Great apartment, feels safe, beautiful and great rooms. There were a few things wrong when I moved in but it was all fixed within 48 hours. It is a pretty quiet community with quiet hours. Has a great pool, grilles, and garden plots. Would recommend living here

Staff can be a bit rude at times. They do not always follow through. Reserved parkings have not been updated to remove those of people that no longer live here. Emails are sent too frequently. They constantly attempt to implement rules that are not the lease.

Clean, well kept apartment complex. Gates always working, I feel safe. There are no shady characters around. Any maintenance issues are completed promptly and the leasing staff is very nice and helpful. I especially love the ability to sign out a bike to take advantage of the numerous parks and trails in the area. I can walk to Walmart, Kohl's, Five Guys and Quiktrip. Very nice residential area. Jenks schools right up the road.

The apartments are spacious, well laid out and very well maintained! The staff are very courteous and helpful! The community is very quiet and in great proximity to grocery stores, schools and other retail stores!

Frendly and kind staffs in the office. Schools, markets, gas stations, and other places are available in the neighborhood. It is a gated community and, thus, it is quiet and safe. My family loves taking a walk around the community in the evening.

So far, everything has been great. We have been here a week and the apartment is gorgeous, the amenities and pool are everything we hoped and so far, the neighbors have been nice. Our room is a little warm on the 3rd floor, but we are very happy with our decision to move here.

Any time there was an issue the management and maintenance teams were on it! Management always followed up to make sure repairs were done to my satisfaction!! Grounds are kept clean and neat. Pool is always clear! Great staff!

I have to stop this survey bc I need to take care of an emergency but things are finally being addressed, wood rot that had been causing leaking water into the apartment for the past year , eventually the landscaping, and I am glad to have grass growing near our patio

I love living at Crown Chase. It is a quiet community off the beaten path. I like that it is gated because it makes it feel safer. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly as well as after hours emergency calls. The staff has been nice and helpful.

So far the community is friendly, the apartments are really nicely made, and it was clean when my roommate and I moved in. Honestly can't complain because it feels like a good place. So far enjoying it and hope to continue enjoying it.

I have lived at Crown Chase for over 5years now and have had no problems with office staff or maintenance. Crown Chase is clean, safe, and close to shopping, schools, banks, doctors, hospitals, anything you could possibly need, but away from the noise and traffic of the inner city. I love it here.

This is a quiet community. The staff are kind and courteous. The apartment is spacious. I would recommend living here. This is a gated community close to shopping and entertainment. The pool and gym are a bonus.

Wonderful place to live. The community is close to many grocery stores and restaurants.. With Riverwalk across the street for walking and biking. There's a Casino just down the street with bars and restaurants.. Jenks is just over the bridge and offers fun for everyone.. Just an excellent location...

This community is gorgeous, from the landscaping to the inside of the apartments themselves. I'm a sucker for storage, and they have PLENTY! We got a 2 bed 2 bath. While I experienced a few issues with my apartment at move-in, the staff has been consistently kind & seems well motivated to check in with me on the progress! The only things I would warn for, not against, just as a precaution: there is no provided overhead lighting in the second bedroom or the living room, so you will need lamps or a plug-in overhead lighting solution. And the other, slightly more annoying warning, is that the bathtubs are not leveled properly & tend to collect standing water at the bottom, at no fault of the drainage. This is the issue I had at move in & it has been promptly solved in 1 of 2 bathrooms, using a putty to build up the bathtub in the center. While this resulted in a slightly less deep bathtub, it did fix the standing water issue & they plan to do the same for our second bathroom! Again, I've been SO incredibly happy with the response of the staff to my very few, but some quite large, issues. They have remained friendly & helpful, I feel blessed to live in a community like this.

I feel safe and comfortable here. Crown Chase is the best community in Tulsa for the price. The neighborhood is very quiet with convenient access to shopping and dining. There have been spurts of theft issues, but to my knowledge no break-ins. The gates are often broken, but the company doesn't neglect issues such as these. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. Office staff have always been kind and welcoming.

We like the apartment. The rest of the experience has been unpleasant. It's supposed to be a nonsmoking community. They don't enforce it very effectively, and if you complain about the smoking, you are the bad guy. There are other problems with the staff like inconsistency in communication and unprofessional attitudes.

It's close to my job, nicely landscaped and quiet. There are raised garden beds that you might be able reserve to try and grow your own vegetables. It's gated and within walking distance of a few stores. Maintenance is very good and prompt.

So far, i love crown chase. The staff is very polite and will do anything necessary to make the environment good and are always there to help answer any questions. Everytime I have put in a work order, it is completed within days. They are very nice when they come and get it done properly. I love this community the units themselves, it is very clean and well kept.

Well so I moved to this complex 06/21, I recently transferred to a two bed apartment due to getting married. I can say I plan to live here till I buy a house, it is the best priced complex, has outstanding staff, the community is full of very nice people, my favorite aspect of the complex is all the sidewalk trials to take my dog on a walk through.
