Very friendly staff. It is safe and secured, but some maintenance issues on an apartment on the first floor. The kitchen sink overflows every so often. Maintenance always leaves a mess behind. Other than that, I'll miss this place.

It’s like coming home

I have lived here for 5+ years. The access to the river trails and the quiet community are what I enjoy the most. The improvements being made to the grounds and buildings have been a bonus. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I like that they do many events with staff and residents. My dog will forever enjoy pet week! Overall this has been a great place to live.

I’ve lived here for 4 years now. The first thing I noticed is that the property makes me feel like I’m at some sort of resort because it’s so beautiful with the landscaping and cleanliness especially during the warmer months when all the bushes and grass is growing. The staff is friendly and maintenance is always timely when it comes to requests. George is the friendliest, he always says good morning to my dog and I when we’re out walking and he always seems to be working hard whenever I see him he’s cleaning the pool, emptying the trash cans, or chatting with the neighbors. It’s little things like that that make a community feel like a community.

This Is A Great Place

This is a terrific apartment community. The location is great and close to parks and walking/biking trails. The staff is awesome, very friendly and respond to all maintenance issues quickly! George is probably the friendliest groundskeeper ever, with a greeting for everyone

Staff members are very professional and friendly

Great people, friendly, and always eager to help. All of the amenities, court yards, and the pool is always well maintained. Crown Chase host numerous community events throughout the year for four everyone. Crown Chase is a great place to call home.

Jorge Rojo is Awesome

Jorge has amazing customer service so personable and helpful. Also the ladies in the office are absolute sweethearts. I never ever feel like just a tenant. Whoever is in charge of hiring did an amazing job because the chemistry is just on point.

Great Community!

I've lived here since 2017 & I love my home! The office staff is so friendly & helpful always. I see the maintenance staff & George around the property often helping in so many ways. Just being great to the tenants & keeping things looking top notch. George is just the best, he's been a constant friendly face over the years & knows everyone living here! Great place to live.

Easy living

I have been a tenant for 7 years, the staff is helpful love my dog and respond quickly to any issue. I want to mention one member of staff directly, George the groundskeeper has been an awesome guy to have on staff. I work from home and I see him busy not only with his daily duties, but going out of his way to help a lot of the elderly tenants here. Always a joy to chat with.

Top tier maintenance

Anytime I have had a maintenance request, Jorge and Adam have quickly come to the rescue. Whenever I walk my dogs, they always stop to say a quick and friendly hello which makes me feel welcome as a tenant. They go above and beyond their work and always with a smile. Thanks, Adam and Jorge, for making this community a brighter place!

When you call for a maintenance repair be ready to clean up after them. The girls in the office are great. The landscaping is a mess. They took out all the grass a year ago and all the sidewalks are muddy. They installed new roofs o er the summer and I got three flat tires from roof nails.

I chose Crown Chase Apartments because of their attention to improving their establishment with updates such as panting and pool and landscape. they offer cookout spots and are very approachable and welcoming in the office. I see maintenance around daily and they offer assistance when I am loading or unloading my car. I enjoy the LARGE ROOMS bathroom and living room and complete kitchen and dinette.

Crown Chase is a well managed, well maintained community. It is safe, quiet, and clean. The owners have completed some massive capital improvements in upgrading the appearance. The staff is professional, responsive and polite. It is the best apartment complex I know of in Tulsa.

Great location, decent apartments

Amenities are sufficient. Love the walking/biking track just opposite the apartments. Chose this place for the location. Easy access to groceries and other services. The spacious apartments are livable and good value for your money. Some things need some upgrading and work done on them but still a good apartment to come home to everyday and call home. The community is peaceful. The staff are really good at their jobs, friendly and helpful.

It is very quiet and I like this area. It is closed to Riverside, shops and restaurants. We just had problems when bringing another families with requirements. I am satisfied with work orders, just the problem is resolved temporarily and does not work after.

I'm a new tenant but so far so good! The apartments have comfortable layouts and any repairs that were needed (sink and blinds) upon move-in were done the next available business day. The neighbors have been very quiet and the community seems very nice. Aside from some minor things like potholes, the grounds have been nice to walk my dog in as a part of the routine.
