The apartments are very clean. Never have an issue with residents. They are quiet and to themselves. Parking is limited on weekends. Very good location. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Good restaurants near by. Short drive from fun activities.

Crown Chase is a beautiful community! I love the layout and the tall ceilings on the 3rd floor. Grounds are always kept up and nice, the staff is very attentive and friendly, and maintenance is very quick to respond. I love living here!

So far so good. Community grounds are nice. Work orders are done in a timely manner and the staff is great. Nice area to live in since it's next to riverside and shopping centers. Everything is in walking distance.

Apartment community is always quiet aside from barking dogs (which is pretty normal for a pet-friendly complex). Love that there are no weight restrictions for pets (I have a 75 lb. dog that most apartments would not allow due to weight restrictions). Great location for access to nearby cities like Sapulpa, Bixby and Sand Springs.

Apartment complex is near the highway, restaurants, and a quick drive down to the gathering place. Apartment has good amenities for the low price. Downfall is hearing the neighbors frequently. Apartment on the 3rd floor would be with the climb.

I have never had any problems living here. The staff is friendly and helpful and I love the smoke free environment. After five years of being a resident, I don't have a desire to seek out any other apartment complex.

It's been amazing and I have no complaints. I love it!!!! I would highly recommend anyone to crown chase and I normally do! I don't think I could live anywhere else or even at my company's complexes because of the deal I get here.

Staff is very unprofessional. They give you less than 24hrs notice that they will enter your apartment. They once used the excuse of changing the smoke alarm battery to enter my apartment. But then they never even checked the smoke alarm. They went straight into my room and closet where they remained until they left. Also have damaged my belongings during one of their snoop sessions. (Caught on camera).

I lived in Crown Chase for 3 years prior to moving in with a boyfriend. When we broke up I knew I was moving right back to Crown Chase. I love the large 1 bedroom!!! The space is incredible! I would recommend living here.

Good community, but parking can be limited some times. Maintenance takes longer than promised. Other than that, it's a good place to rent at. Friendly staff. Good neighborhood. I'm satisfied. Been here for over 2 years

The people are very enjoyable, and the staff have been very helpful. I really like the apartment, I can get around without trouble. The extras are useful but I haven't used them very much. I need to use them more.

This is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever they are needed. We really like the the grounds and all the trees. It is a very quiet neighborhood. For our first time living in apartments this is the a pretty good spot.

The pool is a lovely place to relax and it is fun for young kids. The landscaping is unique and won't be found at other apartments in the T-town area. If you need adult activities near home this community has many summer events.

Generally pleased with Crown Chase. Have lived here for a year and a half and find the complex to be safe, quiet, and comfortable. The office staff offers opportunities for residents to connect and socialize and maintenance has always handled any requests for repairs effectively.

Great and friendly staff. It is a great place to live! They also do fun events at the clubhouse and maintenance is great as well. No problems living here! Close to walking trails and Jenks. Highly recommended.

The ladies are very helpful and friendly! The maintenance crew are also helpful and timely! They both do whatever they can to assist you to make move in smooth as possible! The software needs to be changed for this field so you don't have to type 200 characters!!

At first, maintenance was slow and I had to ask repeatedly for items to be fixed. Over the last few months, the service is fast, reliable and excellent. So I think great improvements have been made. The parking lot could use some concrete replacement. But overall ok.

Good place to live. The pool is very nice and well kept. The landscape is very nice. Not enough parking tho. To many people use them for a garage and do not park in them. The outside grills could use more up keep.

Overall pretty good. After hours maintenance need a little work but it is s nice place to stay. Landscape could be kept up more and trash around the ground could be picked up more also. Need more dog poop bags available

I have been pleased with this apartment complex so far. The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are in good condition (with recently updated kitchen appliances). This is by far the quietest apartment complex I've encountered! No noise from other residents at night, and the complex is tucked away in a neighborhood, away from major streets. I have never felt unsafe here. The location is extremely convenient; there is a Walmart Neighborhood Market right next door. There is only one glaring problem: parking spaces. The parking lot is rather small. If you can't park in a spot near your apartment before 5:30pm, you have to park in the back of the complex and walk. This is especially inconvenient if you're apartment is at the front of the complex. Overall, I have been highly satisfied with this apartment complex, and would recommend it to anyone moving to the South Tulsa/Jenks area.

Crown chase is a great family apartment complex. The apartments are close to everything you need. You receive value and safety on the same place. It is awesome being able walk to Walmart or the Riverside trails, a cross the jenks bridge, etc!

Great value for a reasonable price. Quiet, safe, gated community and quiet neighbors. Many have lived here for 5 years or more. Office staff is knowledgeable and friendly, which seems to be rare in apartment complexes nowadays.

The community here is quiet , clean and non smoking . I've been happy with my stay overall . For the price , location and amenities it's a great place especially if you want Jenks schools for your children.
