I have lived in other places but this place is beyond expectations, they go above and beyond and I would recommend this place to anyone and especially to a veteran like me. They offer great services and the staff is really friendly

A fantastic place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is beautiful. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....A beautiful place to call home.

I just moved in to this complex and so far I have no complaints. The neighbors that live around me are courteous and respectful. The neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

For me, this is the ideal community to live in? it's close to work, is pet friendly and is decently priced. I love how it's right next to the nature center and close to restaurants and stores. Our neighbors are friendly and we haven't had any problems with noise.

Thoroughly enjoy living here. The complex is really quiet and family friendly. Pets are welcomed as well with nice designated areas for them. The pool/hot tub are very nice to use and the apartment gym has the essentials. The maintenance team is very prompt and kind when fixing issues. The location is great too. Everything you need is within a few miles.

Great community. My neighbors are friendly and courteous!!! Quiet family oriented place to reside! I love the friendly office staff. I love that they all know me by name. My family is pleased living in the community!!!

I've enjoy living in this community so far. There are amenities such as a pool, gym and community garden. Everyone is quite nice and helpful whenever I have a problem. Also being next to the park makes the community look great.

I first found this place on and my roommate and I decided to have a tour, management showed us everything. We both worked closed and crown Martin had apartments that fit both of our needs, it was cheap between the both of us. Very quiet neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very helpful and treated me very well. The staff was always on top of providing information and updates regarding the community. The maintenance here was one of the best out of all the apartments I have lived at.

So far I am beyond pleased with my experience with Crown Martin Park. The office staff and maintenance staff has been a huge help with responding in a timely matter and getting the job done quickly. The apartment is nice on the inside, up to date, big walk in closet, big bedroom, fireplace, and balcony. The pool is really nice in the summer, usually really quiet and there was a pool party that was a lot of fun! I like that we are in a gated community with assigned parking. We are right next to the nature park which makes it easy to go there and take walks. Everything is convenient, food, shopping, gas. And right off of the highway! I love living in Crown Martin Park!

The community is clean, friendly, and safe. I've enjoyed living in a quiet environment with the convenience of the area. I've not had a problem with the management, the parking, or my neighbors since I've moved in. The office staff are super helpful and the apartment is beautiful!

The staff is great, but for the money there are better equipped apartments, I have lived here about a year and a half and have had major issues. The only complaint I realy would have is that you can tell that it is an older property by the appliances and alot of times with the plumbing.

Great place to live. Quiet, clean & really does feel like a home. Location is perfect with easy access to turnpike. Updated apartments & appliances with wonderful amenities; pool, gym, garden, tennis court & more. Washer/dryer hook ups, i could go on & on

The community is quiet and friendly. There are many people with dogs, which is a great thing. The staff are always on top of package deliveries and maintenance issues. The staff are also friendly and available to help you.

I chose Crown Martin Park because I thought it was safe, gated, and doesn't allow pit bulls. It's not really gated because the gate is often broken. I've already seen a guy with his pit bull. The place seems safe, and other than a neighbor who blasts rap music and screams, my neighbors are really nice. The staff is really nice and helpful. Parking situation works for me. My apartment is out of date and falling apart. The windows don't open/stay opened, there is carpet in the bathroom, the windows and doors are cheap and drafty. Overall, it seems safe and the staff is very nice.

The community is very friendly and clean. So far the neighbors have all been respectful with how loud they are, I've never had a complaint on anyone. The only thing that is negative is how often the entry gates are down.

My experience at Crown Martin Park has been absolutely amazing! I have lived in 3 other apartment complexes and no other place will compare to Crown Martin Park! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and everybody that lives here and willing to be your friend! High recommend living here!

Love having a garage attached. And that it fits two cars. Not too many apartment complexes offer that. I dont know what else to write. 200 characters is too many. Looking forward to Christmas party to meet community here

I have been to us in June this year and i had a friend who was already staying here and when i visited his house i liked the community and hence decided to stay over here. I also liked the way the staff is maintaining the place very neat and calm.

At first bad, but has been perfectly fine since. We speak to a couple of our neighbors frequently since they have dogs too. Our planter box failed so we don't use it, feel free to let someone else us it.

So far we have had a great experience. The staff are helpful and respond in a timely manner. The apartment fits our needs. Only concern are the cooking odors that enter our apartment from other units. Wish there was a way to keep the odors out.

Community was great. Only problems were management and the parking spots of the maintenance. A heater was dropped on my car at 6am one morning and left a dent. Went to tell Brandi and her response was "where's the video" as if I seriously recorded him dropping it..... while there was spilt coffee and the maintenance mans work truck right next to my car at 6am!!! Was terrible experience with Brandi.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Crown Martin Park..I had to find a place asap and they worked extra hard to make that happen...by the time it was move in day , I felt like I was a family member getting a VIP treatment...
