It is a nice facility, and it is close to rather large shopping areas. That would include those next door, as well as south Tulsa, and Jenks. During severe weather conditions, such as the ice storm we just experienced, it is a life saver to have a grocery store next door.

For the most part he complex has remained to be a wonderful place to live. On the good side the open floor plans are quite compelling really helping maximize available space. The community is generally good in relation to sound and quiet hours. It's a bit hidden away from major roads which is nice, but has plenty of shopping close. The cons are pretty basic and common, you may have to walk a little when you park depending on the time you get back. Pricing has slowly crept up which may cause some individuals to be hesitant, hopefully price structure remains relatively consistent. Crime remains relatively low which is good, but security has been added as well for piece of mind. Gate maintenance seems to have improved which is nice.

After making my decision to move into apt. living Crown Chase was my choice. I had looked at several complexes but I kept going back to this property. The landscape kept drawing me back along with the spacious units. I love the garden spots that are offered as that provides me a place to get out and "dig in the dirt." Crown Chase has several floor plans to offer that meets your needs. I love the balconies/patios. You can sit outside and enjoy your own flowers you've planted. I like the convenience of being close to everything I need. If you like, you're in walking distance of many businesses that meet your needs. The staff at Crown Chase are very professional and always ready to meet your needs. To sum it up I'm at the right place to live.

I appreciate Crown Chase office manager and her team because they are accessible and professional , and listen to requests and are quick to respond to put in the work orders. They are friendly and always welcome or greet tenants with a smile. I am thankful they even help with delivery packages and notify tenants when a package is held in the office. The maintenance manager and maintenance team are helpful and they try fix the problem or do the repairs as best they can.

Quite and comfortable, maintenance is fine, staff is fine, 4x the rent is steep for approval. Parking could be better, the parking spots are really close together so you're liable to have dents/nicks in your car doors from other people swinging their doors open, if you want to avoid that you have to park really far from your apartment on the outer edge and walk 1/2 a mile back to your apartment, not super ideal, I've already had to do an insurance claim of vandalism on my car because of all the dents and nicks in the paint, I paid $500 cuz that was my deductible but the total cost was $4k so yea, pretty annoying.

Crown Chase Apartments is an affordable luxury apartment community that offer several amenities including a community garden. There is a problem with pet waste disposal not being enforced. After 4 years we encountered our first roach problem. The office staff was not very knowledgeable of procedures and not very responsive to questions or concerns. It took several months to resolve the roach issue. The parking lot does not offer much unless you live at the back of the property. A garage is recommended.

We moved in in August and have enjoyed it so far. Maintenance is on top of their work orders and complete them super fast and efficiently. The office staff is helpful and always happy with a smile on their faces. The groundskeeper, George, has been super helpful since the day he started working here. Not only does he get his job done, he goes above and beyond. Helping people take their trash out, etc etc. We've enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be renewing our lease!

Best bang for your buck in south Tulsa! Great community with a caring staff. We've had our share of car break-ins, but so has the rest of the city. I love the pool area and neighbors have been wonderful!

Crown Chase apartments are cozy and tucked right behind all the busy areas of the city. Calm and relaxing within minutes of Jenks, Bixby and Tulsa's populous areas. I would recommend for any new couple or new area resident.

Great clean apartment complex. Close to Creek Turnpike. Tons of food choices. Great Jenks school district. Maintenance is awesome. Bug free and quiet. They take care of the grounds to keep it nice looking. Take packages in the office for convenience too.

This apartment is a great location and I have really great neighbors. The pool is nice in the summer time and it is usually not very busy. The parking is sometimes an issue. Overall, I love my apartment! Nice spacious closet and a cute little balcony overlooking the pool.

In general, I've had a good experience. The apartments are spacious and I appreciate living in a gated complex since I live alone. I generally feel safe and the office staff is very responsive. I haven't had any major maintenance issues and everything in my unit was in very good condition when I moved in.

My husband and I really love the floor plan of these apartments and not to mention the beautiful landscape that surrounds the apartments and the amenities with the location was what made us want to live here. Our dog enjoys the walks and the fact that it's a smoke free apartment complex is the best environment for raising my growing family in.

It started out as a good place to live. There is turn over in staff and the people they working now have seem inexperienced. The pool was not taken care of well this last summer. The trash dumpster is often overflowing.

Overall an amazing experience. The front office staff is very hospitable and knowledgeable. The maintenance was done in a timely manner and the neighbors were very courteous. It had it's down sides as well. But the highs greatly outnumbered them.
