The grounds and apartments are in beautiful condition. The office staff genuinely care for tenants and their needs. They even love the pets and include them as little family members. I love it here! You will love it too!

Staff does not communicate with one another. The lack of communication causes issues and broken expectations with the tenants. There is also a lot of deferred maintaince need in the apartments and the around the exterior of the complex. Lots of dog crap around the outside of the units.

I love living at Crown Martin Park. The office staff has always been so great and very helpful. The location of this property is very convienent to everything and is very nice all around. The amenities are great and neighbors are very kind.

We like living here and the staff is great. We like having a gated community and the location is great. We also enjoy the garden area and the quiet and that it is also non-smoking. We like that we can have a pet and the staff pays attention to them also

Overall good experience, maintenance at times does not fix everything correct the first time and has left my floors dirty. Overall though the office staff is very open and receptive to getting things fixed in the complex. The gym could be updated and the appliance and cabinets.

This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. It is very beautiful, well maintained, clean, safe, staff are friendly and professional. It is close to lovey shopping centers, restaurants and best schools. I call it home.

It's nice but the HVAC units are showing their age. The public places are well kept. The main issue has nothing to do with the facility but with the proximity to the highway. After 9ish the road turns into a race way. You can almost set your smartphone to it.

I recently downsized from a 3-bedroom house and worried about doing so. Thankfully, Crown Martin Park ended up being a perfect landing spot for an empty nester like me. It's clean, safe & affordable. I especially liked the fact that I had the option of selecting a detached garage. I also like the prompt attention given to maintenance requests. Most of all, I've been pleased with the management because everyone has been helpful to me during this time of transition.

I moved into Crown Martin Park about nine months ago and I've been pleased with the decision. I downsized from a house and I wish I had done it sooner. Brandy, the manager, has made my transition easier in so many ways. It's all appreciated. It's a quiet, clean community. Perfect for me.

The office staff are very friendly and a joy to work with. All of my maintenance requests have been addressed the same day or the very next day. It's a bit pricey to live here but well worth it when compared to living situations at other apartments.

The staff was extremely helpful and informative. The tenants that lived there were friendly and raves about the apartment complex and staff. Anytime I contact Crown Martin with a question they are always quick to reply and get me the answers I need.

The apartments are very well kept as well as the pool and grounds around the apartment. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance are very quick to respond. The parking at times is frustrating if someone has taken your spot. It would be nice to have more parking availiable especially when people come to visit.

Management and maintenance crew are nice but ownership doesn't appear to want to have a plan for updating the units. It would be nice to have fully functioning appliances that don't require work arounds to operate.

Beautiful quiet apartment community with quick access to a lot of places. Maintenance takes care if any problems quickly. Feels very safe, has amazing landscaping with bunnies and birds my pet likes watching. Layouts feel like a home.

After spending numerous years in Real Estate Management both multi and single family homes, I can see this is the best brunch property in Oklahoma City Bar None. My apartment was definitely an incredible condition when I moved in not one problem. Maintenance is always done in a timely basis and with much consideration for the tenant. The maintenance supervisor is actually wonderful I have no idea how he does everything he does. The office staff is incredibly kind and always there for all the tenants and very gracious as well as professional. The property itself is always maintained beautifully and offers so many amenities. Truly a wonderful community. Much thanks to all of Leinbachs incredible staff here!!

Great management! Staff is very helpful. It's nice to have swings and benches where a person can enjoy a beautiful day. Maintenance is usually very prompt. I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends.

Crown Martin Park is a very great community. Everyone is very friendly and there is a neighborly feel. The office staff is very professional, friendly, and competent. I feel that they care for everyone who lives here as a person. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for an apartment that is safe and has a homely feel.

The office staff has been nothing but extremely nice. While taking care of paperwork in the office of 2 different occasions, the manager Missy has recognized everyone who came through the door and knows what unit they stay in. The office staff cares about their job and the community they are providing us. Not to mention the apartment was immaculate when I moved in. I will forever recommend Crown Martin Park.

Just moved our daughter in. The renting process went smoothly and the apartment was clean and ready. Nice size apartment with surprising amount of closet space. The only disappointing thing is that the kitchen so small. However, overall it seems like a nice place.

We recently moved into this apartments. So far I observed this is clean and friendly community and lot of trees are there I like so much. I strongly recommend to stay here. For kids also this is best place to play and entertain.

The community is stay closer to natural park, safe and calm. It is located at the right place as we can reach all neighborhood within 4 miles. The office staff and maintenance staff are always helpful and responsible.

Overall, I enjoy the apartments. The price is good for the square footage you get. Not as updated as some of the other apartment complexes, but those will also cost you several hundred more for the same square footage. Parking can be a hassle. You get one assigned spot, even with a 2 bedroom. Guest parking is very limited.

We liked the deal we were offered the very first time we came to look at apartments. There is so much space for such a reasonable price. The value is worth it for the beautiful groundskeeping, safety, and competent work staff. I used to live in bad apartments where they would shut off the water for days at a time without warning or concern. I'm happy knowing that will never happen again. Everyone keeps to themselves and it's important to me I can walk in the dark to take out the trash here and feel completely safe. Nicest place I've ever lived! It's like karma for all the bad places I've lived. I couldn't ask for a more beautiful home.
