The staff is great, the grounds are kept well, maintenance issues are resolved right away and the neighbors are friendly. The pool is kept well and gets used quite a bit and is a cool place to hang out. It's been a good place to live.

A copy of an unanswered email I sent I the office workers. If this makes it I hope it helps you make a good choice. Good day, I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to further bring attention to some of the issues I neglected to highlight to the office personnel I spoke with. Specifically concerning the work order completed text I received at 1:05pm. The work order is actively in process at 2:19pm affecting my ability to work from home. I was essentially informed by the office personnel they (maintenance) must have closed it by accident they (maintenance) will be asked about it after returning from lunch. Further questions concerning the responsibility of the apartment should there be mildew and/or mold were met with "I can't answer that as I'm not maintenance" or that essentially maintenance took care of it, it should not be a problem. I attempt to highlight that it is actively a toe soaking problem. As 5 minutes prior to speaking with office personnel. I looked at the active work disruption (the fan) and the toe soaking wet carpet. Which I also consider factors/indicators that the work order is still in progress. Unless the office does not?

Very nice community other than the fact that they don't upkeep the property at all. It was filthy when I moved in. Had to clean everything myself and the outside was infested with spiders, and pest control didn't really do much about it. However, it is in a nice spot in Tulsa, all the important amenities are super close. And it's very spacious and you can make the apartment very cozy. Also the people in the office are very friendly and professional.

Crown Chase is a quiet community close to shopping, restaurants, my family and gas stations. My neighbors are nice and friendly. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are maintained well.

I like the requirements it takes to get admitted into the community. I understand it can be a hassle, but to understand that the people I live around me are expected to be upstanding people is nice to know. It also makes me feel safer in the community. I enjoy the convince of being close to my university, but also the privacy as well.

Property is quiet, well maintained, and beautiful. Office staff is top notch, they all are kind and prompt in helping take care of residents. Maintenence is on top of their game around here and things get handled quickly. Apartment is very spacious and we love it.

TAKE GOOD PHOTOS! We stayed in a unit for a year. Getting into the complex and staying there was great. Maintenance was quick and office staff were helpful and cordial. I really did not mind our stay there. However, upon move out, communication was professional, but the decisions made by staff were not good nor fair to the customer. Not too long after we moved and had deep cleaned the complex, they charged us for over $1000 in repairs and water bill catch up. Be aware that their water bills run behind several months as it can be 200+ dollars in bills when you move out. Also, take good pictures and inspect your unit with a fine tooth comb! They will nit pick every detail. We cleaned thoroughly upon move out, yet, if there are a few crumbs or dust in a drawer or cupboard, they will charge a cleaning fee. The carpet is cream colored, so if you have kids, try to guard it with intense care. It can become expensive quick if the carpet was fairly new. My biggest problem was when they charged us several hundred dollars in resurfacing fees for the tubs, due to "staining and peeling." The staining is due to their tubs not draining completely and leaving water in the bottom. This standing water causes staining and can weaken the surfacing. The peeling was a problem that in their previous renter pictures, had already started and simply evidenced more with our one year of use. This points to a poorly done resurfacing job since it started peeling after one year of use, and significantly showed peeling after the second year of use. We even routinely cleaned the tubs and used gentle soaps and lotions that should not have ever damaged a surfacing. When I spoke to them about the fact the problems were due to their tubs not properly draining and a poor resurfacing job, they thankfully removed one tub resurfacing charge. However, even through much communication and previous/underlying defect evidence as seen through their own pictures, they refused to budge on removing the other tub charge. I do not appreciate their unjust decision in charging a customer based on a poor resurfacing job and improperly installed tub. If looking into living in this complex, you may be able to avoid these problems by taking extremely detailed pictures and VERY frequently cleaning your tubs and manually pushing the water into the drains after every use. I even talked to two other Landlords about the charges, and they were also surprised and did not agree with their business practice in this matter. If you simply do not want to deal with these business practices. I would highly recommend finding a different complex. Also, it is a gated community, but the gates only work half or less of the time. They are broken quite often.

I absolutely love this place. The apartments are clean and aell maintained. All of the appliances are new and in good working condition. The maintenance team responds to calls quickly and fixes the issues that we have had. The grounds are well kept. All in all been a great exprience

The office staff were super helpful and understanding of my situation. I had to find new housing ASAP, and while the process usually takes 48 hours they got me ready to move in under that time frame. I got very lucky, I toured the unit that was a model unit, so I got to see exactly where I would be moving into. The community is clean and feels very safe!

Location is really good - Walmart neighborhood market is right next door, riverwalk is across the street, safe neighborhood, food and services conveniently located near the rental. Rental prices are very competitive.

Close To Day Hiking Trips!!!

Life is good here! Maintenance is outstanding and close to the River Walk, the river and OKC. Neighbors are polite but mind their own business and the office holds your packages if USPS can't fit them inside your mailbox!

I really like this place for a couple of reasons beyond its secure location and fence built for the entry to the community. I liked the fact that it is within 15 minutes of drive to my future work place "Saint Francis Hospital " and that it is just along the Brookside trail and gardens where one can walk or jog or go for a chill along the river every evening on summer days. It is also closer to shopping centers and within 4 miles from three locations of Planet Fitness. The rooms are bigger enough and great airflows inside the houses with enough parking spaces. I will be submitting my application soon.
