The apartment was spotless when we arrived. They left us a cute little kit for making cupcakes also. I love the high ceilings and the big windows in our bedroom. The nook is huge! The only thing I have to complain about was the lack of thorough communication about what was needed on move-in day. Just make sure to read your emails and welcome letter!

Well I've only been here a little over a month. All I can say is I love it here so far. It's clean the place is quiet. My apartment is nice! I love that's it's gated. It's in a great area ! I run a lot so having the trail right here is a cherry on top. I'm happy I chose this place

The move in was simple and easy, the staff was very friendly and straightforward. Touring the apartment we first had in mind. I felt then and there I was confident with the choice of living here. Nice well equipped kitchen with big open spaces all over the apartment. It is very cozy here with nice landscaping and a really fun giant chessboard in the courtyard closest to my new home. All in all it has been a very wonderful experience here at Crown Chase

The building is on the older side and it shows once lived in for a while. The community is great with very nice and helpful staff. They work hard to keep the grounds clean but of course the landscaping and sidewalks need to be redone to the point where it doesn't flood when it rains. The sprinklers does the same and if there was some sort of stepping stone not emerged in water it would help immensely.

It has been fabulous. It guided me to good apartments. These apartments are neat and well manicured lawns. The apartment manager is very courteous and helpful. Very proactive to solve problems. Community is safe and sound

It is a beautiful community with plenty of excellent amenities. It is a great place for families of all sizes. The location is one of the best possible among apartments in Tulsa, and the office staff have been exceptional.

I have enjoyed the 4+ years I have been with Crown Chase. Great location, pricing and staff. All of my service requests have been handled quickly and they're always improving things! Beautiful pool and lots of social events throughout the year.

Everything works really well. Some parts of the appartament need to be fixed because are old. They are working on landscape because looks little poor. I like to play sports so I would like to have a basket court or soccer field where we play.

Great community in great location. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and highways. Large rooms for easy navigation around the apartment. On the downside, parking is very limited, pet owners rarely clean up after their pets. Overall it's a great place to live.

I love having a spacious one bedroom and the fact that we have a whole laundry room Is a plus. Parking can be a big challenging but overall I enjoy my apartment and the people who make this place truly a home.

Community is great, parking is frustrating along with visitors who come because they don't follow complex rules. Upstairs neighbors walking can be heard at all hours of the night because it creates squeaking noises.

Comfy apartments in great location. Decent size bedrooms. Pool is nice although some updated pool furniture would be beneficial. Parking spaces are limited and often can not find one near apartment. Neighbors mostly tolerable, not much crime that I've seen. Several TPD office live on property.

WE like this community come paried to a lot of other ones. Most restident look out for one another. Its close to a lot of nessary places, people try to help one another office managers try to be fair willing to work to get things done on time and correct. Its a nice place live .

The staff here is exceptional! They're very caring and responsive to any issues or questions I've had. The apartments are wonderful for the price!! The large floor plans and tons of natural light sold me almost immediately during my tour. I would highly recommend Crown Chase to anyone looking for reasonable housing in the southern Tulsa area.

I love living here! The staff is always friendly, and they allow pets! I have an indoor cat, but I think most people have dogs. The grounds are impeccable, and as a woman, I've never felt unsafe here.

Could not ask for a better apartment experience, to be honest. The staff are immensely friendly and professional. Genuinely enjoy dealing with the staff at Crown Chase Apartments. Furthermore, I am quite pleased with the quality of the apartment and the unique layout. It has been a lovely living experience.

This complex is wonderful, it's in a great location with plenty to do nearby. The only issue I have is that parking can be difficult at times and the buildings lack proper numbers making it hard to give directions to visitors.

So far everything has been a dream to deal with, the staff has been super helpful, I was moved in extremely quickly and painlessly thanks you the team. The apartment has some dents and some small cosmetic blemishes but other than that everything inside was exactly as advertised before. I love the area and all of the stores and restaurants within walking distance and will hopefully continue this trend of satisfaction all throughout the time I live here. The gym is pretty cramped and the outside walls are kind of dusty with spider webs and such and could use a good blowing but overall there are definitely more pros than cons to living here.

First impressions were strong, but within a week it became clear that everything we were told was a lie. The old manager would consistently pick fights, harass, and neglect residents. New management is okay, they leave us alone, we keep a very clean apartment with nice furniture, and they seem to respect that most of the time. The insides of the apartments need updating badly. Poor mildewed caulking covering the bathrooms, just like what you see in places at the $500/mo range, ugly stick on vinyl floor in kitchen, ugly counters, super outdated fridge and range, etc. it's very pricey for what you're given, the sq/ft is nice but that's about it.

Not well as I expected for what I'm paying for rent. Staffs are not friendly, not seems approachable. They don't seem to withhold information from you. You might find out about additional payment that might not be in your lease. ex. access to the gym. Old coin-based laundry machine with no Bills changer.

I moved in last week and all the staff have been so organized and kind. The neighbors are quiet so far and the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The complex is in a nice neighborhood. It's a little far from downtown Tulsa, but very close to Jenks. My hot water was out when I moved in and it was fixed almost instantly.
