Great place to live. Safe and affordable. Maintenance issued fixed in timely manner and all needs addressed professionally by staff. Grounds are well kept and neighborhood is mostly older population so noise is minimal.

I like living here. The community is very quiet. For the most part, I can always find a parking space close to my apartment. The maintenance response time is quick. The pool is nice, well-kept, and family friendly. It's a great place to bring your friends/family and kick back and relax. The staff is great. Thanks Brittany, Harley and Alyssa!

Our experience here has been satisfactory. The location is convenient and safe. It is usually quiet and the grounds are well maintained. The only downside was that sometimes there was no parking and would have to drive around until we would find one.

They have very lareg floor plans here. The amenities here are very limited and dated, but at least they do have them. Crown chase offers a pool, fitness center, garden, and a inexpensive laundry mat, to all of the memebers in this community. The maintenance staff is great, they get everything fixed in a timely manner. The community is very quite and most people are very friendly.

*At first glance it was nice but once you get in and really get to looking around you see the yucky details. The bathroom needs love. The spout it's rusty looking. The handicap rail is also rusty looking. You can tell the cocking around the tub just was a quick fix. It's gross looking. And coming off. The carpet is coming up along the edges and you can see dried glue where they tried to glue it down. I have outlets coming out of the wall half of them do not work and terrible drafts coming from the windows. *Next the parking. DO NOT live here if you want decent parking!!! If it's after 5p forget getting a parking space near your apartment. I have a baby and have to walk across the complex multiple times when I go get groceries after work. I can't enjoy the river walk because i know I'll have to park in Timbuktu when I get back! *Office staff need a nice dose of customer service! There are no other words for those ladies. **It's pretty quiet I will give it that. Maintenance staff is the only reason I'm sticking it out. They are great! Idk what happened before I got here cause the apartment needs work. But the issues I have had (lack of water pressure, doors not shutting or locking, toilet not working) they have been quick and very nice!

I love the maintenance staff. Scott and Joe are the best, always friendly and willing to help in any they can. I have never had a maintenance problem and that has been important to me while living here.

Overall good parking is always been an issue. I also feel somebody purchases a garage for $75 a month they should be able to use it how they see fit.New carpet there is also been a huge turnover of employees at this location over the years so everybody takes a little getting used to

We have loved living here. Great staff and the community feels safe for our kids. We have never lived in an apartment before but would definitely recommend this place in the future to our friends and family.

Great Staff! Very helpful and quick in response time. A quiet community with friendly neighbors. Appliances in great space! Top Notch landscaping! Location is great for getting around town. Beautiful Pool for the summer with BBQ pits ready for grilling.

The floorplans here at Crown Chase Apartments have large rooms! They have fast response if repairs are needed. I have always felt safe here and have called this my home for 15 years ! Crown Chase has garages which some apartments do not offer.

I have loved being in this complex. The staff is kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. They always respond to my requests within an hour or two. The maintenance staff is kind, friendly, and respectful of your property!

This apartment community is a great value for your money. It is beautifully landscaped and offers large apartment layouts. The staff is very friendly and they respond quickly to maintenance issues. The no smoking policy is also an added plus for me and my family. I would definitely recommend Crown Chase Apartment Homes!

We have had a great experience. Comfortable apartment. Quiet neighbors well maintained common areas, buildings and agreements. Friendly staff. Roomy floor plan. Great package delivery notification. Would recommend.

I absolutely love crown chase! The office staff is so amazing and kind and the ground are even better! It is so well kept and clean. My favorite part is how quite the community is. I do not have a problem with noisy neighbors.

Nice community. Quiet, no trouble with neighbors. Close to shopping and interstate. A great place for families or older residents. Very safe community. Close to everything. Shopping is very convenient.

I like everything about crown chase my wife and I moved in 2014 moved out 2017 and came back later that year and have been back ever since we love it here and have had zero issues staff is always polite and helpful

I have only lived here for about 5 months now and it has been very nice. I moved here from Texas where everything is cheap and the rent here is very affordable. The staff is very friendly and are very accepting of our pets. Could not be happier!

Property is well kept and residence is well maintained. Awesome place! I always feel safe and at home here. Community with other residents is encouraged. Bus. Center, gym, dog park, pets allowed, lots of parks. Best apartment I have ever had; love the staff!

Staff is very friendly and maintenance is quick to respond to any problems you may be having, even if the problem is small. The grounds are well kept. At time it is hard to find parking and you may find yourself parking a ways away from your apartment. Otherwise a nice place to live

Easy to work with management staff. Provided lots of help with the move-in process. Community is clean, quiet, and well-lit. Lots of parking options and located near a neighborhood Wal-Mart and some easy to access main roads.

Crown Chase has been a wonderful home. Our apartment is spacious, and the grounds are well-kept. The staff are friendly and maintenance requests are usually satisfied in less than 10 days. As a bonus, we love having access to the Riverside Trail and Creek Turnpike Trail. On the negative side, sometimes parking is limited and no recycling service is offered.

Everything is better than expected from staff to maintenance and amenities. This is our first apartment living after 42 years of marriage and we were apprehensive but is has proved to be great. We looked at several properties before making a decision. Some were more money and some less. We made the right decision. Very Happy here!!

Having made a major change from country living to city apartment living, I was apprehensive about renting an apt again. Crown Chase has been an awesome experience. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, communication is great. Overall, it's a very quiet, safe complex.
