The move in process was simple and easy . Natalia was great ! Customer service was on point. I love how clean the property is and the quietness is also a plus :) I would definitely recommend moving here

It has had it's ups and downs with staff changes as well as maintenance changes. But over all these past 6 years have been mostly a good experience . I would recommend it to my friends or co workers if they are ever looking for a place to live.

I've always liked the access we have for shopping. Within walking distance. We also have veggie garden which is very nice. You also have laundry on premises as well as exercise room. Swimming pool for those that want to use. I've not had any problems with staff or maintenance.

Overall the apartments are clean and well kept. They are large for the price and I am very pleased with everything so far. My one concern is that there is not enough parking spaces, I have seen people parking on the curb, wherever they can find a spot. Other than that the staff has been great there have been no problems.

It's an okay place but needs a different approach to maintaining the outside areas of the apartment buildings and also needs to improve the parking situation for residents since parking becomes very scarce around 6pm - 6am every day

I have been a resident of Crown Chase for 15 years. It is a very safe and secure community. Maintenance has always been fast and efficient. The office staff is always available and very helpful. The pool and outdoor areas are my favorite and are always kept up very nice. The additional advantage is the access to the walking trail along the river and the neighboring parks. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Very east move in, professional kind helpful staff at the leasing office. I moved a lot and this move in here could not have been easier or better. I would strongly recommend to friends who are looking for a place to live around this area

Helpful and friendly staff. Way too much dog waste left in the common areas. You always have to watch where you are stepping and dare not walk in the grass. Location has nice access to walking trail and riverside park.

Finding a decent apartment is hard anywhere. Finding a great apartment complex is even harder. Crown Chase, is absolutely a great apartment complex. Compare living here with the last apartments you were at or someone you know. This complex is above exceptional. Management and maintenance teams are unmatched. Don't hesitate!

Staff is excellent. Natalia in the office has always been a joy to talk to, and is alway super helpful. Juan with maintenance is super nice and caring. He is very thoughtful of our pets. Everyone on staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Though, I don't recall his name, we had tile redone in our shower and the gentleman doing so was very professional.

Friendly staff office . We don't have any bugs. Too close to the grocery store. Including a Jenks public schools . Safe place. Nice pool outside in summer time. Great maintenance survey. Quit naiberhood...

This is a very friendly community. Any of the minor problems that have occurred during my stay here have been handled very promptly and professionally. It is conveniently located for shopping and entertainment. I would definitely recommend the complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

Highly recommended apartments. The management was very helpful. These places are spacious and affordable. I was impressed by how spotlessly clean and fresh my apartment was upon move in. These are in a great area, with tons of trails and riverside right outside. Very pret friendly too.

Apartment living is never the best but this is the best apartment complex around Tulsa. Management is friendly and always willing to help answer a question or locate a package for you, maintenance is top notch, landscaping is beautiful with many many grilling stations.

It's been pretty good so far. Everyone seems to be really nice and super kind met a few people so far seems like a great area haven't seen anything sketchy or anything staff had been great rapid response and super helpful

Move in process and friendly staff were pretty good at making the process easier. Only thing I would recommend is have a week or two week long period to fill out inspection form. Other than that, had a good experience :)

I love living here. The people are great and the community is the perfect location. The office staff is very nice. Maintenance is handled quickly and it's safe for my kids so I love that I don't have to worry abt safety

There are two great things about this apartment complex, one is the front office. They are always very helpful and polite. The second big thing is the maintenance they come and see your issue quickly and normally get fixed then. Only one instance (where they needed to order a part) did it not get fixed on the same day. But they gave me options to help me while they waited for it to come in.

Crown chase is an excellent place to live. It is centrally located, safe, affordable priced, and quiet. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone wanting to live in the south tulsa/jenks area.

I was surprised to find out the property is 20 years old. It looks much younger as it is well maintained. My apartment is a good size (1BR) and given the location as well is a good value. The staff are nice and easy to work with. I plan to stay here for at least the next few years.

It is a nice community. The apartments are nice and the staff are helpful. It is a little too dark at night in the common areas, but other than that it is a nice community. I think it is a good value for the rent.

I got a nice recommendation from one of my friend who stayed here for a long time. I could not check the apartment before renting since I was staying in a different location but when I had discussion with the property manager , I got somewhat convinced and took the decision to stay here.

These apartments are clean and spacious. The grounds are well lit and clean. The office staff are always professional and helpful. The complex is also pretty quiet for an apartment complex. Allowing pets is an added bonus.
