Crown Martin Park is a great place to live at. The staff is extremely helpful with everything and very nice to speak with. The overall complex is very well organized and well maintained which makes it very nice to look at when coming home. Over all the apartment is very nice and I couldn't be happier with the location being so close to restaurants and such.

Overall I really enjoy the location of this complex which is the number one reason I decided to move here. Secondly, I think the apartment itself is very nice and stood out whenever I was on other apartment tours. I think what surprised me most were how many children were here. Not a bad thing at all, I enjoy seeing people at the courtyard every night with their families.

It is mostly quiet. The assigned parking is great until someone parks in your spot and it's a hassle to get the tow truck company to come out. There is limited visitor parking. Make sure they show you the apartment you are moving into or else it will be different.

This is a great community to live in. It is located in a great area, close to the turnpike and so many great shopping and dining options are around here too. The apartment staff is very communicative to the residents.

Do research, know what it is you're looking for! Have a location in mind that you prefer and if possible visit the area. Pictures can be misleading in some advertisements. Have a price range in mind, remembering you get what you pay for. If it sounds too good to be true, more than likely it is not as advertised. Ask question , not general questions, but those with your specific needs in mind. EVERYONE has their own set of needs.

Great community and great apartments for a great price! The leasing agent Hanna walked me through everything. She was knowledgeable and showed that she cared about everyone she talked to from residents to staff!

The staff has always been wonderful. If I needed things to be done, they have been very prompt with completing the job. I would recommend to my friends in living here if they were looking for a place to live.

I've lived here for over a year ?this neighborhood is very safety,clean ,it makes people feel comfortable to live in.Also the office staff and maintenance staff are very nice,I've made a great choice to live here!

Staff is kind and considerate. Location is premium. Quiet and well maintained. Dog areas need some work. I like the space and the layout of the apartment. Loads of natural light. The access to and from the main road is super easy

So far, it's nice. Pretty quiet. I haven't had a chance to really do much with the gym or anything else. So far so good. I love the location. It's close to work, restaurants, the turnpike. It's a great sized 2 bedroom for the area and price. So far, I'm happy.

Community is quit and very supportive. Worth living here. Maintenance team is very effective and knows the job very well. Overall its a good packaged deal I would say. Everything like schools, park, entertainment are in neighborhood only.

A lot of buck for the bang!
Rent increased each year. You must have apartment insurance which is all on top of your rent amount. There is white carpet everywhere! They are often in and out of your apartment tracking in dirt that you are responsible for cleaning. If you have a pet, be ready to get a kennel or find another place for him. They recently repainted and replaced shingles. I was responsible for cleaning up the old shingles and nails off my balcony. Rent increased after this too. When moving out, they threw a nice Bissel carpet cleaner away when I was coming to get it. I still had a day to get everything. They also threw away a garbage can with my cleaning supplies. When I received the bill for moving out I was charged for them throwing my stuff away I was coming to get. Just try talking to them; they are not understanding or supplied with any common sense. They bribe you to write reviews and be entered to win a year of free rent. No one ever wins but they use your review against you! The main Leinbach company will not talk to you. They only send you to that apartment complex manager. Gates are often broken and safety is compromised. The apartments are next to a major turnpike and street. Cars are heard often. All the greenery plants, shrubs, trees are dead. And beware of the many ticks at the property!

Nice quiet overall community with perks like the pool and gym. The neighborhood is quiet and I enjoyed meeting families at the pool during the summer. Community is close to many activities like restaurants and parks

Very good service. All the issues are attended promptly and fixed. All the employees in leasing office and maintenance workers are very good in treating us. Overall very good and safe place to live in rent.

Overall very satisfied. Awesome, hardworking employees in the front office. No problems here and when there were maintenance issues they were small and Maintenance was very quick to respond. Questions for the front office were always answered quickly even after hours at times. I had an awesome stay here!! Thank you!!

Everything is good news at Crown Martin Park. Always great maintenance and office staff make life here a breeze. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is always clean. I wish rent was cheaper, but don't we all! 5 stars. Would love a rent decrease because living here is not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Im new here, only a few days but getting in has been a great and easy process. The staff here really do care about their job and it shows. The apartments are so well kept and clean, its unheard of these days. My dog has been so happy meeting other dogs here. I couldn't ask for a better place.

My stay here has been pretty good so far, minor issues but they've been fixed promptly! The staff is very kind and professional!! Communication is really great, grounds stay clean. Some just keeps taking my parking spot though so I have to walk from the guest entrance

The apartment itself is great and so is the office staff. There are maintenance issues which are unresolved after the second business day preventing us from a great experience overall. The community is somewhere I want to be for a few years but we will see?

Management staff really nice and helpful. The rent is reasonable and they had the least move in expense. So far it has been very quiet. The location is really convenient. I like having a gate remote so you don't have to use gate codes every entry.

We like this community very much as it has many great qualities such as a good pickleball court, garden, a good swimming pool and we have many great neighbors. Overall this is a very great community and we like it here.

It's been wonderful. Issues are resolved quickly and respectfully. The community is quiet at night and have had no problems. There is plenty of space outside for pets as well. The pool is also a big bonus!

I've had a great experience at Crown Martin Park. It is a very quiet community with nice amenities and excellent customer service. Crown Martin Park is also conveniently located near many restaurants and parks, which makes it ideal.

Just moved into the community, love the location for work, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and assisted in every process and quick to respond too. I feel safe in the gated community. The apartment is a nice size and look forward to the year.
