I have lived here for 3 years , well maintained the apartment service requests resolved very quickly and very friendly staff. Only issue is building and windows are pretty old so few things are not fixable.

So far so good. I've enjoyed the community, location and amenities the complex provides. My only real suggestion would be to add a dog park to give pet owners a place to let their dogs run loose a little bit.

Everyone was super helpful throughout our move making it super stressless and easy. The apartment was well kept and only minor issues with some windows but they got fixed once noticed so overall 10/10 will most definitely be living here for some time.

I have had nothing but a great experience at Crown Martin Park so far from touring the apartment complex, the application process, to now living here for a month. I live on a ground floor apartment and almost never hear my upstairs neighbors like I did at my other apartments, so the units are built well-insulated. Hanna in the leasing office is amazing to work with and so helpful with anything you need. I had to submit very minor work orders when I moved in (cosmetic), and they were addressed and fixed within a day or two.

My experience has been pretty decent! When the they started working on the parking lots! We had no where to park and they gave us barely to minimum options to park or they towed without notice first! Also the security is a little concerning! Why have gates if you are going to keep them open anyways! They have to warn us to keep our car locks for break ins. The problem would be minimized if the gates were closed! Overall they are pretty good on updating us on everything else! Very nice and professional at every cost.

Experience has been fine. I don't have any complaints. Staff have always been responsive, courteous, professional and kind. Rent keeps going up but there aren't any additional amenities but that's the world we live in.

Everyone from office staff, to maintenance staff, to groundskeepers have been great to work with. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Anytime there is a maintenance issue, the staff is very prompt on fixing the matter.

Good place to live. Parking is frustrating but a friendly office staff and community. Nice that they allow pets and are vigilant about pet waste being cleaned up. Could use cameras on the property for more parking security.

Great community friendly staff peaceful place to live very quiet...I love a location is close to the mall stores and the pikepass route also and very important for my kids is the Greek creek district schools one of the best public schools in Oklahoma very convenient for our family

I loved this community when I first moved in. There were frequent summer events. The office staff seemed concerned about the residents. The maintenance was unmatched. The last couple of years, it has not felt like the same community.

The community is very easy to live in which is a huge deciding factor when picking an apartment complex. There are very few inconveniences and when there are, the notification process is good. There is an overall quietness, privacy, and cleanliness in the complex that we appreciate. A big mix of young people, families with children, and some older people as well and everyone is very respectful of neighbors. If it weren?t for the doors getting knocked on nearby, you would hardly notice those around you. Very friendly staff and responsive too.

I have had a great experience here for the most part. It is right next to the nature park which is nice. I just didn't like they redid the parking lot so I could not park in my assigned spot for a while but stuff like that will happen.

Extremely clean and well maintained. Both the office staff and maintenance have been extremely helpful helping me get settled in. The yards are well kept and beautiful as is the pool and gym. They have washer and dryer on site but also hookups inside Apt. also very safe place to live

These two years at Crown Mart?n Park have been wonderful. My grandchildren have enjoyed the pool every summer and they have planted their tomatoes in the garden. As for me, I have been able to do yoga on the balcony

Great area, complex is over 20 years old though. Time and weather Haeckel a toll on the property. Small cracks and wood rot visible. Guttering needs a complete revamp. Pet friendly is a plus and tenants are nice.
