This is a nice, quiet apartment complex. Parking can feel a little scarce depending on the section or building you live in. The pool is wonderful in the summer time. There are shade trees if you want the shade and great loungers to enjoy the sun. Overall it's been a great place to live.

Very nice and clean. Wish there was more amenities. Bigger gym, deeper pool, dog park. Overall decently happy here. Would be even better if they did something about the parking. There never enough parking spots.

The apartments are well kept. The public areas are clean ,but there is a massive problem with people picking up after their dogs and our trash compactor not being emptied and trash spilling into our parking lot. The gates have been broken off and on for months.

We require our residents to pick up after their pets so the grounds can be enjoyed by all residents. We value our community and work hard to keep it clean. We are fortunate to have residents who take pride in our community s appearance by helping us keep the grounds clean! It really does make a positive difference in everyone s living experience. Access gates primarily function as a control on traffic flow through the community. Please remember that gates are mechanical devices that can malfunction and/or gates damaged by those deliberately running into the gates when they are closed or closing, YTD we have spent $8,618 on repairs.

The location and condition is very nice and staffs are wonderful ,I like the fitness center and parking is available most of the time ,the rooms are very nice and clean and mentainace are doing good job. It's very near by groceries stores and gas stations and restaurants and other stores.

Absolutely amazing this place has always felt like home to us. When we first got married in 2011 this is we're we lived and have absolutely loved it every since it has always felt like home and we will stay here as long as possible.

I found this apartment while i went to Walmart. I loved it at first sight. I asked to Offfice and they gave me happy communication. then Decided to rent here. Parking and Maintenance was amazing. Farm market is awesome too

This communizing is a great place to live in. The apartments are kept nice for the value of my rent. Community spaces are kept clean and nice. The office staff and maintenance staff does a great job at communicating and getting back to me quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Overall my experience within this community has been good. The location is ideal with plenty of walking and biking trails. The apartment appliances are decent for what you pay for rent. The pool is nice in the summer and is kept clean by the staff.

I moved here about an year ago, so far it has been great. The area feels safe, the apartments exterior is always cleaned and kept very neat. The one bedrooms are big and have a lot of space. Very comfortable. Great light in the day, quiet. No nosy neighbors, overall would say it is one of the best apartments in tulsa comparable to the other places that are equal in amount.

there is nothing like being able to come home from work and be at peace, my neighbors are amazing and everyone pretty much stays to their selves, we look out for each other. being pet friendly is always a plus being that they are acceptive of our little rugrat

It's a great community! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The apartment are spacious and clean. It's a gated community which I like. It is also very quiet at night. I really do enjoy my stay here at Crown Chase.

The staff is fantastic. Maintenance goes above and beyond. For example, when I bought my new couch, I had no idea how I was going to get it inside by myself and they moved it in for me. Bugs are not a problem here. For noise, I rated lower because I do live right by the pool and it gets loud sometimes but still love the location of my unit.

Love the apartments. Centrally located. The parking could be better. The grounds the leaves could be gotten up a little more. Some of the boards on the out side of the buildings need to be replaced. Gutters need to be cleaned.

The is the time of year that trees drop their leaves, our landscape contractor comes out once per week to remove. Once the leaves have fully dropped we have gutter cleaning on our roving maintenance teams schedule.

I love my apartment and location! Neighbors are friendly. Need near the office apartments to get more parking somehow. Location. I think that a pool service would greatly serve this community in summer!

This is a nice quiet property. I like that there is no smoking on the campus anywhere. Parking can be a problem as the interior apartments do not have enough spaces to match the number of folks that live here.

It's a good space, expensive, but nice. The staff are all nice, Parking is AWFUL. The pool is very nice, there's vegetable gardens, lots of bbq areas, and a cheese table. If you move here try to get a top floor, they have vaulted ceilings.

The carpet needs to be changed after pets have stayed in an apartment and faucets and counter tops need to be updated. The landscaping needs to be improved. There is no grass in some areas and it makes it very muddy outside by my patio.

It's affordable, accommodates me just fine. Parking can be cramped sometimes but other than that it's alright. This location is pretty close to a lot of things to do. Food, casinos, bars, parks, bowling and much more close by.
