The location, appearance of the apartments and cost of rent were some of the key factors that first drew me to Crown Chase. But the friendliness of the staff, sense of security and value of the apartment home I now live in will keep me here for years to come. I searched high and low all across Tulsa for the perfect apartment in my price range that wasn't run down, looked "fancy" and felt safe. Today I happily say that I chose Crown Chase as my new place to live and it feels like home.

Its gotten a little more run down since ive moved in it seems. Staff is always on top of it and very helpful but the actual apartment is not as safe or as well taken care of as it used to be. People smoke weed, many people dont clean after their pets and there is few consequences for those people.

Beautiful landscaping, great neighborhood with access to riverside trails. Great pool and excersie room. Very pet friendly. Lots of windows. Lighted walkways as well as lit parking lot. Great neighborhood.

It has been a great experience overall. We have enjoyed our stay here. We feel the grounds outside have really gone down the last couple of years. The neighbors we currently have make it very unpleasant with how loud they are at times.

This apartment is the cutest and most adorable for the quality apartment we looked at. We looked at 15 complexes in our search and this one was by far the best. We can both live comfortably with just enough room. The community is clean and friendly.

Love my apartment, good size for a one bedroom, have a dining room mow, storage on patio, have a garage, handicap for me so I can carry in my groceries and other items, as long as someone who does not have a handicap sticker does not park these, and they do everyday if I am not parked there. Love the walkway and the grounds, just wish people would not destroy the gates all the time

We wish we had made the switch to an apartment community a long time ago. This is a lovely, quiet property. The office staff are professional and attentive. The common areas are well maintained. We have amenities here we never had in a rental house.

Me and my husband lived at this property from February/September longest 6 months we have ever experienced. I will not go into much detail cause I don't want to waste my time. We had multiple problems. The whole time we were there it was like pulling teeth trying to get maintenance done. We finally had to contact corporate and things finally magically started happening! We were giving 2 compensation for all of the things that went wrong. Now I am thankful for that but it shouldn't have had to happen that way. Mind the maintenance people were always kind and very helpful!!! I think it was mangers not communicating with them,I am not sure but someone was dropping the ball on a lot of situations. Thankfully we moved into a sister property! But we had a awful time trying to leave!!! We were told that we had to pay for a deal clean and $50 for patio blinds (our dog did ruin them) those 2 cost I was 100% okay with. The thing that was a pain was we were told we would have to pay for someone to come in a paint or I could buy my own paint from same company they buy there's from. So I just bought it. I went in one day (Thursday) and painted. (Mind I have never painted before) I called go see if someone could come in and over see it thy said it was too late in the day. It was 5:30. I didn't get a call Friday or Saturday,or monday so I thought I was fine and I was done. So I get a email Tuesday morning saying I needed to come in and repaint. I was beyond frustrated because it took until Tuesday to get back to me. I was beyond frustrated. So me and my husband went on in and talked with management. They made up a excuse that the person that over sees these issues were working at a different location. Anyways, me me my husband went in that day and repainted. We got a final bill about 3 weeks later and closed the book of those apartments. I wouldn't recommend these apartments at all. Maybe things would change if management would change.

I have lived at this apartment complex for 3 years and find that the apartment manager is very dependable, kind and honest in all her dealings with the residents. The maintenance employees are very well trained in their field, and the time you have to wait to have any repair done isn't long. The gardens you can use are great, and I enjoyed being able to grow produce there. Many law enforcement people reside there, so they are watching to make sure that you are safe. The pool is kept very clean, and the grounds are maintained very well.

I loved this place right up until we tried to move. Rent wasn't cheap and they nickel and dime you for every cent once you leave. Read your contract VERY carefully because there are many NON-REFUNDABLE FEES that are NOT used toward cleaning and damages. We left the apartment spotless and paid around $800.00 in deposits "FEES" yet still ended up owing $350.00 in additional charges.

