Friendly staff, nice living conditions. Relatively good price compared to other locations close by. Take good care of the apartments and the complex entirely. Has a pool too which is nice. Gym equipment could be better.

Love living here. Everyone has been incredibly friendly!! Grounds are beautiful. Can't wait to put my toes in the beautiful pool. I truley enjoy planting a small garden and it is very peaceful to walk around the area as well

This community is so inclusive. Everyone is so kind and cares for each other. The community gardens are beautiful! The only thing that could make this place better is a dog park! My family and our Fur babies recommend!!

The office staff are friendly and helpful. They return emails and texts promptly. The maintenance staff are also friendly and do repairs without leaving a mess...which is greatly appreciated. The location is also really convenient to Tulsa and Jenks.

This is the worst place I've ever lived. Our water is so expensive and we can only take ten minute showers before the hot water runs out but we still pay $80 a month for water because it's a shared water bill between your entire building and you also get the luxury of paying for the pool and laundry room water, our electric is so expensive, our rent is so expensive for what the apartments are and how old they are, and everything is always broken. We've had like twenty work orders since we moved in and still counting. Maintenance woke us up at 3AM once coming into our apartment because they had the wrong unit for an emergency work order. There's no parking so we can't park inside the gated areas. There's homeless people everywhere that yell at you when you walk your dogs. The best thing about these apartments is the Walmart being so close by.

Everytime I call about any issue that I have with my apartment the staff is always very helpful in whatever I need, very professional, good phone courtesy. Once that portion is done the maintenance people that come over are very knowledgeable and get whatever task they need to do done immediately.

Crown Chase has been great to live at. The grounds are well maintained. The staff is friendly and maintenance is done in a timely manner. They are currently replacing the roofs of their buildings so the roofs will be new and they are a pet friendly community. I would highly recommend Crown Chase.

I recently moved in and my entire experience has been excellent. Caeley in the office is wonderful to work with. Maintenance is pleasant and professional. My apartment is quiet. It's a gated community and I feel safe here. I am so glad I chose Crown Chase.

I have enjoyed living here at crown Chase for the last 15 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. The complex is quiet and clean. Although it would be nice to have the landscaping updated and redone this spring. Not a lot of grass.

Just moved in this week. The office staff have been very helpful and friendly. I love all the amenities. It's early but I think I'm going to like it here. The grounds are lovely and I can't wait to see them with flowers and shrubs in bloom.

It is clean, safe, well organized and in the Jenks school district. Great for families with kids. It has a great, well maintained, swimming pool for summer. The apartments are well insulated for winter. We are really happy staying here for a second lease term.

This apartment complex is centrally located with many businesses and parks within easy walking distance. The staff is always super great, offering events and gatherings pretty regularly. Maintenance issues are always taken care of quickly.

I like living here. My only complaint is that some dog owners do not clean up after their dogs.. That dogs are allowed is so good that I clean up after my dog and those who dod not clean up after theirs when it is where I am with my dog.

Overall a great community. Clean and well maintained landscaping. However, like most other apartment communities, recent aggressive & .considerable rent increases are forcing me and other long term residents to consider alternative places to live.

Very helpful staff, when I was away on an audit and there was a freeze warning issued I contacted the staff to turn on my heat in order to prevent frozen pipes, then afterwards contacted me to see if I wanted the heat turned down to save energy.
