Office and facility staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The application process was efficient. I've enjoyed living in this environment. I especially appreciate the attached garage option, the balcony, floorplan, and social opportunities.

Great Deer Creek School District, that is what brings our family here. The price the tenants pay is because of this school district. Community lacks a play area for kids which could be a great addition if the management takes this feedback seriously.

I have enjoyed my experience here. The staff is professional and courteous. They make you feel loves and they call you by name. They want the best for you here. I love my apartment, it's the perfect size and at a good price. Overall, I have loved living here at Crown Martin Park apartments.

The staff in the office is rude and not helpful. They encourage others tenants to take pictures of each other of not picking up their animals feces. If you happen to be friends with the staff, you can let your dog poop anywhere and nothing is done.

Staff is excellent. Professional and friendly. Maintenance is beyond excellent. Almost always have issues corrected within 24 hours, less if it's an emergency. Community is quiet, close to lots of stuff. Would definitely recommend

It's been a great living experience, and the staff is very helpful and nice. I enjoy living in my apartment and rarely have any maintenance issues. It is very mice having access to a pool and fitness center, as well.

Office staff is always very helpful, and pleasant. I've never had any problems that maintenance could not fix. They're very prompt in getting things done. It's a joy living here at CMP. Very convenient travel time to stores, restaurants in the area.

Great location, quiet, clean grounds, friendly staff. Workout facility is lacking. Its fine for light treadmill work but that's about it. Very disappointed with maintenance. Two attempts to hook up washing machine properly but ended up having to do it myself.

I have lived in this community for 3 years and I nothing bad to say about living here. Management is very nice and always helpful. Apartments are as pictured. Maintenance is fast to address any problems. I would recommend this property.

The staff is always extremely helpful if we ever have any questions or concerns. The campus including the pool is always well kept. The resident events are so fun and a great way to meet new people since we've recently moved to the state.

Nice place to live. For a 1 bedroom apartment, it has alot of room due to the good design of the apartment. Only real complaint would be the parking situation but other than that it is a solid place to live .

Overall good experience. Beautiful grounds and apartments. Unfortunately the materials used in the kitchen and bathrooms are cheap. Parking is pretty ridiculous. Fitness center is outdated, but functional. Maintenance staff is not very professional or good at their job.

Very good community all in one. Good points: - clean - very nice complex -very nice appartement -pool is amazing -tennis court is nice and clean -quiet residence Bad point : Parking place are limited. I would love to have 1 place per room. (1 bedroom 1 parking spot, 2 bedrooms 2 parking spots...)

excellent experience in all the years I have called Crown Martin Park my home. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly and professional in every way. Though I do not participate in social gatherings Crown Martin Park plans throughout the year I appreciate the community building such occasions provide.

Apartments are in great condition, well maintained, and residents are courteous and responsible. Repairs, when needed, are normally completed within 48 hrs. Great community in which to live! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

Crown Martin Apartments is a great community! The staff and maintenance are always so helpful and fun to interact with! I would highly recommend it! I've stayed in many apartment complexes and this is my favorite!

Great staff all around even take the time to learn peoples names and have always been super friendly including maintenance who are always professional and very quick to respond to my service needs whether it is for an air filter or leaky faucet.

Safe area. Allows pets. Never worried when my husband isn't home. Always quick to fix our maintainer problems. Even when in the middle of the night. I like that we have a fire place. Layout could be better if it was different. Rooms are weirdly shaped in one bedrooms.

Overall Crown Martin Park have been a pleasant experience for me. The office staff is very friendly, maintenance is very quick in responding to your needs. The outside areas are very well maintained. For the price of my rent I believe it is well spent. Definitely would recommend to anyone

I love where I live. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond to any issues that may arise. I love the location of the apartment complex; it is close to everything I need. Would and have recommended Crown Martin to my friends.

Great experience. I have lived here for 2+ years and that has mainly been for the location, easy access to turnpike; reasonable pricing; a wonderful place to come home to and great customer service from the leasing office and maintenance staff.

I love living here except for the parking. The building planners did not execute that well and parking space assignments can be far from your apartment. Also there is always a rent increase upon renewal which I know most complexes have. The staff is great however. Maintenence is great. Layout is roomy in most apartments. The pool is shallow but nice and big enough to do laps. The exercise room was recently remodeled. The computer center is very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Grills and picnic tables are available around the complex. The pool area has a nice gas grill and outdoor fireplace along with tables and chairs. Lounge chairs also surroind the pool. Residents are friendly for the most part. Activities are always fun. The clubhouse is also very nice and residents can rent it for the day for small events. Pest control and maintenence checks are done regularly as well. This is also a no smoking complex that's pet friendly. That's a huge plus to breath clean air. I have enjoyed living here and feel very safe. As I state earlier my only complaints are the parking situation and rent increases.

This apartment complex had everything I wanted in an apartment: non carpeted flooring options, ceiling fan in the bedroom, walk in closets, huge bathroom, updated appliances, high ceilings, convenient location and super friendly staff. The wen portal to pay rent makes things very convenient and easy and Ashlee aht the front desk is always so helpful.