I moved in here in July of 1996 for my husband to have surgery at Oklahoma heart institute. And my husband loved it so much we extended our lease from 3 months to a year. I have been here ever since in the very same apartment. My husband passed away 2 years into our living here. I have not wanted to leave because I feel at home here. This is my forever home. I sold my house in Texas and haven't even thought about looking somewhere else. I have felt very secure and safe here. The staff and management have always been available at my every call. And I just celebrated my 94th birthday and I feel surrounded by good neighbors. And I will remain here until my 104th birthday. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I love living at crown chase! The property has a lot of greenery and trees and it is very secluded. It is tucked away in a neighborhood. It's so close to the grocery store and restaurants. The office staff is super friendly. They constantly have resident events and it feels like a small community rather than apartment living. The propane grills are awesome, I love grilling and swimming in the pool. The last apartment I lived at had dumpsters and was terrible but this property has a compactor which is great. My biggest thing when I moved in was safety, I actually feel comfortable with my kids catching the school bus here. My apartment is Definitely much better than the last place I lived. I haven't had any pest problems but than again I am a very clean person. I've had two friends move in and they love it too!

We've only lived here for about 5 months now, but we have had problems from the start! When we first came to look at the apartment, they were putting in brand new carpet, and I thought, awesome! But as soon as we moved in, we noticed it wasn't so awesome. Maintenance did such a half --- job putting it in that it comes up where it meets the wall in every room. And because of that, ants are easily able to get inside. I clean everyday because I'm a stay at home mom and I can't stand having a messy home, so there's nothing on the floor or anywhere to draw them in, but they keep coming! I woke up this morning to ants crawling all over my 2 year old daughter's toys, the couch, and the carpet! They were everywhere! I called the office to see if they could send someone in right away to get it taken care of, but they said it would have to wait until Wednesday, nearly a week away! When I asked what I was to do until then, they told me, not so very nicely, that I could go and buy some bait if I wanted. I don't understand why they think that is an acceptable answer. This is not the first time this has happened, and I am tired of putting up with it! They come in through all of the little cracks in the window sills and corners, it's just ridiculous! You can tell how cheaply these apartments were built! My husband and I are seriously thinking of breaking our lease and moving somewhere else, because we did not agree to live with ants! I will be calling corporate today and see if I can get something done about this! It is a constant issue in our apartment! I definitely don't recommend anyone move here! The entire staff is completely rude and stuck up! I was excited to see that they have a wine night with music at the pool the first Thursday of every month in the summer, but when my husband and I went to the first one, we realized it was basically just a party for the staff and their friends. No one welcomed us when we came in, and no one said one thing to us while we were there! They did, however, rudely stare, whisper comments amongst themselves, and laugh. The staff and their friends were drinking beer and being really loud, it was more like a frat party than a wine night! We haven't gone back to one since, and don't plan to! Everyone here is just so rude and unprofessional! We can't wait to leave!

This was by far the WORST place I had ever lived!! I honestly don't even know where to start. So I will start with safety, I thought moving into this apartment I would feel safe seeing as there is a gate going all the way around the property but boy was I wrong. The gate is always broken so anyone can come and go as they please, what's the point of the gate?? It's like the property makes its self look nice to hide its flaws. After moving into my apartment I began to see BUGS and I'm not talking little bugs, I'm talking about pea sized bugs all over my walls!!!! I immediately called management and was so RUDLEY confronted about the situation I was in tears. Never in my 40+ years have I EVER been treated so poorly. They had the audacity to try and blame ME for the bugs!!!!! I asked them if they would come in and spray for the problem and they informed me they would but I WOULD BE CHARGED! What do I pay rent for?!?! Why is there maintenance?!?!? Any time I ever needed anything done the office staff was HORRIBLE to speak with. I even tried to go a step over the office but corporate was just as bad. There is just poor management all the way around. This apartment complex is a joke. Poor office skills, run down property and BUGS. Never in my life have I ever lived in such a horribly disgusting place. On the day I moved out the bugs were still crawling on the walls and the gate was still broken and the office staff was still as horrible as it was from the start. Moving there was a life lesson I would not want my worst enemy to learn from. SO RENTERS BEWARE AND DONT GET TRAPPED LIKE ME!!!!!!!

