The apartments are located in a good area. You could go to river side walking and also go to the supermarket you have just in the front door. The common areas are good and when you have a problem they normally solve it quickly but depend on the problem. It is a little expensive by my point of view.

The office staff made the on-boarding/leasing process more difficult than it needed to be. The staff member assigned to our on-boarding was aloof, disorganized and maybe new? It seemed someone else had to double check and correct all of their work. The property is well kept and lit. The grounds keepers are always friendly. Maintenance is very responsive to request and are courteous. Parking is not too bad. There's only one trash receptacle which can be inconvenient. Overall Crown Chase is nice. The biggest downside is the office staff. It seems the person that originally does your on-boarding, is the person assigned to handle all of your requests or issues.

My experience has been just fine. There have been highs and lows, as with every place you're renting. For the first several months our experience had been near perfect. There were some pest control issues that were IMMEDIATELY reported, and the response was less than adequate in my opinion, but I've never done their job. From a customer service standpoint, I felt pushed aside. This could have been out of their control. What matters was the problem got resolved eventually. The value at Crown Chase is overall still too good to move.

The apartment is an awsome community. The office management staff are very good and help you when there is a need . The community is in an excellent neighborhood, evening bike trail is must as the river drive trail just starts next to the apartment gate .

Apartment is spacious and the apartment grounds are nice and we'll kept. I've had a few maintenance issues that were resolved quickly. I will say if you want your vehicle to stay safe pay the extra for a garage or else you are out of luck if another resident decides to hit your car and there are no cameras in place to have the issue resolved.

The best thing about Crown Chase is its location. It is within walking distance of almost everything you could need: Groceries, banks, Starbucks, a bakery, dollar store, etc. It's right across from the Jenks Riverwalk also. Crown Chase is an older complex, but it is clean and well-maintained. The landscaping is beautifully kept up all year, and the grounds are free of litter. The pool was closed early this summer for renovations, and it will be great when it opens again! (It was already kept clean and nice.) Residents give each other privacy, but everyone we've met has been courteous and friendly. We've had one minor maintenance issue, and it was handled quickly. The night before Thanksgiving, our neighbors had a maintenance issue with their stove, and the workers came over after hours to save the day! This is a nice place to live.

Overall the apartment is great. The value is good and the staff is helpful. Any maintenance issues that have arisen have been dealt with in a timely manner. The grounds are keep clean and the foliage is very pleasant. Our only complaints are that there is only one trash disposal sight on the opposite side of the complex, and parking is slim.

Great units, but poor customer service. The office gave multiple residents fines for breaching the smoking policy, I myself do not smoke. Would be renewing my lease if management was more professional. Loved the landscaping, unit layout and appliances.

We have not lived there long, but everyone has been very friendly and prompt. Since we are new to the area and state, we often ask for help locating certain things, and everyone they have recommended has been amazing. I will say that Harley went above and beyond to make sure we were able to move in the same day we called! We had a bad experience with another complex (we didn't see it in person u til that day since we are moving from out of state) and she had us in the apartment by 6!

We searched for several months for a place to live. Crown Chase offered us everything we were needing. They were friendly, knowledgable and willing to work with us in regards to our pet, Norman. They made our move in process very easy and answered any questions we had along the way.

This is a nice apartment complex in a great part of town. It is conviently locates by Walmart and other fast food restaurants. The maintenance staff is very kind and the floor plans are large and spacious.

Crown Chase is a great place to live. It is quiet and very convenient to shopping, schools and attractions. It is nestled in a neighborhood setting but has great access to expressways. Many long term residents call this place home which tells me I picked the right place to live.

Clean apartments, nice grounds. When I have had issues they were taken care of quickly. Parking is bit of a bear if you come in late, but other that it is a good place to call home. I feel safe as a single female.

It is a gated community, so that was a plus. The office staff is amazing and very friendly. The pool area is super huge and it stays clean. Everyone is so nice and it's very quiet. We stay on the third floor, so the view from our balcony is beautiful. I highly recommend.

I've lived at Crown Chase for about 8 months now, and it has been nothing but satisfaction! The maintenance staff is so consistent, going above and beyond for their residents, showing up promptly after submitting work orders, and being respectful of your home. The office staff is wonderful and always smiling and willing to help you with any of your concerns! They are quick to meet your needs, and always put their residents as priority. My specific unit has been well taken care of and not many problems. I've absolutely loved living here, and i feel safe and at home!

Crown chase is a quiet, tucked away home for us. We rent the largest corner unit on the 3rd floor and there is virtually no neighbor noise. The landscaping makes you feel like you are in a residential area. I love the walking paths for walking our dog. And usually parking is adequate. The pool needs resurfaced but has nice lounge chairs and is spacious for several visitors.

Very quiet safe community, I never hear any of my neighbors and have never felt unsafe while living here. Parking is limited but is something I can deal with to live here. All of my maintenance requests have always been speedy, and they are all nice genuine guys. All in all a great place to live considering this is my first apartment.

I love living at Crown Chase...I've recently started my second year, and counting!!! The office staff is always helpful, and any concerns I might have, or maintenance requests, have been handled in a professional and timely manner, to my satisfaction. The community is located off the main streets, back in a quiet neighborhood area, and is walking distance to the River Parks. Couldn't ask for a better place to live!!! :)

We love the community, neighbors, all of the staff, and our apartment itself. We also love the many events that the office hosts for us. It's a fun place to live where you really will feel valued. The only downside is parking, which I hope they'll improve one day. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment home!
