I have been at this location for almost 3 years and have to say that it is very peaceful, and a well kept complex not to mention the area in general is a very convenient location . The staff and maintenance are always friendly and are quick to accommodate you. The pool is amazing and I have even gotten compliments on how pretty our pool area is compared to other properties. I highly recommend renting your next apartment here at Crown Chase.

I have lived here for two years and I have never had any problems. I Love the staff and the maintenance team is always fast. It is a quiet little community with most of the things I need in walking distance.

Very nice, well kept property. Has all the amenities you need there. Unit is clean and ready to move in on the date you sign the lease. And if anything needs fixed they do it in a very timely manner. I've never had to wait even a day for anything to be looked at for fixed. Even after hours.

Moving from a home into apt was difficult at first but staff made my family's transition wonderful. I enjoy living so close to stores and market that my family can walk to. Also, the walking and biking trails I love and feel safe using.

Everything with the apartment is fine, it just seems like neighbors are more quick to snitch than to just communicate or help. No security here so if your car gets broken into or anything gets stolen, then you're just out of luck because there's nothing anyone can do about it. Also, good luck finding a parking spot after 8 pm.

Crown Chase has wonderful management office and maintenance staff. The apartment has convenient location and it is a very safe community. I find people living here very warm and welcoming. It is a community of well educated and hard working people.

The neighbors seem very nice. They baked me and my friend some goodies to welcome us to the neighborhood. Other than that, I don't really know much of this community. Seems pleasant enough. We just moved in so we really don't know.

So far, our experience has been very good! My husband, our two year old, and I moved in this week. We were happy to find that the complex is kid friendly and beautiful! Parking has been a little bit of an issue, but we pull in front of our apartment, unload the car, and then find a spot.

I recommend these apartments based on the quality and space of them, the grounds, the pool and the maintenance crew is great however the office staff needs some training in communication and customer service.

The move in process was smooth! They had our keys ready for us and the apartment was clean when we arrived. We were able to move in smoothly and they worked with us through that process. We are excited to start living here!

Great people to live with a good reputation to have neighbors with but, they still need to learn to how pick their dogs poo on the ground to clean our area from becoming a dog pin of poop. They need to stop being lazy about their pets.

Everything has been great quite. The maintenance staff is very nice and always willing to help. During this COVID pandemic they have been very Communicative. Overall my experience here has been good. It is a great community of residence

These apartments are decent. It's usually pretty quiet and the units are decent sized compared to others in the area. The landscaping is beautiful in the summer and spring. The staff also is very friendly and easy to speak with. Some cons are there isn't enough parking. Chances are if you get off work later you won't get a spot near your unit. Muddy sidewalks are common as the sprinklers system cause a lot of runoff. Which makes it hard if you have a pet to walk. Carpeting is also through out the units and makes it hard to keep clean since there is much mud. The kitchen also seems bug but in some units there's almost no storage for pots and pans as the cabinets are small

I've had a wonderful experience living at crown chase. everything is nice & i feel safe when i am there. there is nothing like moving to a new city and still feelings right at home. i would recommend any day

The apartments themselves are okay, nothing too bad. The water heaters and piping are dated/really loud. But other than that we haven't had any issues. However I still wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone anymore. The value for the money you pay isn't very good in my opinion. My biggest concern is that when we moved in the office staff boasted about how safe and secure everything was with the gates and the cameras. Well half the time the gates are left open. But what really gets me if that their security cameras don't even work. My friend who also loves here, just had their truck stolen. The camera that would have caught the thieves in action, doesn't even work. To add insult to injury, the office staff have been complete negligent about the whole situation. We would all like to know what is being done to correct this. What is our rent money being spent on if you can't even fix something as simple as the camera. DO BETTER AND GET YIUR ---- TOGETHER LEINBACH COMPANY.

I am very happy to move to this community. The staff is professional and were there to help answer any questions I had. They made my move in easy and accommodated my needs 100%. This apartment is very reasonable in price for what you get. It's a very nice community and I look forward to the year I have here.

The management at Crown Chase has been wonderful! They have been so helpful with the process of moving in, and in fixing any small problems we had. Natalia especially cares about the wellbeing of her tenants. I am so thankful we chose this apartment complex!

We just moved in a week ago so I can't say much. However, the parking is very bad on our side of the apartment, the apartment is lovely for the space/size/price but was not properly cleaned/maintenance issues fixed before we moved in, it is a quiet area, and the amenities inside the apartment are nice (kitchen appliances and super hot water that lasts for a long time), maintenance works quickly to resolve issues, the gates work fine, nicely located area, management/office staff are friendly and prompt when you take a tour and after move in, and its a smoking FREE community so that's a huge plus. You won't have the nasty smoke smell wafting in from your balcony door being left open on a nice day or coming up through your the vents/flooring from your down stairs neighbors. Gross!

Natalia is full of information and help. I wish we had a newer thermostat and a fireplace or that bigger closet in place of. I probably would have passed on the Crown Chase had I thought the apt entrance through, with it being on the inside and parking is not accessible. Assigned parking would be nice and assign closest parking to inside residents.

The office staff is very helpful. We had no problems at all during our mob in. The building is quiet and the neighbors have been very friendly. We really like our new home. During move in the outside light fell and broke. The staff cleaned it up and replaced it right away. We appreciate how quickly they took care of it

Absolutely wonderful, safe community. Wonderful that they allow large dogs, one of the only communities that does! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Very clean complex. I would 100% recommend these apartments to anyone that I know.

Peaceful and quiet. Great place to live. It is worth paying a few extra dollars for. I moved here from a community that was cheaper but louder and not nearly as nice. I am much happier here and I believe most people would agree that it's a great community.

So far I love this place. My apartment is roomy & quiet and I have easy access to so many great areas and places in Tulsa. I do with the gym was larger with more equipment, but overall it does the job.

Large apartments for a good price. Only downside is there's usually always something wrong with the gates. Office is nice and attentive. Sometimes when packages are delivered to office they don't Always let you know that they have it which has led to some confusion on if and when they were delivered. Overall though I love living here, and will most likely renew my lease as long as they don't try to Jack the price up.
