Crown Chase so far has been extremely customer friendly in terms of its management approach. While we haven't been here long, the move in process was very easy and efficient. During the application, the management was willing to hold onto specific apartments for us. Only issue I have seen so far is that before tenants move in, the apartment is repainted. And some baseboards had hair painted over them. Overall, from what I have seen so far the neighborhood is gated and extremely safe. It's also in a decent part of town with a lot of stores and restaurants in driving distance.

I love the community of the property that I'm at and management are very prompt and answering questit's very quiet and peaceful. And I love the fact that it is gated community. So people do not roam around like my last property. I feel very safe. And most of the time, I don't even lock my door.

The wow factor was presented

Wow!!! We were on the market to move and really had our eyes on crown chase for a while. We came in as a walk in and immediately were greeted by Trinity with a smile. Trinity was knowledgeable and gave an amazing tour and answered every question we had. She took her time and made us feel so welcomed and valued! From the moment we stepped onto the property to the tour etc, it was so peaceful and calm. The property was beautiful, the apartments shown very nice, roomie and cozy. We had looked at so many other places and toured and not one place gave us the wow factor like we had touring with Trinity and how amazing and beautiful the property was. Needless to say, thank you Trinity and such a good job done. Thank you for making our experience pleasant. We look forward to being apart of this community soon!

Work orders are not completed in a timely fashion or at all. Maintenance does not clean up after themselves if and when they do complete a work order. If a work order is completed it typically takes 60-90 days. All you get is an apology. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone!

Move in was a breeze most of the paperwork was done prior to arrival so move in with getting the keys was easy. The couple of maintenance issues I had which were minor were resolved so fast and prompt. The leasing office is great Trinity personally is amazing she has made the experience great she's so thorough and very detailed. So far I love this community.

This is a clean, friendly and safe environment that is very uplifting to be in.It feels like a neighborhood rather than just an apartment!I Love the size of the apartments, as well as the swimming pool, clean and very inviting! As well as the little garden area for residents to grow their own garden of choice.Thr staff is really nice too and it's just a great little neighborhood in one place!

This place is AWESOME! The floor plan layouts are unique and spacious. There is plenty of natural light (so pretty!). You can get TRUE FIBER NET here AT&T has 1 gig fiber up and down (and the AT&T store is walkable so you can stack discounts between your cell and fiber service). It's a quick walk to the Walmart Neighborhood center, QT, Kohl's (for those Amazon returns or a quick shopping trip), Starbucks and PetCo. This complex is quiet and pet friendly. The office staff and maintenance are helpful.

Crown Chase is a very beautiful place where you can live. It's very quiet and nice. I love the swimming pool ?rea, the fardens are beautiful and staff is really nice with all of us. We hope to live here for a long time!

Very quiet. Residents seem down to earth. Grounds improvements are great. Large dog feces are not picked up consistently but not too bad. Grills not working properly. Close to our favorite restaurant. Great communication and community

Everything has been great other than noise level. The construction woke me up a lot but that's done finally. I do have some neighbors across from me that fight a lot and will fight outside their unit. Also, someone keeps setting their car alarm off often and they usually park around the visitor's parking. Oh and I'm not very thrilled about all the new gravel placement. It makes it hard for me to take my dog out since her favorite spots are not covered up and she wants to crawl on the hard rocks but I won't let her in fear she might hurt her paws and it's ugly. I wish they would've put down more grass or flowers since that would help the environment much more and it would look prettier. Those are my only complaints.

I just moved in so I don't have a very long experience to comment on. But the apartment staff has been very friendly and has taken all my concerns seriously, they have helped me submit maintenance requests for things not working in the apartment when I moved in (which is to be expected at most apartments). The apartment itself is beautiful. I have submitted several maintenance requests and they have not come by since I submitted those 3 days ago, but they are short staffed currently and that hasn't been terribly long, especially since none of the issues are urgent.

This is the perfect community for our retirement. We have lived here for ten years.The grounds are always well maintained. The buildings and inside of the apartments are updated regularly.