I had a less than average experience at Crown Chase. My vehicle was burglarized but I will give credit to CC for letting me use a garage until I could get my windows replaced. Not really sure what they were looking for since they took nothing noticeable from the car. The walls above are thin so if you have an upstairs neighbor who stomps on the floor, you will hear them. Fixtures are pretty average as well as the bathroom setup. Although I did have a huge problem with brown recluse spiders. I told management about this and they were supposed to send an exterminator. Not really sure if he/she came because I was never home during the visit. It was a pretty haunting last few months of my lease.

I am a current resident at Crown Chase Apartments and I would just like to say I am appalled someone would say there are bed bugs here. I've been here for almost 3 years now and never have I once had any bug problem. Sure there's been your normal ant here or there but they offer a bug guy to come take care of it ONCE A WEEK. Yes once a week. Also the management is fantastic. Their all so friendly and upbeat. So for the people who lived here for not even a year and complain they have no right. Its a wonderful place to live and the location is so perfect. All the stores I need are basically in walking distance. I would refer Crown Chase to all my girlfriends and family.

NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH BEDBUGS BEFORE MOVING INTO THESE APARTMENTS AND DON'T HAVE PROBLEMS NOW. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY UNDER QUALIFIED FOR HER POSITION. I lived there for 4 years and for the most part had no problems but for the kids yelling and skateboarding through the breezeway's. You call and complain and management doesn't seem to know if this is a violation or not. The trash compactor is always full and trash will be stacked in from for days. They have safety gates but half the time they don't work or people will just piggy back getting in with the person in front of them so what good are the gates. Or the walk through gates are left open. Now when you move out is a different story,there is no one there on the weekends to to a walk through with you to tell you if your apartment meets the high standards or not. They have beige carpet and expect it to be in mint condition after 4 years. I am a smoker and we are not allowed to smoke on our balcony's due to fire hazards so they are complaining about the smoke smell in my apartment, now they are not charging me for that but they could have....well if I could have smoked on my balcony with out getting charged a fine I would have...and there is no where in my lease that says I can't smoke in my apartment. They are charging me for the vacumming and cleaning and replacement of the carpet because after 4 years of normal wear and tear on the carpet...the carpet is suppose to look exacly like it looked when I moved in....I don't know anyone whose carpet (LIGHT BEIGE) looks as good as it did after 4 years unless they have carpets on top of carpet. Anyway I think they just try to get as much money from you as possible so be ware when you move out to be sure to move out during the week or the 1st of the month so someone can do the walk through with you so you will know what you are up against and not get the letter in the mail and be shocked!

Overall I didn't have any major problems. The grounds are nice and clean. Well kept. The office staff wasn't the best but they were good. Maintenance is excellent. Parking is bad if you get home late. I think this place is over priced. Its not as nice as it looks. You can get better for your money. And they only have one trash compactor so you might be far from that depending on where you live. But its a very safe place to live.

Parking is difficult if you live towards the middle of the property. You can get an assiged spot after 5 years, but I only lived there 4.5 years and found myself having to walk very far if I arrived home later than about 7pm most of time. Noise was as you would expect in an apartment. I lived on the 2nd of 3 floors so I tried to be mindful there was someone below me. I had noisy neighbors upstairs but that's not the apartment's fault. The grounds were usually pretty well kept. While living there the entire place was repainted including the doors and railings. I felt like my rent was used to keep the place up. My favorite part was the pool. Excellent layout with shady areas and plenty of chairs, a kids pool and lap swimming. I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend. It is on the more expensive side of renting, but the gate provided security and the money was put back in to the complex. After living there for about 2 years the office called me to update fixtures and offered to shampoo the carpet.
