The move in process was fairly easy, Baylee was extremely helpful with any of the questions I had and explained everything very thoroughly. The Community is really peaceful and the people that live here are really nice.

The community here is really nice and easy to get along with. I have not had any issues with my neighbors. I always see kids running around and having a good time. The office staff are great and are quick to help fix any issues.

The apartments are clean and taken care of. The staff is very nice and professional and when you have a question they are right there to answer it fast. The location is in a perfect place for a residents to access the city.

I think this community is very neglected, dirty and requires too much maintenance. very expensive compared to other much better communities. They don't take care off the lawn and they don't asign parking spot.

From the start the staff has been amazing. I moved from a house I owned for 47 years. The staff made me feel so welcome. Now 6 months later they call me by name. When I had a few issues, maintenance was quick to fix it. They too are friendly and professional. They work hard to make sure it is neat and clean. The grounds are beautiful. I love living at Crown Chase.

Likeable apartment living. Surrounding area has tree lined streets and very nice landscaping within the complex. Great area for walking, shopping and entertainment experiences. I appreciate the opportunity to grow fresh vegetables in garden boxes established for tenants liking to do so!

Satisfied but mantainance could be better. Very quiet community. Had a problem with ants and roaches. Was told they had already sprayed and received an email that it was completed but it was not and still have the issue. Great community but so far in my short time here mantainance could be better and not send complete emails when the work order was not complete.

Quite, clean place to live. Good maintenance team. Parking near your building can sometimes be hard to find. Walmart market nextdoor, and Jenks Riverwalk within walking distance. Good place to live if you're looking for somewhere quiet and safe. Lots of walking trails nearby, fun pool.

The people at the office are very professional and patience also the maintenance people respond almost inmitially with issues that you may have in the apartment. It feels a very safe and peaceful complex to live. I love the fact that it's 100% smoke free. The Pool is very beautiful and kid friendly. We are enjoying Crown Chase apartments.

Nothing that I can think of right now at the moment. It's not been to terribly bad for us here at Crown Chase. For the price that we pay it seems I guess is comparable to what we've seen at other apartments.

We have enjoyed living here and the maintenance has been on top of their game. The grounds keeping is always kept up and the location is great. We love being so close to the grocery store and the riverside trail. Nice place to live.

Nothing to complain about. From the office to maintenance to the landscape crew, everyone is great! I would recommend the neighborhood. You have gates, a pool, gym, and access to Andy B's or the highways.

The staff made everything so easy and simple from the application process all the way up to move in day. We had like three very, very, very minor (I cannot stress how minor) issues that were going on at the apartment after we had moved in and sure enough writhing 24 hours all three were fixed. I have never in my life had such a pleasant experience at/with an apartment complex. This is a real community and I feel very safe having my family live here.

We need a second trash compactor at the opposite end of complex from the original one. Maintenance did powerwash my breezeway and ir looks better. Please turn the hot water back on in the community laundry room so we can get our clothes clean. You advertise a work out room but all the machines are worn out or broken. Therefore, the rent is too high for no laundry and no exercise room. The option of buzzing in guests at the apt. Directory does not work.

Community is quiet, convenient to shopping, staff are courteous and professional, maintenance is good and rent is reasonable. Tenants are friendly and polite. Mail is convenient. I like a gated community. Electric power and cable almost always on.

My experience has been great so far the staff is amazing and the apartments are spacious with extra storage and the apartment was also very clean the maintenance team left cleaning supplies in a basket as a gift and considering COVID is still around that was very nice I have a 10 month old baby it's good to know we are cared for.

This is a beautiful complex. The landscaping is outstanding. The staff at Crown Chase is probably the best I've ever had to deal with. We have looked at other complexes in the area and nothing compares to Crown Chase.

Great communication and great place to live, nice and close to shopping. Close to the highway, great staff and they upkeep the grounds very well! Maintenance is top notch and they come fix everything very quickly! Parking can be tricky but not too terribly bad.

Crown Chase Apartments has gone downhill every single year I have continue to live here. I pay a lot of money to have to avoid stepping in pet waste everywhere I go within the complex. The pool is also another issue, although it was Open at earlier times in previous years the residents are the ones that keep the continuing debris out of the pool. Now the pool is in rough shape and is slimy green. I don't have much hope for a happy summer at the pool due to the shape that it's in currently. I would love someone to address these issues and make everything perfect but that's not going to happen.

The Apartment Complex is well laid out and doesn't feel crowded. Office Staff are always friendly and helpful and maintenance is efficient. We particularly like our vaulted ceiling and working fireplace.

The amenities are fantastic and the apartments are spacious with lots of windows. Very quiet neighbors and the landscaping is gorgeous. My only complaint is the winter care - this beautiful expensive complex does nothing to help dig out residents or scrape sidewalks. Parking is a nightmare - you will be parking at least 3 or 4 buildings away in evenings and weekends. Overall - I am pretty happy resident at Crown Chase.
