Environment of the community is nice and the grounds are kept very nice. There has been the occasional issue with loud neighbors above us, but over time it has gotten better. Materials on the inside are cheap, which can be frustrating at times but they do the job.

Our experience has been wonderful. The office staff is very patient and assertive when answering questions. The maintenance always completes requests in a timely manor! They also allow pets, and have stations with doggy bags to make sure the grounds stay clean. Our puppy definitely loves sitting on our spacious balcony in the evenings. Crown Chase is a place I would recommend to live!

This is an amazing place to live. The office staff is very friendly, helpful, and understanding. They very good about working with you when trying to get in, and also if you are closing on a house to move out, they are very good about working with you if you need to extend your stay past your move out date. The maintenance staff if very efficient, helpful, friendly, and are typically try to fix your issue the same day you request it. These apartments feel like a luxury type hotel when walking through the complex. It has beautiful landscaping everywhere, two vegetable gardens, a beautiful pool, and a huge outdoor chess game board. All of the residents here are friendly, but we typically all keep to ourselves, so there aren't really any nosey neighbors, which is really nice. The apartment homes are nice to live in. My husband, baby, and I live in a 1 bedroom, and it is actually quite spacious for a 1 bedroom, we don't feel cramped at all. We actually got my husbands two brothers to live here recently, and they love it here as well. His sister just moved out due to a breakup, but she loved it here as well. We really love living here

Overall I have had very few problems at all with this complex. Minor things like excessively noisy neighbors usually get solved quickly when brought to the attention of the staff. Great community and great events thrown by the staff (until covid). Overall, if you are looking for an apartment, I would recommend seriously looking into Crown Chase.

Very well maintained community, and closer to market place.The maintenance is done quickly and the technicians are friendly.The out door grills and garden area are my favorites. The kitchen garden is a good too looking forward for next year.

We've had very bad luck since we've moved in. The apartment complex is not very clean and there's garbage and pet waste everywhere. Our apartment was not in very good quality when we moved in. We also had an incident where our apartment flooded and our roof caved in. Office staff came to survey the issue and tried to find us at fault, but it wasn't until maintenance arrived and identified that the cause of the issue was a third party that the staff was helpful. Hopefully this was just a few isolated incidents and things improve, because we had a great time the last time we lived here.

I love that this community offers gates to access it, making me feel safe and secure. The staff is always willing to help with and questions or concerns you may have. The apartments are spacious too! I enjoy the pool area and the added life-size chess is a bonus! I have not had an opportunity to use the community gardens yet, but I hope to in the future. Overall, Crown Chase is a great place to live!

Choose a different apartment complex If you've narrowed your new apartment search between Crown Chase and another location ? go with the other location. I've lived at this apartment complex about 5 years now and have experienced problems never faced in my 13 years of apartment living. Problems have ranged from workers breaking personal belongings, the contents of my closet being thrown across my bedroom floor, maintenance keys left hanging from the door of my apartment hours after they left, staff members going through my closet (entered to check the smoke alarm and water faucets, which were never checked), maintenance entering my apartment without my knowledge (leasing office said they did not, but video showed otherwise), and finally maintenance entering my apartment a second time (caught again on video) violation of 41 OK Stat ? 41-128 (2018). Do your research and pick another place.

It is a quiet and nice place to live in. Neighbors are generally very friendly and good looking haha. The only thing it might be sometimes hard to find any parking spot. The staff is very friendly and nice when asking them for something especially Natalia.

If you're reading this then save yourself. THE BIGGEST JOKE OF AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. I will never rent from Leinbach Company. If you have an issue they will not resolve it but instead send you in circles and let's not forget about all the unsolicited times maintenance enters the apartment.

At first, I was skeptical of the apartment due to the negative comments online. However, the customer service outweigh the negative comments. The staff was amazing and easy to do business with. Once I followed through with my part, the staff handled the rest. Moving from Louisiana to Oklahoma is stressful enough. And not to mention, my family and I were moving at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. But the staff has made the transition so easy.

This is by far the best apartment I've lived in! The community is so quiet, there's not a lot of street noise since it's tucked back off riverside, and the location is great because there's easy access to all the highways. I would highly recommend this complex!

Love the place and location. My only problems revolve around other owners picking up after there dogs. Which is nothing you can really resolve. I understand that. Would recommend this place to most of my friends and coworkers.

I absolutely love these apartments! everyone is so friendly and respectful! it's a big complex but super quiet which is super nice! the maintenance is always quick to get things done for you! overall I wouldn't have wanted to pick a different apartment for being my first apartment.
