Love it! The place is nice with great customer service. They really do their best to make it a great place to live. It gets a little loud if you live on the side by the stairs. Other than that it is a nice, quiet place to live.

Is good and be quiet! I like to much I really like it because they accept animals is clean there is a pool, what I would like if there was a park for children would be ideal The girls in the office are always there to answer any eventuality or problem you need to solve, besides paying online is wonderful

Good place to live. My boyfriend and i have really enjoyed living here. The apartment size is perfect. The rent is good, and we like the pool and the gym. We will be staying here for a while. It's been the perfect place to live.

My living experience at Crown Chase has gotten better. There are a few things that I believe need to be addressed. The properties are so dark, The gates are constantly breaking and the overall look of the complex is starting to look haggard.

I've lived here for about half a year and I havent had any problems yet nor do i think i will because of the attentiveness provided by the employees here. Anything needed fixing inside is attended to quickly and professionally. Along with being completely friendly. Although I have yet to attend events set up by the apartment complex, they do sound fun and a great way to meet new neighbors. My schedule is the only thing that holds me back from these events. I think this apartment complex is wonderful and makes my first experience that much better.

The community is clean, safe and overall a great place to live. Any minor issues that I've experienced within the two years I've lived here has been properly resolved in a quick manner. Staff is very friendly.

From day one it's been a lovely experience! The maintenance team is always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The landscaping and grounds are always done beautifully and the community is always quiet and peaceful. I've never had any kind of noise complaints and it's overall a lovely place to call home.

Exceptional community! The staff is kind and helpful and our neighbors are very quiet and friendly. The grounds are clean and well maintained. We like the location because there is no traffic and city noise. All-around great community for families and singles.

I moved in at Crown Chase due to a divorce. The staff was more than accomodating, generous, and kind with assisting me with applying and obtaining my unit. Since moving in, the staff have continued to be genuinely kind and courteous, always greeting me with a smile. The staff has always been ready and willing to help in whatever means necessary and I enjoy and appreciate every interaction I have with them.

I love the apartments I currently in. When I first arrived I had a very RUDE neighbor who made complaints about my 2 year old son. He would knock in the ceiling and make my son cry. I talked to the office staff and they were VERY understanding. Once the neighbor moved i haven't had any problems. The neighbors downstairs are nice and have a little one of their own. Which makes them completely understanding. I love our apartments now. We have a garage which is very useful. I love the garden view I have. I love the school district and the community.

Having good management is rare, which is why it is so incredibly satisfying to have people who genuinely care about their tenants at Crown Chase. The staff is friendly and so easy to work with. We love it here.

Overall, Crown Chase has been a good place to live; it's affordable and a decent size apartment in a good, convenient area of town. The only downside I would say are the lack of cabinets/ storage space in the kitchen, it was very difficult to receive our money taken off rent when we referred another resident, and the walls are paper thin. The staff is very nice, though they don't seem to always be on the same page.

Lots of grills, but there's never propane in them. People don't pick up after their dogs. Gates are broke. A lot. Some cars get broken in to. Other than that, the place is maintained generally well. I believe some steps have been taken for a more secure property. Maintenance is very responsive. If our rent doesn't increase, we'll probably renew.

There have been several issues I have dealt with since living here, but they all were resolved in a somewhat timely matter. Also, the office staff could be more organized and more respectful when dealing with their residents.

I love the community at Crown Chase! Everyone here in this community is so friendly and easy to talk to when I pass them on the sidewalks or at social events. The community not only is friendly, but is a safe and welcoming environment for kids and pets.

I've enjoyed my apartment, everyone is friendly, the community is pretty. I do have bats living in my attic, though and they're pretty annoying. Otherwise I have no complaints. The unit itself is in great condition

This is a great community. It's gated, the staff is friendly, and the area is clean. I feel safe living here. They respond in a good time to all needs and are great in keeping in contact. They offer many amenities and allow pets which was a priority for my family.

Crown Chase has been a beautiful, safe place for me to live. The grounds are lovely in the spring, and management has always been responsive to my needs and/or concerns. The pool is great and I've even made friends with a neighbor.

Very professional and friendly staff. The facility is very well maintained and clean with the bonus and safety of a gated community. 24 hour Gym and Laundry facilities. Friendly neighbors and beautiful well kept grounds.

Sounds good to me, but there should be more recreational areas, more places to litter and landscaping looks like a neglected jingle The gym is very small and has old equipment. It is better to use wood floors than carpet.

I gave a 1, but they deserve a 0. Roach infested and did not work with us in a timely manner to fix the problem. Our family was forced to move out an break through lease and they threatened to send us to collections also forcing to pay money there were not owed. I have documentation that their pest service is not credible And did not do their job taking care of the issue to begin with. Crown Chase chose to believe the pest control company and not the people living in their complex. My kids are now deathly afraid of bugs because of this.

Crown Chase is a good place to live. The neighborhood is safe, and there's convenient access to major roads, groceries, and park trails. The apartment isn't the nicest or newest, but it's comfortable and a great value for the price.

We have only just moved into this community - but we already love it so much! Moving in was a seamless process with a communicative and helpful office staff. We also moved from out of state so had many phone calls backnand forth before making our decision to choose this cimplex. The office staff is friendly, professional, helpful - and you can tell puts their residents first. We are really enjoying our new home and the entire community!

Great community, excellent location, and very spacious! Very well kept and any maintenance issues are resolved promptly. In addition, communication from the staff is appreciated and thorough, but not overbearing.
