I've lived at Crown Martin Park for nearly 5 years. It's a safe and comfortable place to live. I wish the rent wouldn't rise so much yearly for long-term residents and that will probably be the main reason I move this year. Otherwise, it's a good place to live.

Overall, the community has been a nice place to live..pet-friendly, which is super important as I have two dogs that have been with me for 13 and 14 years, clean, maintenance is very responsive, friendly employees and neighbors. The amenities are nice..pool, vegetable garden, picnic areas. The location is great right next to Martin Nature Park. The only negative would be the price and price increases that I've undergone every time I've renewed my lease. Also, the parking situation is not great..difficult to see blue paint on the parking lot and assigned spaces are not monitored by the property. It is tenant's responsibility to have cars towed that are in our slots, if you want to do so. Cost and parking are really the biggest issues.

Move in specials are always happening, overall a decent place to live especially if you are looking for a garage attached to your unit in a gated community. Definitely check it out, if you are looking for a private living space close to a lot of things.

The ratings I have supplied pretty much summarize my experience at Crown Martin park. I prefer to avoid the social activities and do not use the laundry, exercise room, or the pool. I live here for the easy access to restaurants, shopping, and, the ease of getting out of Oklahoma City.

I have not lived in an apartment for over 25 years. I was nervous about moving back into one after owning a home for so long. I have been pleasantly surprised how much I have enjoyed apartment living again. I do not have any yard maintenance to maintain but get to enjoy beautifully manicured landscaping every day of the year. My daughter and I have had fun playing tennis for the first time in our lives and we are working out together in the awesome gym each week. There is plenty of green space to walk our dog and let her exercise. Overall, I am glad I chose Crown Martin Park Apartments.

Office stage are helpful. Maintenance staff is very fast. The overall grounds could be kept after better and the gates are always broken. Also they dont have padding on the outside furniture on the pool they were supposed to replace them a long time ago and just never did. Looks cheap. But overall not a bad place to live.

Excellent community environment. Wonderful events happen all year long. The property is non-smoking which makes it that much better! Walking trails are a plus. Swimming pool is open year round and is always clean. Great apartment size!

excellent community and only good place to live . Initially there were issues while move in . the staff is very prompt in resolving all the issues one issue with is the trash bin is very far from my apartment and there is only one trash.

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings minor issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

This apartment community has truly felt like home. The apartment community features beautiful landscaping that is kept clean and neat. The staff are amazing! They are friendly and attentive to your needs and wants! If you have a maintenance request they constantly keep you informed on the process... from the beginning to the end. This is a wonderful, safe and friendly apartment community!

Great "non-smoking" community with all the amenities you could desire...even a garden for you to plant vegetables. Very home-like interiors, nicely appointed...even a tv in the kitchen. Bathroom has lots of cabinets and drawers and even a built-in makeup/seating. Large walk-in closet. Large bedrooms. Washer/dryer rooms. Professional, friendly office and maintenance staff always ready to assist you in anyway they can. Within no time at all they will greet you by name. They notify you and securely handle your "delivered items" until you can pick them up. Assigned parking, handicapped parking (per building), visitor parking areas and even garages. Not one of those extremely large communities. I feel very safe here. Alarm ready if you want it. Being a retired lady that is very important to me. I hope to live here for a very long time.

I love this community, it's cleanliness, garden, pool. All staffs are excellent and very cooperative. Gated security feature is very special here, that feels me very safe for me and my family. My kids are very happy to play at tennis court area. Martin park makes this society more environment nature friendly.

So far Crown Martin has been great overall. Staff has been prompt with our request. Facilities are clean and they are making improvements all the time. It is very quiet with park next to us. You will even see some small wildlife around at night.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They fix any problems/ issues right away. The complex is kept very clean and grass and shrubbery is very well maintained. The apartment itself is beautiful and bright. It has a great floor plan and nicer appliances.

I love this apartment community and the apartment staff. These apartments are located in such a nice area and the price is great. The only issue I have is that if you plan to stay here longer then your lease, plan on having your rent increased. I think apartments should try to keep rent the same if loyal residents plan on renewing their lease especially excellent tenants that's never had any issues or complaints.

We have enjoyed our time as residents of Crown Martin! The office staff and maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful, making sure they do everything they can to take care of the residents. We chose Crown Martin due to its great location with quick access to the turnpike and they had an apartment available with an attached garage, which we had been looking for anyway. The pool is great in the summer and the neighborhood is very quiet for the most part!

I enjoy living here, the staff are friendly and always willing to help and i rarely have problems in my apartment. The apartment complex is also very close to malls, shopping centers and walmart. Neighbors are also very courteous and friendly.

This community makes it super easy to rent an apartment online but be prepared to pay for the privilege. Be aware that absolutely no bills are included and there are exclusivity contracts in place that force you into using one company versus another for things like internet service. Additionally, parking can be an issue. However, on the good side, residents are quiet and respectful and the community is exceptionally clean and well-kept.
