This is a great community. They may seem strict on some rules but that is a benefit to the community. They make sure that you are taken care of and are safe. This is a great location to raise kids and very close to a lot of amenities.

Overall, I'm really happy with my decision to move to this apartment complex. The staff at the management office are personable and return phone calls timely. The neighbors I've met so far are extremely friendly. The amenities appear to be kept very clean, including the pool. I have pets and appreciate that the complex has pet friendly areas with dog bags for tenant use. I would recommend this complex to my family and friends.

So far, things are doing good for the most part. I would rather enjoy cheaper rent, discount opportunities, coupons, or any other money saving suggestions one may conceive, etc. I will also accept free items. Examples include but aren't limited to gift packages, money, fruit baskets, gift cards, or other. Thank you

Very peaceful community, well maintained and friendly staffs. the neighbours living in this society are all friendly. I appreciate if you can do monthly maintenance of gym. The community is very clean.

It's a great community, I like how the maintenance greets me everyday. I think the rent for the one bedroom is a little expensive but it's a nice apartment. I really think a dog park space would be nice

Great community absolutely love the environment, location and convenience to restaurants and shopping. The school district is amazing. One of the very few appointments this school district. Would highly recommend.

Staff is friendly but make sure to verify all information with someone else that works there because you might get false information and not know it until it's too late. These apartments are extremely nice and spacious and very updated, I don't like the heating and cooling system it's the only thing that's kind of outdated in the apartment, always clean and very nice, the pool is great as well. I would recommend this community to everyone who wants to live safe and peaceful. It is gated which adds to the security

It is a lovely place with well kept grounds. The swimming pool is open all year, not heated though.The one bedroom I am in is unique which is why I rented this apartment.The bedroom has this extra area about 6x8 ft on one side which is really nice.

Wonderful community to live in and be apart of! Everyone is very friendly. We love that there is a community garden for us to be apart of. Also, the company always has something going on for the residents to get more familiar with each other.

I have great neighbors and a great community. I love living here! The staff always knows my name and they are excellent at maintaining the property! In fact, the staff keeps the best community in the area!

Moved here for a new job in March and love my apartment. I cook when I can and the kitchen is a great size. Large bathroom and closet space. The garage is a huge plus and I love the pool and grill areas.

So far the experience has been nice. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I've only been here 2months almost and the few neighbors I have met are nice and very respectful. Nice community to live in.

We moved in from LA and could not get a chance to look at the property prior to move in. Based on other survey and rating we choose Crown Martin since it is close to my wife's office and the area is safe. The staff are really good, welcoming and helpful. The property is one of the best in NW OK. The only problem we had was we did not know the apartment was in 3rd and 4th floor because we have a duplex. Shifting of furniture was difficult as there is no elevator.

This complex is beautiful. The staff is so friendly, and really helped us find the exact unit that best fit our needs. Our living experience has been better than any place I have lived in prior to this complex! They are always timely to fix any issues and really seem to care about their residents.

The staff at CMP is simply the best. I looked a several other apartments before choosing CMP. The staff treated me like family. They showed more compassion and truly cared about making sure all my needs were met.

Town Homes are very spacious and a great value. Good location with a lot of retail shops and businesses around the community. Tennis court, gym, vegetable garden and swimming pool are some cool features to the apartments.

This is a wonderful apartment complex. The facilities are nice and updated. There is a gym, a very nice pool, office space, and laundry facility. They are pet friendly. The apartment staff and maintenance are very helpful and nice! Overall I am enjoying living in this community.

Living at Crown Martin Park is quiet and calm. The landscaping is lovely and has large variety. The pool is a good size and is kept in good repair. The units are well laid out and spacious with tall ceilings. All maintenance requests I've submitted have been responded to very promptly, and communication regarding any changes in office hours or required maintenance is done well.

The staff here is very nice and professional. Whenever we have had a problem we notified them and everything is resolved in a timely manner. During the summer there were a few events hosted by the apartment that were a blast going to. Especially pet appreciation week where they let our dog swim in the pool! Such a great time. Also the community here is great going on walks around the complex everyone is nice and says hi to each other. Overall love this place. Best apartments I've lived in.

I love living at Crown Martin Park, it is a safe friendly place to live. The staff hosts events and caters food it's so fun meeting new people. The maintenance staff has always tended to my needs. I love it!
