I enjoyed crown martin park. The location is ideal with it essentially right off of the highway. The community, staff, and maintenance are friendly. Service is prompt. I appreciate the facilities like the workout room, tennis court, and swimming pool. The units themselves are well-lit and I love my concrete balcony. There's some small issues with the gate jamming, visibility of parking lines, mail being mixed with units denoted by "I" and "L", and some areas of the floor creaking, however overall great place to live.

Most enjoyable. The staff is welcoming and maintenance personnel are fantastic. They all take care of the tenants. As a single female, you can feel nervous about your environment, but the complex has made me feel very comfortable and I've never been nervous to walk around at night. Any issues that have come up have been addressed that day. Which is amazing in and of itself.

The reason I chose this apartment is the location. The office staff and maintenance staff are kind and prompt, but the units themselves are not worth the rent. Appliances are cheap and break easily or don't work properly, insulation is very poor which means high utility bills and parking is inadequate.

Its been great living in this community, everybody seems nice, we smile and waive at each other at the gym, car park and along the general areas, office staff are nice and welcoming whenever you need information or assistance

This is a great community that my family and I really enjoy. It's the safest and cleanest apartment that I have lived in since relocating to Oklahoma in 2003. My family and I feel very secure and comfortably at home since moving into this neighborhood. Above all, they have the best management team who really care and are also very welcoming. Best community ever and I recommend to all who want to live comfortably.

I love living here. It's super safe and a great community. The apartments are beautiful and the price is so reasonable! It's also very close to anything you would need. I would highly recommend living here.

My family has really enjoyed our time at Crown Martin Park. The staff and maintenance crew are courteous and have always been responsive when called upon. We have found the community of residents to be friendly and cordial.

I have enjoyed my stay in this community. It is reasonably priced and in a great location. It comes with great amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and tennis court. I always feel safe and never have a problem with neighbors. What more could you ask for .

I really enjoy living at Crown Martin Park Apartments. They are well maintained, the staff is amazing, and the location is perfect. Any service requests are tended to immediately and I feel like the staff cares about their residents. This is the best complex I've lived in. It feels like a home.

Crown Martin Park has been a very comfortable place to live. Maintenance issues have always been taken care of in a prompt way. The staff is very cordial & professional as well as personable. I have also felt safe as being a single woman.

I moved in, in 2016 due to the cleanliness of appearance, quality of the apartments and the proximity to my new workplace. CrowneMartin apartments have not disappointed and I have been pleased with the time I have been here.

I have lived here for about 5 yrs. I have had a great experience living here. The only thing I don't like is how much the rent increases when its time to renew. Everyone in the front office is friendly and works hard to meet residents needs.

An awesome gated community that has a true sense of community. Everyone is very friendly and the complex being pet friendly is an added bonus! Another perk is an assigned parking space. Additionally, we have great management staff who are very helpful and friendly.

This is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and courteous and they quickly take care of any requests. The grounds are beautiful. I have always felt safe here. I love in a bungalow apartment with my own garage, and I love it!

The staff is courteous and professional. I've never had an issue with maintenance either (they're very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly). I would recommend this property to anyone. The grounds are beautiful. Although sometimes pricey, it is comparable to other apartment complexes in this area; this place definitely offers one of the best values, if not the best.

Very pleasant environment at these apartments. The landscape is beautiful and welcoming. The staff is helpful and always available. The maintenance is quick and detailed. Great value for a great home. I am happy with my decision everyday that i chose this place as my home. It's a quiet and comfortable community. I highly recommend Crown Martin Park Apartments!

It's been OK. It's very quiet compared to other places in the area I have lived in the past which is nice and it's very pet friendly. The neighbors are very friendly and family oriented. Just wish the fitness room was better.

Staff is outstanding! Maintenance is excellent and prompt. Property is attractive. Pool and tennis courts available. Close to Nature Center! Access to Turnpike makes it easy and quick to get to shopping, restaurants and hotels.

Crown Martin park apartments are a very welcoming community. It's a beautiful place to live with many wonderful amenities. They are extremely pet friendly and the staff at crown Martin park are always helpful. It's a wonderful place to live.
