Have had pest problems, have to ask for a specific maintenance guy or the job doesn't get done, neighbors are loud, not respectful of others and staff doesn't address it or if they do it isn't resolved

Extremely helpful, polite, and friendly office and maintenance staff. Well kept property grounds. Community gathering for you to enjoy and participate in. Quiet, secure, and up to date apartments. Only complaint is the price.

A wonderful apartment and community. The units are superb, everything works, and the grounds are beautiful. Most importantly, the staff, office and maintenance, are the absolute best I've ever known. This is such a wonderful to place to live. And another thing it's got going for it . . . location, location, location.

I lived here for almost a year before moving out. The only reason I left was due to needing to be closer to school. From the very beginning I really enjoyed this place. When I first moved in there were a few problems with electricity & other small things but they came right out to fix it. All my maintenance request were fulfilled in less than 24 hours which I loved. The maintenance guy was very nice as so were the office staff. I also really liked that they tried to do some type of community event every month during the summer. The tenants there seem to themselves but nice in passing, which was also great. They seemed very respectful of their neighbors. I believe the best part was that these apartments are very well insulated. If you had company over and were in the next room with the door closed, you would not be able to hear them talking to you. This was very big for me as I admire my privacy. I never once heard neighbors. You are only assigned 1 parking spot, which was kind of annoying & a hassle with company over. But overall this is my only complaint. They came by periodically to spray for insects. The location is great, I felt very safe here.

Friendly Service and the grounds \ apartments look well maintained. At the beginning they were quick fixes with repairs. My Apartment was really drafty with single pane glass - required plastic year around to eliminate drafts, insects and water. My reason for departure was the mices - This was unacceptable but it was a priority and/or health risk. I contacted their corporate office and received no responses.

The people who designed these apartments understand apartment living. The apartment has high ceilings, huge windows and a balcony that overlooks Crown Martin Nature Park. There is plenty of storage in every room, enough counter space in the kitchen to hold a large bread machine, Kitchen-aid mixer, coffee machine and there's still room to prepare meals. The appliances are like new. The walls are freshly painted and the carpet is in good shape. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They print a monthly newsletter and keep us updated on social events at the pool. The manager, Melissa, is especially welcoming, knows the residents by name, and seems to really care about the property and the residents. If maintenance needs to be done, she lets everyone know what is happening and how long it will take. We have not needed maintenance in our apartment because everything is working well. It's a quiet complex. The neighbors are nice and mostly keep to themselves. With the swimming pool, tennis courts, and beautifully landscaped grounds, it feels like living in a vacation condo. We love it here!

The apartments are decent and offer great closet/storage. The location isn't bad either, the turnpike is right there which isn't a noise issue at all, close to shopping and dining. Only get one assigned parking spot and to rent a garage is 80$ a month. The free spots are a distance away from a few buildings, so be aware. The pool is small but does the trick and it's clean. Keep your gym memebership since the on-site gym is nothing impressive. Older machines and not much variety. A good few areas to walk your pet but watch out for pool and the pet trash cans maybe get empty once a week, again be aware. Overall, the interactions I've had with fellow residents have been great, a lot of families with younger kids, few older folks and a handful of young adults. A lot of the community keeps to themselves, even while at social events put on by staff and at the pool. Speaking of staff...I want to like them, I really do. I did not have a good experience when getting into the apartments. It seemed as though the lady who was "helping" me actually made the process a mess. She wasn't clear or upfront about much, even when asked she always had to get the question answered by someone else. Just when things were going smooth, something brought us back a few steps. Not impressed with her attitude either and especially with snarky remarks/comments she would make which made me feel attatcked in a way. Essentially she's horrible at customer service. There's another lady in there that is sweet and does her job and doesn't say things that sound rude. At least she smiles and is poilite. Overall, not a bad place. Good location. You get a roof over your head.

A very friendly and inviting atmosphere. The staff was great and knew me and my dog by name! Whenever maintenance was required, they were very quick on getting the problem solved. The downside for me was price, as it is a bit on the more pricey side in comparison to other apartments with similar features and amenities.

These apartments are what my husband calls "Just a step up from living in the ------ ". They charge far too much for the horrible carpet that rips up your skin, heat and AC units that don't work well (enjoy a $400 heating bill in the winter, & we keep out heat at 70). While the maintenance staff is super nice, the women in the front office are another story. The front desk girl will get an open attitude with you (Kat was the best, shame she left), the others are at least smarter and more passive with their rude comments. The cameras they have facing the gates don't work, so good luck if you ever need them for a crime that's committed, the gate codes haven't been changed in years so people who are former residents still come with all their friends and swim here, cigarette butts all over, dog poop all over, paper thin walls, small sq ft for $950+ a month. There's literally nothing redeeming about this place. Oh and their kitchens are sub par, small, and generally make you feel claustrophobic and the "on site facility" washers rip up your clothes and take 3 dryer cycles to dry. The best thing about here is they have assigned parking, literally the only good thing

