartments are spacious and include a little office area perfect for working from home. Will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes!
