Crown chase is a safe and beautiful place to live, the main office staff and the grounds keeper/maintnance workers are awesome and engage in conversation while they work if you are home. Everyone here is professional and very pleasant to be around. The property is always clean and is currently undergoing some renovation type projects which have been communicated very well to us as residents.

Really enjoyable place to be at. Management is really helpful and nice. Maintenance are also on time and efficient and really helpful as well. Apartments are also well maintained. Overall, really enjoyable place to stay.

LOVE LIVING HERE!
Choosing this apartment complex was the best decision ever. Super safe and clean. The management is responsive and nice to you. We have a small baby and we feel very safe within the complex. They regularly clean the facility, pool is cleaned regularly. Been using their gym lately—it’s awesome. The master bedroom and bathroom is so spacious; the bathroom is like larger than the kitchen we had in our previous apartment. The second bedroom is quite big too. If you want to spend a good quality peaceful time with you family here book them! You’ll love living here.

Love my apartment and surrounding area. Very close to everything and short drive to hiking areas. Amenities work great and my apartment was freshly painted and carpets shampooed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live

Overall, from the minute we got the keys and moved in, has been so great. The numerous amenities and great staff to help your needs. Maintenance also have been quick and efficient with anything you need. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Great quiet gated community, new roofs, and freshly painted. it's a quiet area safe community and nice pool. lots of picnic tables, grills, swings, a vegetable garden. the maintenance staff is helpful and friendly but the apartment leasing staff can be difficult to deal with

The office staff were patient and kind and made the move in process very easy. On moving day, my family said the apts. looked like a resort, especially since my balcony overlooks the pool. Between the staff, the amenities, the spacious apt. size and the location, I am pleased with my choice to move here.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. Work orders get done in 3 days or less. I would definitely recommend Crown Chase to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live plus it's not overpriced like other places.

The sidewalks are often mud filled after it rains, I've almost fallen in the mud on the sidewalks several times. The office is poor at communicating feedback about issues that are actively in process of being addressed. The pedestrian gate is not accessible and now residents are smoking on the grounds, cigarette butts all over. The workers doing the remodel leave their trash everywhere.

I have lived in the Crown Chase Apartments for several years and have always been happy. The community is well kept and everyone is kind and courteous. In issues I've had have always been met with promptly. The staff are all very kind and caring. I know I am in good hands at Crown Chase Apartments.

Crown Chase staff has been easy to work with, responsive, friendly, and courteous. I appreciate the communication via text about complex updates and how quiet the community is. The apartment was very clean when we moved in and is a great size for myself, my spouse, and our baby.

Crown Chase is an exceptional property. The interior and exterior are clean and well kept. I still remember on my move day how fresh and clean everything was. I did not smell the usual oder often associated with apartment living. The communication with management has been amazing! I'm here to stay!

From the time I came to visit these apartment homes, I was impressed with the staff and their willingness to work with me and my move-in date. You can tell that they take pride in their apartments. The apartment grounds were very manicured and the actual apartment was extremely clean. These are the most spacious apartments I've lived in.

The value for the space and amenities is affordable! we are located close to parks, shopping, restaurants, and major freeways. Most often very quiet, friendly neighbors. Staff and maintenance are friendly and requests are filled quickly.

It is usually looks like a lovely area when not torn up for new plants. The staff was always helpful in handling the new people who are enrolling. Into the new apartment. I know that the new people will eventually love everything.

The parking space is not enough, I dunno if this can be improved upon, then the cabbage disposal too should be looked into as well, just one is not enough for the whole community. The maintenance staff should do a deep cleaning during move-in, not just a rush in type

Having only taken a tour, I was happy to see all the expectations I made while researching this property were met. The apartment was as pictured, the floor plan appeared accurate, the community was clean and well kept, I had no concerns for safety or cleanliness. After the tour I easily would have signed a lease right then

The leasing process was very smooth. Move in was as well and apartment in pristine condition besides a few problems that are being dealt with. The community is clean and beautiful. I'm so glad we moved here.