So let me start by saying: This is based off only 1 week at Crown Martin. I can only imagine the fun that awaits me for the next 12 months. First Impression: I made a rather desperate move from Dallas back home to OKC after getting a job offer here. I had no chance to come here myself and check it out because work just wouldn't allow it. My parents, who live a few towns north, looked for me and we decided CM was the way to go. They had looked at Brandons Place as well. CM is older but homey, and more like a neighborhood. The floorplans are nice and less boxy than the new apartments like Brandon's Place. A combo of price, floorplans and attached garage swayed me to CM. Weather is ridiculous here- so yay garage! It is in a great location, which so is Brandons which is maybe 2 miles down the road. Upon move in, I was doing my move-in check list and here are my discoveries just after move in: Windows broken, outlets in multiple rooms do not work, doors stick and my personal favorite: Finger nails still in the carpet. Yes, fingernails. I discovered this up close and personal while putting together my bed in the bedroom. Service Request: About 3 days after moving in, my toilet began to run constantly after flushing. No big deal, just made a maintenance order which they fulfilled 2 days later as promised. How did I know they fixed it? The puddles of water all over my floor and belongings. And of course my toilet wasn't running anymore. So good job! No note, phone call or email telling me service was done or was going to be done. Whoever fixed my toilet half-tried to clean up the water with toilet paper of all things, but missed most of the water puddled around my toilet, tons of water on my scale and somehow even managed to get water on my wooden stand near my sink. No idea how that happened but it did. It looked like someone dropped a full cup of water on the floor and just left it there to dry. A few other random tidbits: Gate code only works with a 405 area code. Just be forewarned If you have multiple packages to pick up at the office, don't count on them to figure it out. You'll need to make sure you ask for ALL packages you may have sitting in their office Overall, I do like the area, floorplans and price but do not count on any sort of quality in your apartment and service. This is an older apartment complex, which is fine. But it's far behind other places around here.

I am lived here during the summer during my internship in OKC. The apartment was a little pricey, but only because it was a 3-month shortened lease. The mantenance crew was very good and timely with their work, I never waited more than a day or two for problems that were an inconvience and emergency maintenance calls were answered and worked on within a few hours. I had a massive leak in my apartment before I left for work one morning and after shutting off the water to my apartment, I called the staff to come fix it. After I returned from a normal work day, the bathtub plumbing had been fixed, the carpet replaced and swept, and everything was perfectly in order, almost like nothing even happened. They allowed my 70 pound dog in, but I was told they have the typical pit bull, german shepard breed restrictions. The best part about these apartments in the helpful staff, especially the property manager. I felt like I was being personally taken care of while I lived there and when I had maintenance issues or important packages or any worries at all, I would email her and she took complete care of my and gave me updates on what was happening throughout the day. By far the best part about this place is the helpful, happy staff and the quick work of the maintenance crew. This has been a great place to live for my dog and I!

Love CMP!!! Everything has been wonderful during my time here. What few maintenance item I have noticed and requested fixed were done so promptly! A special thanks to Kat, Vicki and Melissa for making my move to CMP a great and awesome experience! Staff is wonderful!!!

HORRIBLE YEAR. Like all slum lords that can't stand the thought of spending money to fix an unliveable situation, they let me live in an apartment that had a horrible leak in the roof for close to 6 months, then it poured into the apartment; black mold developed, I started getting skin rashes AND they still didn't fix it. This was a problem that was there before I even started living there. I noticed when the rain made the various patches appear, before it rotted the ceiling. Oh yea, it took them 4 tickets to be called in before they would even respond or come out. I had to throw a fit... they used my electricity to to dry the mess, opened by back door, didn't care that the place stunk and that I was getting sick. Never offered another place while they tore down the walls to "fix" it. Not to mention all the noise. They will tell you it's not noisy but they are full of it. Parking is horrible, someone is always stealing your one spot... Anyway, I had to move out quickly because of the sitation and now they're trying to sue me for a few months rent. It even states in the BS of a contract that if it becomes unliveable, that gives you the right to move out. Evidently what they consider unliveable and what human being considers unliveable are two different thigs. OH YEA - They pay residents to give them good reviews on here!!! I was offered a Starbucks gift card to write a nice review when I first started living there. I didn't, I knew that was wrong.... so you can't even trust a good review on here. I feel very sorry for anyone that ends up here. You've been warned. For "luxury living" this is slum living.

I lived at CMP for a very long year. The people driving through the complex drive entirely too fast, and there are no speed bumps anywhere to slow these maniacs down, when walking from the car to the apartment at night you're taking your life in your hands, especially since the only lighting on this property is attached to the buildings and the parking spaces, especially in the back are dark and scary. After I moved out, I saw on the news where some poor fellow was attacked and dragged down the road, scary stuff. The parking is acceptable if you live near the rear of the complex, if you live near the front, you can forget about your friends finding a parking spot close by, if they do they're parking in someone else's spot. You have an assigned spot, but what does management do if someone parks there NOTHING!, they leave it up to each apartment renter to have the offender towed; I've known people in the complex, think they parked in "open" parking, but turned out to be an assigned spot beside an open spot, the car was towed and they had no idea where it was towed too! The office staff is a joke, on a good day, they act like it's a pain any time they have to do anything for you. If you want to see what you're your going to get, find the news feed from the guy who got robbed and beaten, the office manager tells the news agency that the incident is none of their business and then storms off! You're locked into Cox cable if you choose to live here, so hope you like Cox. The walls are really thin, I could hear my neighbors comings and goings all hours of the night. They tell you there is no smoking on the balconies but then you walk down the complex and you see people smoking on the balconies all the time! This place bills itself as one of the premium places to live in the NW OKC metro area, but honestly there are newer and nicer places that cost the same or LESS than this place, do yourself a favor and mark Crown Martin Park off your list.

