I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a short term or long term apartment in oklahoma city,not only do i feel safe with the gated community.The staff onsite is 5 stars. The absolute only thing i have disliked about my stay is the parking. There was not enough parking when the property was built,Although there are assigned parking you only get one spot even in a two bedroom. Overall wonderful community in oklahoma city.

The community is nice and quiet and well taken care of with a great fitness center. The location close to the Kilpatrick Turnpike is a nice bonus. The community events in the summertime are a great way to get to know your neighbors.

Very spacious and clean but only one car parking spot and no washer & dryer. Very good staff and good emergency service. Community events are really good and will enjoy a lot with prizes. Overall experience is very good.

If you are looking for an apartment home this is by far one of the best that I have personally encountered. Gated community,tennis courts,garden,new fitness center,and the swimming pool are just a few reasons why I love it here. The top reason is it is NON SMOKING, This was one of the reasons I chose Crown Martin Park.

My stay at this community was good,the pool was my favorite part in the summertime along with the vegetable garden.The grounds are resort style and very well maintained. Everyone seems very nice, my only negative feedback would be the parking. Guest parking is far away.

my experience was overall good with this community. I have been in a lot of apartments and can not say that for the previous ones. Grounds a maintained. my only issue here was parking. you get one assigned spot even for a two bedroom

I would recommend this community to anyone. The maintenance staff is very fast. sometimes even same day. The office staff knows my name and apartment number every time I pick up packages. Missy Brandy and Ashlee are amazing. This community is 5 stars all the way.

Peaceful community. Maintenance is very quick and effective. All staff members are pleasant. They keep grounds very clean and the pool sparkling. Very diverse community with families and professionals.

Enjoyed the quietness, I feel safe here. It's close to the shopping and restaurants. Staff is nice and help with any problems that arise. Would love to stay longer but not sure if it will be affordable anymore.

I have enjoyed my experience here and would recommend it. The office personnel are friendly and efficient. The maintenance staff is outstanding. The grounds are well-kept, and I like my neighbors. It is pleasant place to live.

We felt that we were home the minute we moved in. The professional workers have a heart for the renters. They always have time for listening to our needs. It is such a beautiful place to live. The grounds are so nice-beautiful colors as the seasons change & the red birds are so plentious.

Crown Martin is very clean and the staff is very respectful. My only issue is assigned spot is across the street,and it is inconvenient for visitors to have to park in the front and walk to my apartment.

Overall the experience has been very nice. The community offers a gym, a gorgeous pool area, a vegetable garden, and a tennis court. They've been very accepting of my animals. The layout of the apartment is great and spacious. I would definitely recommend.

Crown Martin Park is an amazing community to live in. The apartment homes are full of space and they are well maintained by the staff. My wife and I enjoy living here because the front office staff and neighbors are all so friendly.

The grounds are well kept, and it's a short walk to the Nature Park next door. It's a real plus to be 2 minutes from the turnpike, but I can walk about 10 minutes and be in a park. In another 10 minutes, the traffic sounds have disappeared and I usually see a deer. Super office staff. They text when I have a package delivered, and are always pleasant and cheerful.

This is a very quiet, friendly community. There's a mix of families and young professionals. The apartment has events to keep the community social and meet new people. The staff have all be wonderful and work hard. Anytime I need maintenance work done it's always done that day or the day after.

CMP is a fantastic complex! Quiet community with amenities for the whole family. The location is central to retail, restaurants, and highways. The neighborhood is growing, however it still remains a quiet area. The staff is professional and courteous, and prompt with requests. The floor plans are spacious, and I dig the attached garage.

I moved out of state to Crown Martin Park. I was very happy with the decision to move here the staff are extra friendly and helpful. I love the pool and living next door to the nature park. The deck/balcony size is just right too!

Great. Quiet conveniant place to live. Like that it is pet friendly and there is no smoking period. like the trash compactor, so there are not dumpsters everywhere, but they need to really watch weekends when it over flows.

Crown Martin is generally a quiet, pleasant environment to live, getting maintenance issues handled the first time correctly has been a recurring experience, I eventually purchased a garbage disposal, installed it myself a few years ago...

This community's management is absolutely outstanding. They are quick to respond to requests of any nature. Maintenance needs are addressed without delay. Crown Martin Park's facilities are top of the line and the floor plans are conducive to roommate situations, single parent homes, or couples who enjoy the beauty of gardens and walking paths without the time and trouble of yardwork. Seasonal activities for the residents abound, and the office sends out timely and helpful reminders on a variety of topics throughout the year. I cannot recommend an apartment community more highly.

I have checked other places first. I was holding to find a place that I could just drive into a garage and go up stairs. Wala here it was. Everything I was looking for. One thing the grounds are always kept up. Lots of trees, shrubs. It is like a pretty resort to me. Been here a couple of years so far and don't plan on moving unless some health problems arise. Great location also.

The apartments are very quite and cozy. The apartments have always been quite since I moved in and I love the friendliness of the neighbors. Its been great staying here, I would totally recommend this place to a friend and move in another time if needed.

The apartment complex is conveniently located to highways, restaurants, gas stations, and schools etc. The apartment complex is easy to get to and leave. Parking is widely available and the garage is a great added feature.

Pros: Great staff, spacious apartments, pet friendly, maintainence requests always dealt with quickly, good price Cons: people who don't pick up after their pets, semi older residents so be careful about making too much noise if you like partying or playing music. Overall: very happy with my experience so far, 8/10, 4 out of 5 stars.
