Overall not the worse community I've stayed at. There are several things that would help boost the market value. The complex could use updating to exterior areas. More emphasis needs to be placed proper parking protocol.

I love the community and the staff is amazing. Neighbors are friendly. It is always clean and quiet. My only issue is the parking at night when I get off work late, but I feel pretty safe in the community. It's a great place to live.

Office, staff, and maintenance workers are absolutely phenomenal. The beautification of the apartments is good. The organization that runs the apartments has plenty of events for families, kids, and even adults during summer times and throughout the year. My only personal complain is that the rent/utilities are a bit high based on the quality of the apartment. Now keep in mind I'm not shaming or saying the apartment quality is bad by any means. I'm just simply stating that the cost of rent does not make sense to me based on quality of carpet, build quality(no apartment is perfect in this aspect), and utilities that come with the apartment are not great. Overall I am happy to live in a safe environment with friendly people. Would reccomend but also caution those I reccomend about the cost of apartment and quality. On a scale of 1-5 I'd give a 4.

The Staff is great. It is a quiet, gated Community where you feel safe. I have a new born baby so a Quiet and Clean place was something that we needed and Crown Chase provide us with that. It has become our Home.

I haven't had any big issues other than parking. Other than that, I think it's a great place to live. Great staff both office and maintenance!! I wish the garages were not soo expensive so I afford one.

Nestled in a quiet community in the heart of south Tulsa, the amenities are endless. We've had almost no issues and the Office staff were prompt to help! Pet and family friendly, they make sure to keep things lively in the community with events that make you feel apart of a second family.

Very friendly neighborhood, great staff, and great area to live in. Never had any issues living here, will always recommend these apartments to anyone. Pool Is huge and is fun for kids to hang out. Love it here

Overall Crown Chase is a great family community. The neighbors are very friendly, the units are nice and large, quality amenities, and maintenance is super helpful. The area is great with a Walmart right next door and a QuikTrip across the street. Shopping and dining all surrounding.

My experience at Crown Chase has been very relaxing, quiet family environment community. That's all I was really looking for when I moved in and as a plus the apartments come with stainless steel appliances that make the apartment feel even newer. They have a resort style pool for summertime, and a 24hr pool that helps save on a membership. I would def recommend Crown chase to a friend. Fairly decent rent rates and great staff as well. You can't lose!

I've lived in the complex since 2006 in 2 different apartments. I've enjoyed the pool since they fixed it. Used to love the complex get togethers. Maintenance is awesome! Would recommend friends. Thanks!

The facility is kept up and the maintenance crew is great. Office staff are polite and attentive to your concerns. Apartments are very nice and spacious. During this pandemic the staff has made me feel safe. Common area upkeep is impeccable. I would recommend to anyone.

It has been a great community with plenty of things to do around the area. There is easy access to local stores and shopping. The neighbors are great and the staff is friendly. I have appreciated my time here

Very affordable accommodations but the quality is anything but 'cheap'! Crown Chase is a quiet community but still close enough to many shopping and service areas, and being so close to a walking trail and park is a huge bonus!

This is a very nice, mostly quiet complex with some great amenities (pool, community garden, exercise room, BBQ grills and picnic tables). Convenient to shopping and the annual Jenks fireworks display. Easy access to the Turnpike.

The staff has been amazing, friendly and helpful. You can drop by or call. With questions and they are glad to answer them. Both girls I have taiked to a number of times and ate great! The maintenance guys are great too!

We love living in the Crown Chase community. The office staff and maintenance team are exceptional and quick to respond to our needs. The grounds and pool are beautiful! It's like living at a resort. We also like that there is one area where garbage is placed in a large compacter, so there are no trash dumpsters at every corner making the property look trashy. We have found our permanant home here until we decide to buy our own house.

Overall it's been great. The location is good and I really like the natural lighting in the apartment as well. I wouldn't want to rent anywhere else. They answer all the maintenance requests very quickly and are on top of making sure it's taken care of.

Crown Chase makes me feel like I'm living in a safe little village. The location is perfect and accessible to so many fun areas of Tulsa. And It's very peaceful having my own little garden plot. I love it!

I have been very pleased with this apartment so far. It's in a convenient location and well maintained. It's a quiet community that is pet friendly. Parking can be a bit tricky at times, but overall I am satisfied with my experience and will likely renew my lease when my year is up.

The office changed my move in date without telling me and this cause major time issues with my movers, previous landlord. This was extremely stressful for me to quickly change dates, but with a penalty charge from my mover.

The community is very friendly and safe! Staff is incredibly kind and courteous. It's a beautiful community. Some of our favorite features include the kid friendly pool, close by walking trails, broad office hours and the gym. We love it here!

Overall staff is really nice, pool is really REALLY nice, the apartments are pretty rad and any maintenance request is fixed and carried out the same day. The only gripe I have with this place is the parking situation.

The apartment appearance is satisfactory. The insides of the apartments are decent. The staff is nice and friendly. The pool is nice, and the apartment gym isn't bad. There's laundry on site which is nice as well. The amenities inside the apartment aren't bad either. Parking is limited, so I suggest renting a garage if you want a guaranteed spot.
