The apartments are in a good location, they are large and spacious. Just what I was looking for, I would recommend them. The attention of the staff is very good, they were friendly and took all the time to explain the steps to rent.

My bicycle was stolen from the balcony in the first month and the administration does not give access to the security cameras or any follow-up, infestation of cockroaches due to old and rotten furniture due to humidity, unprofessional maintenance regarding the rental price

Absolutely love the community of people that live in crown chase. All staff is friendly professional and immediately take care of needs. Great resources close to the community. Summer time is fun to see others in the community

Overall great experience with the apartment community and staff. Apartment was nice and clean when I moved in and everything worked as needed. The neighbors are very nice and welcoming to the community and it's not too hard to find parking.

Other than my car being broken into 5 times, my experience here has been good. When my pkg was delivered to the wrong apartment they took it to the office and when pkgs have been left outside my door, they are there when I get home so I'd say we have an honest/trustworthy community. I've had people ask if I needed help carrying my trash to the dumpster. I do wish we had more parking, if you come in late you have to drive over the whole complex to find a space, luckily I usually am home early so I get a spot by my apartment. Summertime at the pool I have met some really nice people.

I absolutely love this community. Everything has been very convenient for us since living here. It feels like home. One of our most favorite things about this place is all the beautiful trees. The staff is so helpful as well. Abbie is the one who helped us get moved in, & she was amazing!! Thank you for the hard work with keeping this place nice & homey feeling!!

The office and maintenance staff is very friendly and professional. The grounds are typically kept up daily, but they are currently going through renovations. The overall community atmosphere is very friendly, safe, and comforting.

So far I enjoy living at Crown Chase because it's so close to work, my gym, and several of my friends live here. I love the office staff and always feel like they're super helpful when I need it. Overall, I would recommend living here.

Peaceful, largely quiet complex with lush landscaping and generally well-maintained apartments. My only difficulty has been the fairly regular downtime associated with the community trash compactor, coupled with emails demanding that residents deliver trash to the compactor or face fines. Capable, friendly staff.

Very good apartments, staff, and community. Community is very quiet and have had no complaints ever since moving here in 2020. The thing that drew me to this place was the size of each space. All newer apartments seem to have awkward living rooms and laundry that is in the kitchen. With the big living room and separate laundry room at a good price, I didn't hesitate.

I loved living here for the most part, was here 2 years and the only real complaint I have is the parking, other than that it's a very nice community with great office staff and in a great location, would recommend to friends and family.

We appreciate the responsiveness of the office staff. Crown Chase offers some extras not found on other properties. Our favorite perks are the garages, available for an additional fee, and the vegetable garden.

The experience so far has been good. The community is quiet and the residents are friendly. The staff and maintenance crew are reliable and caring. The apartment size and design is unique. And the fitness center was recently updated with new equipment, which makes it a great alternative for the times that I don't feel like driving to the gym.

The first year it was good! They do ALOT of inspections, it's borderline harrastmebt honestly you guys did 3-4 one month for what?. They accused of of smoking without proof and fined us when we don't even smoke. I'm not excited that we renewed our lease and have to be here for another year of --------. No one picks up their poop here and it's disgusting as hell.

I have yet to lease here, but the atmosphere and staff are wonderful. The leasing agents are happy and quick to help with any needs or questions. I am a first time renter and the application process was made so easy. Property is kept quite nice and well maintained.

The staff at this complex is excellent. They are friendly and responsive. The only problem is an occasional issue with parking. The neighbors are friendly. I also really appreciate the exercise facility and the pool.

This is the first apartment we've ever rented and it's been a very good experience. Value is very good for what you pay and our apartment is very quiet. The location is excellent, I drive less than 4 miles to work.

Plus points of the Crownchase: Peaceful and safe community. Everyone is friendly and respectful. The staff are really nice and cooperative. They are quick to respond to any issues and work requests. Swimming pool is nice. Only thing complain worthy is the landscaping. They have been working to improve it so lets wait for the outcome.

I love crown chase. The community is great and the quality of the apartments is way above what I expected. The office staff are friendly and quick to answer any concern, maintenance is friendly, will recognize you and your dog as you walk by them, and quick to help with any problem. They are good at keeping up maintenance of things like fire detectors, etc. also the pool is incredibly nice in the summer and the buildings are well insulated against the pool noise!

When I was apartment hunting, it was an extremely difficult time of year to find any open units. Most either didn't have the amenities I wanted or the rent was simply too high for the quality of the living space. I finally found my diamond in the rough. Crown Chase has the nicest staff and they helped me find exactly what I needed and made the move in process so easy. The staff is 5 star, from the leasing office, the maintenance crew, to the landscaping crew. The community has been very peaceful. The apartment itself is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.

Lived here 15 years and carpets are shot. Won't replace. Most of property is landscaped but in front of mine is dirt and then mud when it rains. Trip hazards as sidewalks around my apartment are lined with metal and spikes to keep metal in place.

Office and maintenance staff are nice and they get the job done. The apartment complex is quiet and easy access to 169 turnpike. I enjoy living here riverside is just across the street for walking or biking.

Crown chase staff is AMAZING! I absolutely love living in this apartment. This is coming from someone who has never lived in an apartment before. The place is really quiet especially at night. Anytime I've had difficulty with anything breaking down the apartment maintenance has fixed within a timely manner.

We lived in Crown Chase Apts when we first got married in 2011. Since then we have tried Apts all over Tulsa and ended up right back at Crown Chase. We love this place, the staff, and the overall environment. It's great!