I have lived at CMP for almost one year. I have lived in numerous apartments and CMP is the best place I have lived so far. I have read a lot of the reviews and will tell you that most of the negative reviews I read you will find at any other apartment complex - there is no perfect place. I personally have found the staff and maintenance people to be very nice and always willing to take care of your needs as soon as possible. Because of my work schedule, I communicate mostly with the apartment manager, Melissa, via email with any issues. She is very nice, professional and always responds to my emails promptly. My issues have always been taken care of by maintenance the day of my notice. The location of CMP is very convenient to the highway, shopping and restaurants. CMP has one of the nicest pools I have ever seen for an apartment complex with beautiful landscaping. As for safety, I walk around the complex for exercise and have never felt unsafe. I would definitely recommend CMP to anyone.

We have lived at Crown Martin for a little over a year now, we started out in a 1 Bed 1 Bath, but quickly realized it was too small for us. The staff allowed us to switch to a 2 bed 2.5 bath, which is great because there is no early termination clause in the lease and we would have had to pay the rent do in order to move; if we could have moved we would of at that point. The ceiling leaked when it rained, call the maintenance people and they would come out and "fix" the ceiling, only to have it leak when it would rain again. The Bathtub had been patched, and the patch came off and was never fixed. When we moved in the carpets were dirty and the vinyl covering on the cabinets was cracking and peeling off. When we moved out we were told that there were pet stains on the carpet and our deposit was deducted for that, how you could tell it was our pet, I don't know because the carpet was in crappy shape when we moved in; I later found out that if you move in with a pet, they don't change the carpet before you move in, you just get stuck with the last tenants dirty carpet. The windows were single pain and poorly insulated, you can feel a draft when the wind blows....you can feel the cold in the winter. When we moved into the 2 bed 2.5 bath unit, the carpet again was dirty and stained, I'm sure we'll once again get charged for the carpet. The ceiling in the pantry leaks when it rains, we've had the maintenance guy out here 3 times to get the ceiling fixed, the first time they just painted over it, the second they put a patch in, and the third was fixed, but only after I had the mold tested and it was black mold on the ceiling. I thought the windows in the 1 bed unit were bad, these are even worse, they don't all open, some of the latches are broken and they don't lock well. You can see the outside around the door, that's how well it's sealed. We can hear our neighbors walking around, both beside us and outside the door. The new "Stainless" appliances are a joke, they're the cheapest appliance you can buy and the stainless is just a cheap stainless look, think silver paint over a black appliance. The new microwave/hood combo is a joke, it doesn't vent the steam and the vinyl on the cabinet doors is being broken off from scraping the top of the microwave. The price for these apartments is a complete joke, you can definitely find something better and cheaper, they are way over priced for what they are. The grounds are not well kept at all, the sidewalks flood when it rains and then your left with a red muddy mess that never gets cleaned up. Parking is a nightmare if you have more than one car.... each unit gets one assigned spot, so one gets a close spot, the other has to walk from who knows where! Getting in and out of the complex is awful, Memorial is one way in front of the complex, so if you want to go west, good luck, especially if its during a busy time of the day. There's only one trash dumpster, and it is at the front of the complex, so it can be a hike to get your trash up there, and on the weekends, the trash just piles up into a huge mess around the dumpster, it looks more like a dump-site than a simple dumpster. We've never really had to deal with the office staff, when we began renting, Kelly was great, but she's gone now and everyone else in the office seems like they really don't care about the residents, like the residents are an annoyance. I have witnessed the staff be extremely rude and dismissive to other residents, although I have never personally be treated this way, so I do believe the other reviews that state this. Also, I also agree that the staff is somewhat lazy and careless. The only reason we ended up in Crown Martin is that when we moved to OKC, it was the only place we could find on short notice that had any vacancies. Do yourself a favor and take this place off your list of potential rental homes; it's just not worth it at the price they are asking; now if the the price were to drop by 20-30% it would be worth a look.

Rented a 1 bedroom apartment here for 6 months until I found a place closer to work and didn't have any problems. Really only communicated with Missy the property manager and she was outstanding! Missy always knew what apartment I was in and knew me by name. She also did a great job of communicating online as I rarely went up to the office. Always responded to emails within a few hours and made sure to work with you on any problems. As for the noise I was on the third floor so noise was never an issue. The apartment complex is well maintained and each person is assigned their own parking space which is really nice. Overall I enjoyed my 6 months here and if it weren't so far from my job I would have stayed.
