Every person encountered is very friendly which says a lot about the the management when they accept applications. It makes the entire experience amazing. The grounds are clean and immaculately well kept. We love it here!

My experience was good until i lost my job and couldn't get out of the lease without paying almost an entire year of rent! Like i planned on being fired from a longer then a decade career. Even tho this wont be posted because it looks bad on them, this place is great to live! Apartments are beautiful, staff is great. Just dont lose your job or your stuck with i high rent payment you can't make unless you saved up alot like i did.

It has been such a great experience. I have really enjoyed living here. The staff, the maintenance team and the tenants are all very nice and respectful. The pool is of course a major plus when looking for an apartment and the one at CMP apartments is amazing. I have lived here for 2 years and plan to continue my lease!

Love this Apartment. Best Office and Maintenance Staff I have ever had at any apartment I have lived at. They have fun community events that you make you feel welcome, as well as they do a great job of taken care of their grounds and making sure everyone does their part in the community.

I have always been pleased. My apartment was broke into in 2009 and I thought about moving but the staff was very helpful and made me feel safe so I ended up staying and I'm happy I did. Brandy Theo works in the office is awesome and the Elvier is great as well.

We lived in another apartment complex for 30 years. We were looking for a change to something nicer & safer. We were very impressed with Crown Martin Park. The apartments are very nice, quiet and beautiful. We are enjoying settling in and making a new home. Everyone here has been super nice. One of the best decisions we've made.

Overall, this is a very good place to live. The office responds to our concerns and the property is maintained well. I would recommend others to live here. Parking has not been an issue. I feel safe and this is affordable.

Nice quiet place to live. Close to everything you need . Office girls take care of us very well. Apartment is priced to suit our style of living. Maintenance does a great job of any problems that come up.

We love living here! Maintenance is handled very quickly even after hour problems. The office staff is wonderful. So friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel valued. The grounds are well kept and we always feel safe here.

Friendly staff and cleanliness of outside appearance of apartments. Maintenance staff responds quickly to any troubles have in house. Enjoy the events the staff puts on for the community and making it feel safe here.

Liked the office staff and maintenance they were also prompt with helping you out on an issue. The community was nice and safe with fun activities planned throughout the year. I would recommend the community for people looking for an apartment in the area. They also had different floor plans available some with garages attached and not which is a plus.

This is a pretty decent place to live. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems. My only issue is Neighbors above your head and all the noise. The floors Creak as well perhaps this community needs some remodeling.

The apartments are fairly quiet and safe. The office staff are rude and can be short with you. They exhibit a very passive aggressive attitude. The maintenance staff are questionable. They are quick to respond, but do not generally fix things. Rather, they just patch things up and leave a mess in your apartment for you to clean up. The rent is always increasing. There are never any improvements made to your apartment despite the continuous increases in rent. Lastly, you'll always find insects such as spiders, flies, beetles, and other bugs due to the nature reserve being next door.

The ladies in the office are great. They try to make living in an apartment a breeze. They let you know through many different ways if you have a package, so there's no worry if it's here or not. They also send out community emails to inform us about what is going on.

The staff is great to work with. The apartments and complex are beautiful. The maintenance staff are very quick at completing requests. DEFINITELY recommend anyone to at least look at this complex when searching for an apartment.

The staff are very friendly and curtious! The maintenance staff responds quickly and efficiently! The only issue I have had was someone vandalized my parents car by ripping off the rear windshield wiper and tried to rip off the license plate. when they were parked at the complex

Community is good. Overall no complaints, noisy sometime when pool side events are happening. Great maintenance staff. The grounds are maintained well. Parking is an issue sometime. Overall its a good experience.

I've lived here for seven years and I've always love these apartments. I've always felt safe here and anytime I've ever had a problem the office is always taking care of it. I love the pool and the landscaping around the apartment is beautiful.

CMP has a beautiful green location and good neighborhood. Clean and safe community. Malls, restaurants and small shops are near by. COM staff is very polite and helpful. OVERALL a good place to love with family.

Great pool and on grounds grills. Very safe. Assigned parking. I feel very comfortable taking walks at night on the premises. The only thing I would really love to see changed is the rule requiring residents to be out of the pool relatively early.

Great place to live and great location. The rent is a little high but it honestly is worth it because the flats are so nice. The staff is a major highlight of this place. They are fantastic. Only complaint is the bathroom here is odd and the shower doesn't work great.

I like the fact that the complex right off the killpatrick, it saves me a lot of time going to places and also only few mins away to restaurants, grocery stores, malls, entertainments. and of course the staff are very friendly and they always take care of any needs or issues right away , I just love this place.

Being located next to Martin Nature Park was one of the biggest reasons we moved here. Although we don't go there very often it is nice to look out the window and see the park, sometimes with deer and other animals.
